Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft s-Triazinderivate,
Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung, die Verwendung der neuen Triazine zur Bekämpfung von Unkräutern und Ungräsern, ferner
herbizide Mittel sowie Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von Unkräutern und Ungräsern unter Verwendung der neuen s-Triazin-Derivate
oder entsprechender Mittel.
Es sind schon eine grö'ssere Anzahl von Triazinen als
herbizide Wirkstoffe bekannt geworden, die wegen ihrer ausgeprägten herbiziden Wirksamkeit in den verschiedensten
Kulturpflanzungen zur Bekämpfung von Unkräutern eingesetzt werden können. So haben beispielsweise aus der Reihe der
2-Chlor-, 2-Methoxy- und 2-Methylthio-4,6-bis(subst. alkylamino)-s-triazine
mehrere Vertreter grosse Bedeutung für die selektive Unkrautbekämpfung in Getreide-', Mais- und
Futtermittelkulturen erlangt. In neuerer Zeit sind auch Triazinderivate mit Cyanoalkylamino- und Cyclopropylaminogruppen
bekannt geworden (z.B. USA-Patentschrift 3'451'802,
französische Patentschrift 1'536'479 und belgische Patentschrift
73ΟΊ35), welche bezüglich Wirkung und Selektivität in verschiedenen KulturpflanzenbestänJen gewisse Vorteile

erkennen lassen, aber bezüglich Selektivität bei gewissen Kulturpflanzen nicht voll befriedigen oder unangenehme Lücken
im Wirkungsspektrum gegen mit diesen Kulturpflanzen vergesellschaftete
Unkräuter aufweisen. Insbesondere ist dies bei Unkräutern in Getreidearten, Reis, Soya, Sorghum, Baumwolle
usw. häufig der Fall.
Aufgabe vorliegender Erfindung war es deshalb, herbizide Wirkstoffe zu entwickeln, die unter besserer Schonung verschiedener
Kulturpflanzen auf die darin vorkommende Unkrautflora eine gute und möglichst lückenlose herbizide Wirksamkeit
ausüben.
Es wurde nun gefunden, dass substituierte Diamino-s-triazin Derivate der Formel I

diesen Anforderungen entsprechen. In der Formel I bedeuten:
X Chlor, die Methoxy-, die Methylthio- oder die Azidogruppe,
R. Wasserstoff, einen jeweils niederen Alkyl-, Alkoxyalkyl-, Cyanoalkyl-, Cyclopropylrest oder Cyclopropyl-alkylrest
oder eine Alkinylgruppe mit 3-4 Kohlenstoffatomen, R2 Wasserstoff oder einen Alkylrest mit 1 bis 3 Kohlenstoffatomen
einschliesslich der Cyclopropy!gruppe.

In der Formel I kommen für das Symbol E. als niedere
Alkylreste für sich oder als Bestandteile von Alkoxyalkyl, Cyanoalkyl und Cyclopropyl~alkyl=Resten solche mit 1 bis 4
Kohlenstoffatomen in gerader Kette oder als verzweigte Gruppen
in Betracht, wie Methyl, Aethyls n=Propyls Isopropyl und die vier
isomeren Butylreste= Der bevorzugte Cyanoalkylrest R1 ist
NC-C(CH„)O. .
Die neuen s-Triazinderivate der Formel I werden erfindungsgemäss
nach üblichen Methoden aus Cyanurchlorid hergestellt. Dies geschieht durch sukzessiven Ersatz von 2 Chloratomen durch die
Aminoreste gemäss Formel I und gegebenenfalls noch durch den
Ersatz des dritten Chloratoms durch die Methoxy-, Methylthio-
oder Azidogruppe, und zwar in beliebiger Reihenfolge,
Man kann natürlich auch von Mono= oder Dichlortriazin·=-
derivaten ausgehen, die bereits eine der beiden substituierten
Aminogruppen und/oder einen von Chlor verschiedenen Rest X aufweisen, und eines oder beide der noch verbleibenden Chloratome
durch die entsprechende Aminogruppe ersetzen..
Die Vielfalt der möglichen Verfahrensvarianten sei an
einigen Beispielen nachstehend erläutert:
1.) Umsetzung eines Cyanurhalogenids, insbesondere Cyanurchlorids,mit
einem Atöin der Formel II

und einem Cyclopropyl-methylamin der Formel III

In beliebiger Reihenfolge in einem Lösungs- oder Verdünnungsmittel,
wie Kohlenwasserstoffen, Ketonen, Aethern (Dioxan) etc. und in Gegenwart eines säurebindenden
Mittels; die erste Stufe (mit dem ersten Amin) wird bei Temperaturen unterhalb 30 C.vorzugsweise
zwischen - 15 und 0 , die zweite Aminierung bei Temperaturen zwischen 0 und 45 vorgenommen.
Auf diese Weise erhält man ein Endprodukt der Formel I, in welchem X Halogen, z.B. Chlor darstellt, und das verbleibende
letzte Chloratom kann gewünschtenfalls in an sich bekannter Weise durch die Methoxy-, Methylthio- oder die Azidogruppe
ersetzt werden.
Der Ersatz dieses letzten Chloratoms durch die Methoxygruppe
erfolgt in bekannter Weise durch Umsetzung mit einem Alkalimetallmethanolat, insbesondere Natrium-methanolat in Methanol durch
Erhitzen (12-24 Stunden ) am Rückfluss bis zur Beendigung der Reaktion, oder durch Erhitzen einer Lösung des genannten 2-Chlortriazins
in einer methanolischen Lösung der doppelt molaren Menge eines Kondensationsmittels wie Trimethylamin.

Der Austausch des Chloratoms durch den Methylthiorest erfolgt, indem man eine Suspension des entsprechenden 2-Chlor-triazins
in einem Verdünnungsmittel, z.B. in Aceton/ Wasser mit wässriger Trimethylamin-Lösung versetzt und rührt,
bis eine klare Lösung entsteht, worauf man die doppelt molare Menge Methylmercaptan einleitet, bei Raumtemperatur rührt und
das entstehende OeI aufarbeitet. Der Ersatz des Chloratoms lässt sich auch bewerkstelligen, indem man das entsprechende 2-Chlors-triazin
in eine alkoholische oder alkoholisch-wässrige Lösung des Alkalimetallmercaptids einträgt und die so entstandene
Mischung am Rückfluss kocht, bis sie neutral reagiert.
Eine weitere Möglichkeit des Ersatzes des Chloratoms durch den Methylthiorest besteht in der Umsetzung des 2-Chlor-4,6-bis-amino-s-triazins
mit Thioharnstoff, alkalischer Verseifung des Zwischenprodukts (Thiuroniumsalz) zur Zwischenstufe,
worin X eine -SNa Gruppe darstellt und Methylierung am Schwefel, beispielsweise mit Dimethylsulfat,
Der Ersatz des Chloratoms durch die Azidogruppe lässt sich bewerkstelligen, indem man z.B. eine Suspension des entsprechenden
2-Chlor-4,6-bis-amino-s-triazins in einem Verdünnungsmittel, z.B. Aceton/Wasser mit wässriger Trimethylamin-Lösung versetzt
und rührt, bis eine klare Lösung entsteht, worauf man ein Alkalimetallazid zugibt, bei Zimmertemperatur rührt und dann das Endprodukt
aufarbeitet.
2.) Zur Herstellung von Triazinderivaten der Formel I, in denen X einen Methoxy- oder Methylthiorest bedeutet, kann man auch
von entsprechenden 2,4-Dichlor-6-methoxy- bzw. 6-methylthios-triazinen
ausgehen, diese mit einem Amin der Formel II bezw. einem Salz desselben in Gegenwart eines sMureblndenden Mittels
umsetzen und daraus dann mit einem Cyclopropyl-methyl-amin

der Formel III in Gegenwart eines säurebindenden Mittels
erfindungsgemäss 2-Methoxy- und 2-Methylthio-s-triazinderivate
herstellen. Grundsätzlich aber kann die Reihenfolge der Einführung der Substituenten in den Triazinring beliebig gewählt
werden.
Falls R> eine Cyanoalkylgruppe ist, so sind die meisten
entsprechenden Amino-nitril-Ausgangsstoffe der Formel II und
deren Salze bekannt und nur zum Teil neu und in der Literatur noch nicht beschrieben. Sie werden z.B. nach der Methode von
Strecker hergestellt, indem man ein Keton in Aether mit Ammoniumchlorid und wässriger Natriumcyanidlösung behandelt. Bei der Aufarbeitung
der Aetherextrakte wird vorzugsweise durch Einleiten von HCl-Gas sofort das Hydrochlorid des gewünschten Aminonitrils
gefällt.
Als Lösungs- oder Verdünnungsmittel für die Umsetzungen
der Amine der Formel II und III oder deren Salze mit Cyanurchlorid oder einem 2,4-Dichlor-monoamino-s-triazin kommen Wasser, aliphatische
und aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe und Halogenkohlenwasserstoffe, Aether und ätherartige Verbindungen, Nitrile, Amide, Ketone
etc. sowie Gemische solcher Lösungsmittel untereinander und mit Wasser in Betracht, vorzugsweise Toluol-Wasser-Gemische.
Dasselbe gilt für die Umsetzung eines 2,4-Dichlor-6-methylthio-s-triazins
mit einem Amin der Formel II und einem Amin der Formel III.

Als säurebindende Mittel für diese Umsetzungen sind
sowohl anorganische Basen,wie Alkalimetall- und Erdalkalimetall-hydroxide
oder -carbonate, oder tertiäre Amine, wie Trialkylamine, Pyridin und Pyridinbasen verwendbar. Anorganischal
Basen, insbesondere den Alkalimetall-hydroxiden wie NaOH ist jedoch der Vorzug zu geben.
Die Umsetzungen des ersten Amins mit Cyanurchlorid werden im Temperaturbereich von -30 bis +30 C, Vorzugs?·
weise zwischen -15 bis 0° durchgeführt und dauern je nach der gewählten Temperatur einige Minuten bis 10 Stunden.
Die Umsetzung des Zwischenproduktes mit dem zweiten Amin wird bei Temperaturen von 0 bis, 50 G durchgeführt und
kann bis zu 3 Tagen dauern. . .
Durch Umsetzung mit einem Alkalimetallazid in Gegenwart eines basischen Stoffes lässt sich die Azidogruppe
einführen. Als basische Stoffe kommen vorzugsweise tertiäre Amine, wie Trialkylamine, aber auch Hydroxide, Oxide und
Carbonate von Alkali- und Erdalkalimetallen in Betracht. Für die Umsetzung wird vorzugsweise Wasser als Lösungs- oder Verdünnungsmittel
verwendet; es können aber auch andere Lösungsmittel verwendet werden, beispielsweise die oben erwähnten.
Die neuen s-Triazine der Formel I, in denen X die Azidogruppe
bedeutet, können auch erhalten werden, indem man ein Hydrazino-s-triazin der Formel IV:

Die Hydrazino-s-triazine der Formel IV erhält man durch Umsetzung der entsprechenden Chlor-s-triazine der
Formel I mit Hydrazin oder Hydrazinchlorhydrat.
Das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren zur Herstellung der neuen Wirkstoffe der Formel I wird durch folgende Beispiele
erläutert. Teile bedeuten darin Gewichtsteile, die Temperaturen sind in Celsius-Graden angegeben.
Beipiel 1
280 g Cyanurchlorid werden mit 2000 ml Toluol verrührt und dann werden bei -5 bis-10° 185 g 1-Cyclopropyl-äthylaminhydrochlorid
in fester Form zugegeben. Hierauf werden 121 $ Natriumhydroxid, gelöst in 600 ml Wasser, bei -5 vbis -10
tropfenweise unter Rühren zugegeben und bei dieser Temperatur setzt man das Rühren solange fort, bis die Mischung neutral
reagiert. Dann werden bei +5 bis +10 263 ml einer 52%-igen
wässerigen Aethylaminlösung tropfenweise unter Rühren hinzugefügt und bei Raumtemperatur weitergerührt, bis wieder ein
neutrales Reaktionsgemisch entstanden ist. Dann wird die wässerige Phase abgetrennt und nach Waschen mit Toluol .verworfen.
Die vereinigten Toluolphasen werden getrocknet und das Lösungsmittel abdestilliert. Der verbleibende weisse
feste Rückstand wird aus Cyclohexan umkristallisiert. Das so erhaltene reine 2-Chlor-4-äthylamino-6-(l'-cyclopropyläthylamino)-s-triazin
schmilzt bei 122-124°. [= Verb. 1]
Beispiel 2 . .
8,5 g nach Beispiel 1 erhaltenes 2-Chlor-4-äthylamino-6-(l'cyclopropyl-äthylamino)-s-triazin
werden in 100 ml einer Mischung aus gleichen Teilen Aceton und Wasser aufgenommen
und mit 8,8 g einer 40%-igen wässerigen Lösung von Trimethylamin
versetzt, und solange gerührt., bis eine klare Lösung entstanden ist. Dann werden 3,4 g Methylmercaptan eingeleitet;
die Mischung über Nacht weiter gerührt und dann filtriert.
Das Filtrat wird dann soweit eingedampft, bis die Hauptmenge des Acetons entfernt ist. Zum Rest gibt man Aether
und trennt die wässerige Schicht ab. Die ätherische Lösung
wird getrocknet und eingeengt. Beim Abkühlen kristallisiert
aus der Lösung das 2-Methylthio-4-äthyLamino-6-(l '-cyclopropyl-äthylamino)-s-triazin
aus. Es lässt sich aus Aether Umkristallisieren und hat danach den Schmelzpunkt 74-75°.

43,1 2,6-Dichlor-4-isopropylamino-s-triazin, gelöst in
250 ml Benzol, werden bei Zimmertemperatur mit einer
Lösung von 15,1 g Cyclopropyl-tnethylamin in 40 ml Benzol versetzt. Dann gibt man dem Gemisch 27,8 g Natriumhydroxid
als 307o-ige wässerige Lösung zu und rührt 12 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur. Der entstandene Niederschlag wird abgetrennt
und mit Wasser neutral gewaschen. Das so erhaltene 2-Chlor-4-isopropylarnino-6-(cyclopropylmethyl)
amino-s-triazin hat den Schmelzpunkt 139-141°. I= Verb. 7]
20,85 g 2-Chlor-isopropylamino-6{cyclopropy]methyl)aminos-triazin
(erhalten gemäss Beispiel 3) werden in 100 ml absolutem Methanol gelöst und mit 3,75 g Natriumhydroxid
versetzt. Die Lösung wird dann 18 Stunden am Rückfluss erhitzt und nach Abdestillieren von ca. 50 ml Methanol in
Wasser gegossen und der dabei ausfallende Niederschlag getrocknet. Das so erhaltene 2-Methoxy-4-i.soproρylamino-6-(cyclopropylmethyl)amino-s-triazin
besitzt nach dem Umkristallisieren aus Hexan den Schmelzpunkt 103-105°. [- Verb.8]
20,85 g 2-Chlor-4-isopropylamino-6-(cyclopropylmethyl)aminos-triazin
werden mit 72 ml 15%-iger wässeriger Salzsäure
und 8,55 g Thioharnstoff versetzt. Die anfanglich klare Lösung wird nach 3-stündigem Rühren bei Raumtemperatur
breiig.Das Reaktionsgemisch wird dann mit 76,6 g 30%-iger
Natriumhydroxid-Lösung, 36 ml Wasser und 12 g Dimethylsulfat versetzt und anschliessend mit Essigs'äureäthylester
extrahiert. Der Essigester wird dann abdestilliert, der Rückstand in Benzol aufgenommen und die Lösung gereinigt.
Das daraus erhaltene 2-Methylthio-4-isopropylamino-6-(cyclopropylfliethyl^amino-s-triazin
hat den Schmelzpunkt 77-82°. [- Verb. 9] 309823/ 1 032

Die neuen Wirkstoffe der allgemeinen Formel I sind in den
üblichen organischen Lösungsmitteln löslich und hitzestabil.
Die Aus gangs-Amine der Formel II sind bekannte Stoffe, ebenso einige Cyclopropyl-methylamine der Formel III,
wie z.B. das l-Cyclopropyl-'äthylamin (J.Am. Soc. J38, Seiten
2262-2271) und das Cyclopropyl-mefchylamin. Andere noch
nicht vor bekannte Ausgangsamine der Formel III können
entsprechend den obigen la analoger Weise leicht . hergestellt werden.

Die neuen substituierten Diamino-s-triazin-derivate
der Formel I besitzen ausgezeichnete herbizide Eigenschaften
und sind besonders zur Bekämpfung von gräsartigen und breitblättrigen Unkräutern in verschiedenen Kulturpflanzungen
geeignet. In hohen Konzentrationen angewendet, wirken die neuen Verbindungen als Totalherbizide, in niederen dagegen als
selektive Herbizide. Von den Wirkstoffen der Formel I werden schwer bekämpfbare und tiefwurzelnde, ein- oder mehrjährige
Unkrautarten mit gutem Erfolg im Wachstum geschädigt oder vernichtet.
Die Applikation der neuen Wirkstoffe kann mit dem gleichen, guten Erfolg vor dem Auflaufen (preemergence) und nach dem Auflaufen
(postemergence) erfolgen. So können Ackerunkrauter, wie
z.B. Hirsearten (Panicum sp.), Senfarten (Sinapis sp.)» Gänsefussarten
(Chenopodiaceae), Ackerfuchsschwanzarten, z.B. Amaranthus
sp., Gräser z.B. Lolium sp., Korbblütlei;,z.B. Taraxacum sp.,
Kamillearten (Matricaria sp.), vernichtet oder im Wachstum behindert werden, ohne dass bei Nutzpflanzen, wie Getreide, Mais,
Baumwolle, Sorghum, Reis etc. Schäden hervorgerufen werden. Die
Aufwandmengen sind verschieden und vom App 1J. kat ions Zeitpunkt
abhängig, sie liegen zwischen 0,1 bis 10 kg Wirkstoff pro Hektar, bei Applikationen vor dem Auflaufen der Pflanzen bis zu 4 kg
Wirkstoff pro Hektar und nach dem Auflaufen der Pflanzen bei 1 bis 5 kg Wirkstoff pro Hektar, wobei für eine totale Vernichtung
des gesamten Unkrautbestandes, beispielsweise auf Brachland, mehr als 10 kg Wirkstoff pro Hektar angewendet werden müssen.
Die Fruchtfolge kann bei Anwendung der neuen Wirkstoffe ohne Beeinträchtigung erfolgen.

Die herbiziden Wirkungen der erfindungsgemässen Triazin·
derivate werden an folgenden Versuchen nachgewiesen:
1.) Herbizide Wirkung bei Applikation der Wirkstoffe vor dem Auflaufen der Pflanzen (pre-emergente Applikation).
Unmittelbar nach der Einsaat der Testpflanzen in Saatschalen werden die Wirkstoffe als wässerige Suspensionen (erhalten
aus einem 25%-igen Spritzpulver) auf die Erdoberfläche der Schalen appliziert. Dann werden die Saatschalen bei 22-25°C
und 50-70% relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit gehalten und der Versuch nach 28 Tagen ausgewertet.
Als Testpflanzen wurden verwendet:
Kulturpflanzen; Hafer, Weizen, Mais, Sorghum, Reis
Baumwolle."

2. Herbizide Wirkung bei Applikation der Wirkstoffe nach
dem Auflaufen der Pflanzen (post-emergente Applikation).
Die unten benannten Kulturpflanzen und Unkräuter werden im
4- bis 6-Blattstadium mit einer wässerigen Wirkstoffemulsion
(erhalten aus einem 25%-igen emulgierbaren Konzentrat) in
einer Aufwandmenge von 0,5 und 1 kg AS/ha gespritzt. Die Pflanzen werden dann bei 24 bis 26°C und 45~607o-iger relativer
Luftfeuchtigkeit gehalten. 14 Tage nach der Behandlung wird der Versuch ausgewertet.

. Die Herstellung erfindungsgemässer herbizider Mittel
erfolgt in an sich bekannter Weise durch inniges Vermischen und Vermählen von Wirkstoffen der allgemeinen Formel I mit
geeigneten Trägerstoffen, gegebenenfalls unter Zusatz von
gegenüber den Wirkstoffen inerten Dispersions- oder Lösungsmitteln. Die Wirkstoffe können in den folgenden Aufarbeitungs·
formen vorliegen und angewendet werden :
feste Aufarbeitungsformen: Stäubemittel, Streumittel,
Granulate, UmhUllungsgranulate, Imprägnierungsgranulate" und
Homogengranulatej
in Wasser dispergierbare Wirkstoffkonzentrate: Spritzpulver,
(wettable powder), Pasten, Emulsionen;
flüssige Aufarbeitungsformen: Lösungen.
Zur Herstellung fester Aufarbeitungsformen (Stäubemittel,
Streumittel, Granulate), werden die Wirkstoffe mit festen Trägerstoffen vermischt. Als Trägerstoffe kommen
zum Beispiel Kaolin, Talkum, Bolus,Löss, Kreide, Kalkstein,
Kalkgrits, Ataclay, Dolomit, Diatomeenerde, gefällte Kieselsäure, Erdalkalisilikate, Natrium- und Kalium-Aluminiumsilikate
(Feldspäte und Glimmer), Calcium- und Magnesiumsulfate, Magnesiumoxid, gemahlene Kunststoffe, Düngemittel, wie Ammoniumsulfate
Ainmoniumphosphat, Ammoniumnitrat, Harnstoff,
gemahlene, pflanzliche Produkte, wie Getreidemehl, Baumrindemehl, Holzmehl, Nussschalenmehl, Cellulosepulver,
Rückstände von Pflanzenextraktionen, Aktivkohle, etc., je
für sich oder als Mischungen untereinander in Frage.
Die Korngrb'sse der Trägerstoffe beträgt für Stäubemittel
zweckmissig bis 0,1 min, für Streumittel ca. 0,075 mm

bis 0,2 mm und fUr Granulate 0,2 nun oder mehr.
Die Wirkstoffkonzentrationen in den festen Aufarbeitungsformen
betragen 0,5 bis 80 %.
Diesen Gemischen können ferner den Wirkstoff stabilisierende Zus'a'tze und/oder nichtionische, anionenaktive und
kationenaktive Stoffe zugegeben werden, die beispielsweise die Haftfestigkeit der Wirkstoffe auf Pflanzen und Pflanzenteilen
verbessern (Haft- und Klebemittel) und/oder eine bessere Benetzbarkeit (Netzmittel) sowie Dispergierbarkeit
(Dispergatoren gewährleisten. Als Klebemittel kommen beispielsweise die folgenden in Frage: Olein-Kalk-Mischung,
Cellulosederivate (Methylcellulose, Carboxymethylcellulose), Hydroxyäthylglykoläther von Mono- und Dialkylphenolen mit
5-15 Aethylenoxidresten pro Molekül und 8-9 Kohlenstoffatomen im Alkylrest, Ligninsulfonsäuren, deren Alkali- und
Erdalkalisalze, Polyä'thylenglykoläther (Carbowaxe), Fettalkoholpolyä'thylenglykoläther
mit 5-20 Aethylenoxidresten pro Molekül und 8-18 Kohlenstoffatomen im Fettalkoholteil,
Kondensationsprodukte von Aethylenoxid, Propylenoxid, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Polyvinylalkohole, Kondensationsprodukte
von Harnstoff-Formaldehyd sowie Latex-Produkte.
In Wasser dispergierbare Wirkstoffkenzentrate, d. h.
Spritzpulver (wettable Powder), Pasten und Emulsionskonzentrate stellen Mittel dar,, die mit Wasser auf jede gewünschte
Konzentration verdünnt werden können. Sie bestehen aus Wirkstoff, Tragerstoff, gegebenenfalls den Wirkstoff stabilisierenden
Zusätzen, oberflächenaktiven Substanzen und Antischaummitteln
und gegebenenfalls Lösungsmitteln. Die Wirkstoffkonzentrat
ionen in diesen Mitteln betragen 5-80 "L.

Die Spritzpulver (wettable powder) und Pasttn voeirden
erhalten, indem man die. Wirkstoffe mit Dispergiermictem
und pulverförmigen Trägerstoffen in geeigneten Vorrichtungen
bis zur Homogenität vermischt und vermahlt. Als Trägerstoffe kommen beispielsweise die vorstehend für die
festen Aufarbeitungsformen erwähnten in Frage. In manchen Fällen ist es vorteilhaft, Mischungen verschiedener Trägerstoffe
zu verwenden. Als Dispergatören können beispielsweise
verwendet werden: Kondensationsprodukte von sulfoniertem
Naphthalin und sulfonierten Naphthalinderivaten mit Formaldehyd,
Kondensationsprodukte des Naphthalins bzw. der Naphthalinsulfonsäuren mit Phenol und Formaldehyd sowie Alkali-,
Ammonium- und Erdalkalisalze von Ligninsulfonsa'ure, weiter
Alkylarylsulfonate, Alkali- und Erdalkalimetallsalze der Dibutylnaphthalinsulfonsäure, Fettalkoholsulfate, wie Salze
sulfatierter Hexadecanole, Heptadecanole, Octadecanole und
Salze von sulfatiertem Fettalkoholglykolather, das Natriumsalz
von Oleylmethyltraurid, ditertiäre Acetylenglykole, Dialkyldilaurylammoniumchlorid und fettsaure Alkali und
Erdalkalisalze. ."
Als Antischaummittel kommen zum Beispiel Silicone in Frage.
Die Wirkstoffe werden mit den oben aufgeführten Zusätzen
so vermischt, vermählen, gesiebt und passiert, dass bei den
.Spritzpulvern der feste Anteil eine Korngrösse von 0,02 bis
0,04 mm und bei den Pasten von 0,03 mm nicht überschreitet.
Zur Herstellung von Emulsionskonzentraten und Pasten werden
Dispergiermittel, wie sie in den vorangehenden Abschnitten aufgeführt wurden, organische Lösungsmittel und Wasser verwendet.
Als Lösungsmittel kommen beispielsweise die folgenden in Frage: Alkohole, Benzol, Xylole, Toluol, Dimethyl-

sulfoxyd und im Bereich von 120 bis 350° siedende Mineralölfraktionen.
Die Lösungsmittel müssen praktisch geruchlos, nicht phytotoxisch, den Wirkstoffen gegenüber inert und
dUrfen nicht leicht brennbar sein.
Ferner können die erfindungsgemässen Mittel in Form
von Lösungen angewendet werden. Hierzu wird der Wirkstoff bzw. werden mehrere Wirkstoffe der allgemeinen Formel I
in geeigneten organischen Lösungsmitteln, Lösungsmittelgemischen oder Wasser gelöst. Als organische Lösungsmittel
können aliphatische und aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, deren chlorierte Derivate, Alkylnaphthaline, Mineralöle
allein oder als Mischung untereinander verwendet Werden. Die Lösungen sollen die Wirkstoffe in einem Konzentrationsbereich von 1 bis 20 7o enthalten.
Den beschriebenen erfindungsgemHssen Mitteln lassen sich andere biozide Wirkstoffe oder Mittel beimischen. So
können die neuen Mittel ausser den genannten Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I zum Beispiel Insektizide, Fungizide,
Bakterizide, Fungistatika, Bakteriostatika oder Nematizide
zur Verbreiterung des Wirkungsspektrums enthalten. Die erfindungsgemässen Mittel können ferner noch PflanzendUnger,
Spurenelemente usw. enthalten.
Im folgenden werden Aufarbeitungsformen der neuen Triazine beschrieben. Teile bedeuten Gewichtsteile.

Granulat
Zur Herstellung eines 5%-igen Granulates werden die folgenden Stoffe verwendet:
5 Teile 2-Chlor-4-,ä'thylamino-6-bis-(cyclopropyl)·
methylamino-s-triazin
0,25 Teile Epichlorhydrin,
0,25 Teile Cety!polyglykolether,
3,50 Teile Polyäthylenglykol,
91 Teile Kaolin, (Korngrösse 0,3 bis 0,8 mm).
Die Aktivsubstanz wird mit Epichlorhydrin vermischt
und in 6 Teilen Aceton gelöst, hierauf wird Polyäthylenglykol und Cetylpolyglykol'äther zugesetzt. Die so erhaltene
Lösung wird auf Kaolin aufgesprüht und anschliessend im Vakuum verdampft.

Der angegebene Wirkstoff wird auf die entsprechenden Trägerstoffe (Kaolin und Kreide) aufgezogen und anschlies-

send vermischt und vermählen. Man erhält Spritzpulver von
vorzüglicher Benetzbarkeit und Schwebefähigkeit. Aus solchen Spritzpulvern können durch Verdünnen mit Wasser Suspensionen jeder gewünschten Wirkstoffkonzentration erhalten werden. Derartige Suspensionen werden zur Bekämpfung von Unkräutern und Ungräsern in Kulturpflanzungen verwendet.

Der Wirkstoff wird mit den Zuschlagstoffen in dazu geeigneten Geraten innig vermischt und vermählen. Man erhält
eine Paste, aus der sich durch Verdünnen mit Wasser Suspensionen jeder gewünschten Konzentration herstellen
lassen. Die Suspensionen eignen sich zur Behandlung von Gemlisepf lanzungen.

Unkräutern In Kulturpflanzungen, wie z. B. Baumwolle,
Mais,· Weizen, Hafer, Roggen, Sorghum oder Reis.

Claims (9)
- 9t -30PatentansprücheTriazinderivate der Formel Iin welcherX Chlor, die Methoxy-, die Methylthio- oder die Azidogruppe,R Wasserstoff, einen jeweils niederen Alkyl-, Alkoxyalkyl-Cyanoalkyl-, den Cyclopropylrest, einen niederen Cyclopropyl-alkyl-Rest oder eine Alkinylgruppe mit 3-4 Kohlenstoffatomen, undR~ Wasserstoff oder einen Alkylrest mit 1 bis 3 Kohlenstoffatomen einschliesslich der Cyclopropylgruppebedeuten.
- 2.) Die Verbindung 2~Methylthio-4-äthylamino-6-(l'-cyclopropyläthylamino)-s-triazin gemäss Anspruch
- 3.) Die Verbindung Z-Methylthio-A-isopropylamino-e-Ccyclopropylmethyl)amino-s-triazin gemäss Anspruch
- 4.) Verfahren zur Herstellung der neuen Triazinderivate der Formel I des Anspruchs L, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man von den 3 Chloratomen im Cyanurchlorid in beliebiger Reihenfolge einerseits zwei. Chloratome durch hintereinander erfolgende Umsetzung mit Aminen der Formeln3 Π 9 8 2 3 / 10 3(II)und - H0N-CH <] (III)? I NR2worin R- und R~ wie unter Formel I definiert sind, in einem Lösungs- oder Verdünnungsmittel und in Gegenwart eines säurebindenden Mittels durch die entsprechenden Aminreste und andererseits gegebenenfalls das dritte Chloratom in an sich bekannter Weise durch die Methoxy-, Methylthio- oder Azidogruppe ersetzt. . ' '
- 5.) Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man von einem Triazin-Zwischenprodukt ausgeht, in dem schon 1 Chloratom durch eine Aminogruppe gemMss Formeln II oder, III oder durch die Methylthiogruppe ersetzt ist und dass man mindestens eines der beiden verbleibenden Chloratome durch einen Aminrest gemäss Formeln III oder II ersetzt.
- 6.) Selektives herbizides Mittel zur Bekämpfung von Unkräutern und Ungräsern in KuItürPflanzungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als aktive Komponente mindestens ein s-Triazin-Derivat der Formel I neben Trägerstoffen und/oder Verteilungsmitteln enthält.
- 7.) Mittel gemäss Anspruch 6 enthaltend als aktive Komponente Z-Methylthio-A-äthylamino-o-(1'-cyclopropyl-äthylamino)-striazin.309823/1032
- 8.) Mittel gemäss Anspruch 6 enthaltend als aktive Komponente 2-Me thylthio-4- isopr opylaraino-6-(eyelopr opylme thy1)aminos-triazin.
- 9.) Verfahren zur selektiven Bekämpfung von Unkräutern und Ungräsern in Kulturen von Getreide, Mais, Reis, Sorghum oder Baumwolle, gekennzeichnet durch die Verwendung von Triazin-Derivaten der Formel I des Anspruchs 1.FO 3.35/Pk/nr
