Description
im Bereich von ungefähr 1300-1600 C und werden während einer Zeitspanne von über ungefähr 3 Minuten aufrechterhalten, wobei das System gleichzeitig den sehr hohen Drücken ausgesetzt ist, beispielsweise Drücken in der Grössenordnung von 55 Kilobar, um thermodynamisch stabile Bedingungen für das im System vorhandene kubische Bornitrid zu gewährleisten. Bei einer Temperatur von 1300 C sollte der Mindestdrucif ungefähr 40 Kilobar und bei einer Temperatur von 1600 C sollte der Mindestdruck ungefähr 50 Kilobar betragen. Bei den angewendeten Temperaturen schmilzt das in der Masse 37 vorhandene Sintermetall (Bindemetall), so dass je nach der Zusammensetzung des verwendeten Sinterhartmetalls oder Hartmetallsinterpulvers Kobalt, Nickel oder Eisen verfügbar wird und aus der Masse 37 in die Masse 36 gelangen kann, wo es sich mit der geschmolzenen Aluminiumlegierung legiert, die sich aus den Scheiben 38 und 39 bildet und mit dem kubischen Bornitrid reagiert.
