γ-Pyronphosphorsäureesterderivate der allgemeinen Formel $F1 worin R1 Wasserstoff, eine Niederalkylgruppe, Niederalkenylgruppe, Cycloalkylgruppe oder Phenylgruppe ist; R2 ist Wasserstoff oder eine unsubstituierte oder mit einem Halogenatom substituierte Niederalkylgruppe; A ist -SR3 oder -NR4R5; B ist OR6, wobei R3 eine Niederalkylgruppe, Cycloalkylgruppe oder Phenylgruppe ist, R4 Wasserstoff oder eine Niederalkylgruppe ist, R5 eine Niederalkylgruppe, Niederalkenylgruppe, Cycloalkylgruppe, Phenylgruppe oder Benzylgruppe ist, R4 und R5 sich unter Bildung einer Piperidino- oder Morpholinogruppe verbinden können, R6 eine Niederalkylgruppe, Cycloalkylgruppe oder Phenylgruppe ist; und Y Sauerstoff oder ein Schwefelatom ist, sind als wirksame Komponenten einer insektiziden oder mitiziden Zusammensetzung zum Einsatz in der Landwirtschaft und im Gartenbau nützlich.

Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein y-Pyronphosphorsäureesterderivat und auf eine insektizide

Das erfindungsgemäße ^Pyronphosphorsäureesterderivat ist eine neue, in der Literatur nicht beschriebene
Verbindung, die durch die folgende allgemeine Formel (I) dargestellt wird:

Die erfindungsgemäße Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel (I) zeigt ausgezeichnete insektizide und mitizidc
Aktivität. Die Verbindung hat insbesondere eine geringe Toxizität gegenüber Warmblütern und zeigt ausgezeichnete
Eigenschaften zur Entwicklung weiterer landwirtschaftlicher Chemikalien,
In der obigen allgemeinen Formel (I) sind die Ct-6-Alkylgruppen gerad- oder verzweigtkettige Alkylgruppen
mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, wie Methyl, Ethyl, Propyl, Isopropyl,-Butyl, tert-Butyl, Pentyl oder Hexyl.
Beispiele geeigneter Cycloalkylgruppen mit 3 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen sind Cyclopropyl, Cyclobutyl, Cyclopcntyl.
Cyclohexyl, Cycloheptyl und Cyclooctyl. Beispiele von Alkenylgruppen sind gerad- oder verzweigtkettige
Alkenylgruppen mit 2 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, wie Vinyl, Allyl, 2-Butenyl, 3-Butenyl, l-Methylallyl, 5
2-Pentenyl und 2-Hexenyl. Beispiele geeigneter unsubstituierter oder mit Halogenatomen substituierter Alkylgruppen
sind Fluormethyl, Chlormethyl, Brommethyl, 2-Chlorethyi, 3-Chlorpropyl und 4-ChIorbutyl sowie die
oben aufgeführten Alkylgruppen.
Die erfindungsgemäße Verbindung kann nach verschiedenen Verfahren hergestellt werden, vorzugsweise

Die Herstellung der Verbindung (I) durch Umsetzung der Verbindung (II) und Verbindung (III) erfolgt vorzugsweise
in einem geeigneten Lösungsmittel in Anwesenheit eines Säureakzeptors. In der Reaktion venvendete
Lösungsmittel sind z. B. Dioxan, Tetrahydrofuran, Diethylether und ähnliche Ether; Methylenchlorid,
Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff und ähnliche halogeniert^ Kohlenwasserstoffe; Benzol, Toluol, Xylol und
ähnliche aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe; Aceton, Methylethylketon, Methylisobutylketon und ähnliche aliphatische
Ketone: Acetonitril. Piopionitril und ähnliche aliphatische Nitrile; Dimethylformamid, Dimethylacetamid
und ähnliche Säureamide; Dir.iethyisulfoxid, Sulfolan und ähnliche Sulfoxide. Der jäureakzeplor
umfaßt eine übliche Verbindung, die mit der Säure reagiert, wie z. B. Natriumhydroxid, Kaliumhydroxid und
ähnliche Alkalimetallhydroxide; Natriumcarbonat, Kaliumcarbonat, Natriumbicarbonat, Kaliumbicarhonal
und ähnliche Alkalimetallcarbonate; Natriumhydrid; Natriummethylat, Natriumethylat und ähnliche Alkoholate;
Triethylamin, Dimethwaniiin. Diethylaniiin, Pyridin und ahnliche aliphatische, aromatische und heterocyclische
Amine. Der Säureakzeptor wird gewöhnlich in einer Menge von 0,5 bis 3,0 MoI, vorzugsweise 1,0 bis
1,5 Mol, pro Mol des Ausgangsmateriais (II) verwendet. Diese Reaktion kann auch durchgeführt werden, indem
man ein Salz, vorzugsweise das Natrium- oder Kaliumsalz, des 3-Hydroxy-y-pyron-derivates und das Phosphorsäurehalogenid
umsetzt, anstatt den Säureakzeptor zu verwenden.
Die erfindungsgemäße Reaktion kann in einem weiten Temperaturbereich, im allgemeinen von -300C bis zur
Siedetemperatur des Lösungsmittels, vorzugsweise von 0 bis 1000C, durchgeführt werden. Die Reaktionszeit
hängt von den Ausgangsmaterialien ab, die Reaktion ist jedoch gewöhnlich innerhalb von 1 bis5 h beendet. Die
erfindungsgemäße, wie oben erhaltene Verbindung kann durch übliche Mittel, wie Extraktion mit einem
Lösungsmittel, Verdünnen mit einem Lösungsmittel, Destillation, Umkristallisation oder Säulenchromatographie,
leicht isoliert und gereinigt werden und liefert das gewünschte y-Pyronphosphorsäureesterderivat der
allgemeinen Formel (I) in hoher Reinheit.

Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel (I) haben ausgezeichnete insektizide und
mitizide Aktivität. Das heißt, die Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel (I) zeigen eine besonders hohe Aktivitat
gegen Insektenschädlinge und Milben sowie gegen gesundheitschädliche Insektenschädlinge, während sie
für Pflanzen recht tolerierbar sind und gegen warmblütige Tiere eine sehr geringe Toxizität zeigen. Als solche
sind die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen wirksam gegen Schädlinge in allen Stadien, insbesondere deren
Wachstumsstadien, weshalb sie mit Erfolg zur Schädlingsbekämpfung auf Nutzflächen und im Wald verwendet
werden können.
Die oben genannten Schädlinge sind u. a. Isopterae, wie die unterirdische Formosa Termite und die japanische
Termite: Thysonopterae, wie Reisthrips und Zwiebelthrips, Orthopterae, wie der ReisgrashüpFer, die asiatische
Heuschrecke, das Feldheimchen und die amerikanische Küchenschabe; Hemipterae, wie die Bohnenblattiaus,
die Sojabohnenblattlaus, die Kohlblattlaus, der schwarze Reiskäfer (black rice bug), Reisstinkkäfer (rice stink

cherry spider mite), die braune Milbe (brown mite), die Knollenmilbe (bulb mite), die japanische Zitrusrostmilbc
(Japanese citrus rust mite), die zweifleckige Spinnenmilbe (two-spotted spider mite) und die europäische
rote Milbe (European red mite); sowie Nematoden, ζ. B. der Erdbeerknospennematod (strawberry bud
nematodc), der südliche Wurzelknotennematod (southern root-knot nematode) und der Kaffeewurzelläsionsncmatod
(coffee root lesion nematode).
Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen zeigen eine gute Aktivität gegen diese Schädlinge und können in verschiedenen
Formen, z. B. als Emulsion, benetzbares Pulver, Suspension, Feinteilchen, Staub, in Wasser dispergicrbarcs
Pulver, Überzugszusammensetzung, Schaumsprühformulierung, Aerosolprodukt, Mikrokapselprodukl,
imprägniert mit einem natürlichen oder synthetischen Material, Räuchermittel und konzentrierte Verbindung
/um Versprühen kleiner Mengen verwendet werden. Bei der Herstellung dieser Formulierungen
können verschiedenartige oberflächenaktive Mittel zum Emulgieren, Dispergieren, Suspendieren oder Verschäumen
verwendet werden. Nichtionische oberflächenaktive Mittel sind u. a. Polyoxyethylenalkylether,
Polyoxyethylcnalkylester, Polyoxyethylensorbitanalkylester und Sorbitanalkylester; anionische oberflächenaktive
Mittel sind u. a. Alkylbenzolsulfonat, Alkylsulfosuccinat, Alkylsulfat, Polyoxyethylenalkylsulfat, Arylsulfonat
und Ligninsulfit. Verschiedene organische Lösungsmittel, Aerosoltreibmittel, natürliche Mineralien
und Pflanzen, synthetische Materialien usw. können als Lösungsmittel, Verdünnungsmittel oder Träger verwendet
werden. Bevorzugte organische Lösungsmittel sind z. B. Benzol, Toluol, Xylol, Ethylbenzol, Chlorbenzol,
Alkylnaphthalin, Dichlormethan, Chlorethylen, Cyclohexan, Cyclohexanon, Aceton, Methylethylketon,
Methylisobutylketon, Alkohole, Dimethylformamid, Dimethylsulfoxid, Acetonitril und Mineralöle. Geeignete
Acrosoltreibmittel sind z. B. Propan, Butan, halogenierte Kohlenwasserstoffe, Stickstoff und Kohlendioxid.
Mineralien sind z. B. Kaolin, Talkum, Bentonit, Diatomeenerde, Ton, Mommoriiionii, Kreide, Caicii, Bimsstein,
Scpiolit und Dolomit. Pflanzen sind z. B. Walnußschalen, Tabakstenge] und Sägemehl. Synthetische hochmolekulare
Verbindungen sind z. B. Tonerde, Silicat und Zuckerpolymere. Klebemittel sind z. B. Carboxymethylcellulose,
Gummi arabicum, Polyvinylalkohol und Polyvinylacetat. Es ist möglich, das Präparat mit orgafiischen
oder anorganischen Farbstoffen zu färben. Erfindungsgemäß kann das Präparat die erfindungsgemäße
Verbindung in einer Menge von etwa 0,1 bis 95 Gewichtsprozent, vorzugsweise etwa 0,5 bis 90 Gewichtsprozent,
enthalten.

Verbindung von etwa 0,0001 bis 10 Gewichtsprozent. Die aufzubringende Menge hängt von der Anzahl
der Schädlingsinsekten, dem Wetter usw. ab, beträgt jedoch gewöhnlich etwa 0,1 bis 10 kg, vorzugsweise etwa
0,1 bis 1,0 kg, an wirksamer Komponente pro ha.
Die vorliegende Erfindung wird durch die folgenden Beispiele und Testbeispiele erläutert.
Zu einer Mischung aus 1,12 g 3-hydroxy-y-pyron, 1,1 g .triethylamin und 10 mi uichiormethan wurden allmählich
unter Rühren 2,1 g O-Methyl-S-isobucylthiophosphorsäurechlorid tropfenweise zugefügt, während die
Reaktionsmischung unter 10° C gehalten wurde. Nach beendeter Zugabe wurde die Mischung etwa eine weitere
Stunde bei Raumtemperatur gerührt. Dann wurden zur Reaktionsmischung Tetrachlorkohlenstoff und Wasser
zwecks Extraktion zugefügt. Die Tetrachlorkohlenstoffschicht wurde mit einer gesättigten wäßrigen Natriumchloridlösung
gewaschen und über wasserfreiem Magnesiumsulfat getrocknet. Durch Abdampfen des Lösungsmittels
wurden 2,6 g 3-(0-Methyl-S-isobutylthi(iphosphoryloxy)-)'-pyron als hellgelbes Öl erhallen.

Zu eimr Mischung aus 1,26 g 2-MeChyl-3-hydroxy-}>-pyron, 1,2 g Ν,Ν-Dimethylanilin und 10 ml Dichlormethan
wurden allmählich unter Rühren 2,1 g O-Ethyl-S-n-propylthiophosphorsäurechlorid tropfenweise zugefügt,
während die Reaktionsmischung unter 10°C gehalten wurde. Nach beendeter Zugabe wurde die Mischung
etwa eine weitere Stunde bei Raumtemperatur gerührt. Dann wurden zur Reaktionsmischung Tetrachlorkohlcnstoffund
Wasser zwecks Extraktion zugefügt. Die Tetrachlorkohlenstoffschicht wurde mit einergesüttigtcn wäßrigen
Natriumchloridlösung gewaschen und über wasserfreiem Magnesiumsulfat getrocknet. Durch Abdampfen
des Lösungsmittels erhielt man 2,7 g 3-(O-Ethyl-S-n-propylthiophosphoryloxy)-2-methyl-y-pyron als
hellgelbes Öl.

Zu einer Lösung aus 1,12 g S-Hydroxy-y-pyron und 20 ml Acetonitril wurde 1,4 g wasserfreies Kaliumcarbonat
unter Rühren zugefügt. Zur Mischung wurden 2,2 g O-Ethyl-S-isobutyldithiophosphorsäurechlorid innerhalb
von 10 min tropfenweise zugefügt. Nach beendeter Zugabe wurde die Mischung unter Rühren bei 50° C 5 h

Zu einer Losung aus 1,54 g 2-l5opropyl-3Hiydroxy-p-pyron und 20 ml Dimethylformamid wurde 1,4 g wasserfreies
Kaliumcarbonat unter Rühren zugefügt. Zur Mischung wurden 2,1 g O-Methyl-S-n-propyldithiophosphorsäurcchlorid
innerhalb von 10 min tropfenweise zugefügt. Nach beendeter Zugabe wurde die Mischung
unter Rühren 5 h bei 500C umgesetzt Die Reaktionsmischung wurde auf Raumtemperatur abgekühlt, und das

und Ethylacetat zwecks Extraktion zugefügt Die Ethylacetatschichl wurde mit verdünntem HCl und

Zu einer Dispersion aus 7,9 g 60%igem Natriumhydrid und 300 ml wasserfreiem Tetrahydrofuran wurden allmählich

Dieser wurde in Chloroform gelöst, und die Lösung wurde mit 10%iger wäßriger HCl-Lösung, mit gesättigter
wäßriger NaIICO-1-LOSUng und dann mit gesättigter wäßriger NaCI-Lösung gewaschen. Die gewaschene
Lösung wurde auf wasserfreiem Magnesiumsulfat getrocknet Durch Abdampfen iiss Chloroforms srhisJt man
49 g 3-(0-Ethyl-N-isopropylamidothiophosphoryloxy)-)>-pyron als hellgelbes Öl.

(gegen Tabak-Schneidwurm; tobacco cutworm)
2 Gewichtsteile der Testverbindung wurden in 98 Gewichtsteilen Aceton gelöst. Die Lösung wurde mit einer
0,04%igen wäßrigen Lösung eines Aufbririgungsmittels auf die angegebene Konzentration verdünnt. Das so hergestellte
flüssige Pestizid wurde bis zum Ablaufen auf Kohlblätter gesprüht, die Blätter wurden in der LuR
trocknen gelassen, dann wurden Larven (3. Erscheinungsform) des Tabakschneidwurms auf die Blätter inokuliert,
deren Mortalität nach 2 Tagen berechnet wurde. Die Ergebnisse sind in Tabelle 2 aufgeführt, in welcher

ι (Als Kontrollverbindung (A) wurde Ortran® verwendet). | Kohlpllanzen (im 2- oder 3blättrigen Stadium) wurden in 3 Vinyltöpfe von 8 cm Durchmesser eingesetzt, und IO Individuen von Larven (3. Erscheinungsform) der Diamantrückenmotle wurden auf jedem Topf belassen. 10 ml der in der angegebenen Konzentration hergestellten Testflüssigkeit pro 3 Töpfe wurden auf die Blätter gesprüht; nach 24 h wurde die Anzahl der überlebenden Individuen zwecks Berechnung der Mortalität gezählt. ? Die Ergebnisse sind in Tabelle 3 gezeigt. ι Die hier erwähnte Testflüssigkeit wurde hergestellt als Lösung, erhalten durch Lösen von 2 Gewichtsteilen j der Testverbindung in 98 Gewichtsteilen Aceton; dann wurde die Lösung mit einer wäßrigen 0,04%igen Lösung I eines Aufbringungsmittels verdünnt. |

Testbeispiel 4
(gegen Tetranychus urticae)
(gegen Tetranychus urticae)
2 Gewichtsteile Testverbindung wurden in 98 Gewichtsteilen Aceton gelöst. Die Lösung wurde mit einer
wäßrigen 0,04%igen Lösung eines Aufbringungsmittels (»Shin Rinoh« der Nihon Nohyaki Co., Ltd.) auf die
angegebene Konzentration verdünnt, wodurch man ein flüssiges Mitizid erhielt. Raupen (imagines) von
Tetrany-hus uriieae wurden auf eingetopfte Bohnenpflanzen (kidney bean plants) inokuliert, dann wurde das
■10 oben hergestellte Mitizid bis zum Ablaufen über die Pflanzen gesprüht. Die Mortalität wurde 3 Tage spüler
bestimmt. Die Ergebnisse sind in Tabelle 5 aufgeführt.

- Patentansprüche:
1. y-Pyronphosphorsäureesterderivate der allgemeinen Formel(I)R5worin R1 Wasserstoff, eine Q-s-Alkylgruppe, C2-6-Alkenylgruppe, C3_g-Cycloalkylgruppe oder Phenylgruppe ist; R2 ist Wasserstoff oder eine unsubstituierte oder mit einem Halogenatom substituierte15 Q-6-Alkylgruppe; A ist - SR3 oder -NR4R3; B ist OR6, wobei R3 eine Q-s-Alkylgruppe, Cs-g-Cycloalkyl-gruppe oder Phenylgruppe ist, R4 Wasserstoff oder eine C,_6-Alkylgrappe ist, R5 eine Q-e-AIkylgruppe, §jC2-6-AlkenyIgruppe, C3_g-Cycloalkylgruppe, Phenylgruppe oder Benzylgruppe ist, R4 und R5 sich unter Bildung einer Piperidino- oder Morpholinognippe verbinden können, R6 eine C^-Alkylgruppe, C3_-c Äyclo- |§ alkylgruppe oder Phenylgruppe ist; und Y ein Sauerstoff- oder Schwefelatom ist20 2. Verfahren zur Herstellung von y-Pyronphosphorsäureesterderivaten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man ein 3-Hydroxy-pyronderivat der allgemeinen Formel
