  1. エミッタ接地の高周波用のトランジスタのコレクタと負
    荷抵抗との間にオン電圧上昇防止用の抵抗を接続する一
    方、信号入力端と前記トランジスタのベースとの間にダ
    イオードを接続し、このダイオードのアノードと前記負
    荷抵抗及びオン電圧上昇防止用抵抗の接続点の間にオー
    バードライブ防止回路用のダイオードを接続したことを
    特徴とするトランジスタ・オン電圧上昇防止回路。
