Geeignete Alkyl- und Alkoxyreste sind beispielsweise gegebenenfalls weitersubstituierteC.-C^-Älkyl- bzw. CL-C4-Alkoxyreste,
geeignete Arylreste insbesondere gegebenenfalls substituierte Phenylreste.
Bevorzugte Alkylreste R^, R·^, Refund Rg sind dabei solche
mit 1 - 4 C-Atomen, beispielsweise -CEU, -CoHc, -C^Hy,
Bevorzugte Alkylreste R4 sind solche mit 1-4 C-Atomen,
die insbesondere durch -CN,-CONH2, -NH2 oder -COOH weitersubstituiert
sein können, beispielsweise -CH^, -C2H1

Bevorzugte Alkylgruppen R2 sind solche mit 1-4 C-Atomen,

Geeignete Alkoxygruppen R2 und-Rg sind vorzugsweise solche

z. B. durch Umsetzung von entsprechend substituierten
Nitro-phenyl-sulfochloriden mit Hydroxyalkyl-aminen und
anschließender Reduktion der Nitrogruppe zur Aminogruppe oder durch Umsetzung von entsprechend substituierten Acetylaminophenyl-sulfochloriden
mit Hydroxyalkyl-aminen und schließender Abspaltung der Acetylgruppe.

Die erfindungsgemäßen Farbstoffe eignen sich zum Färben
natürlicher und synthetischer Fasermaterialien, inabesondere, zum Färben von Polyamidfasern in egalen, ausgiebigen gelben bis orangen Tönen von sehr guter Lichtechtheit. 'Sie ziehen bereits im neutralen bis schwach sauren Färbebad gut auf
Polyamidfasern auf. Unter Polyamidfasern werden dabei insbesondere solche aus synthetischen Polyamiden wie D-PoIycaprolactam oder Kondensationsprodukte aus Adipinsäure und Hexamethylendiamin verstanden. Die Farbstoffe werden dabei sowohl in Form der freienSäuren als auch in Form ihrer Salze, insbesondere der Alkalisalze vorzugsweise der Natrium- oder Kaliumsalze, sowie der Ammoniumsalze verwendet.

28,5 g 4-Amino-2, 5^-dichlor-benzolsulfonsäure- (N-2-hydroxyäthyl)-amid
werden in 80 ml konz. Schwefelsäure gelöst und 1 Stunde "bei 50° C verestert. Zur Diazotierung wird die
Lösung auf 0 - 5° C abgekühlt und bei dieser Temperatur
35 g Nitrosylschwefelsaure zugetropft. Nach Beendigung
der Diazotierung wird die Lösung auf Eis ausgetragen, mit
einer Lösung von 19,3:g 2-Phenyl-indol. in Eisessig vereinigt
und auf pH 3 - 4 abgestumpft.. Nach dem Auskuppeln wird der Farbstoff der Formel
HO3 S-O-CH2 CH2 -NH-O2

isoliert und getrocknet. Er färbt Polyamidgewebe aus schwach saurem oder neutralem Bad in gelbstichig orangen
Tönen mit sehr guter Lichtechtheit.
42,7 g des durch Diazotieren von 4-Amino-2,5-dichlor-benzolsulfonsäure-(N-2-hydroxyäthyl)-amid
und Kuppeln auf 2-Methylindol hergestellten gut getrockneten Monoazofarbstoffs werden
in 150 ml konz. Schwefelsäure gelöst, 1 Stunde bei 50° C gerührt und dann auf 2 Liter Eis/Wasser ausgetragen. Der
ausgefallene Farbstoff der Formel

wird abgesaugt und getrocknet. Er färbt Polyamidfasern oder
Polyamidgewebe aus schwach saurem oder neutralem Bad rotstichig
gelb mit guter Lichtechtheit,
Färbebeispiel
0,1 g des Farbstoffs aus Beispiel 1 wird in 100 ml Wasser
heiß gelöst, 5 ml 10 %ige Ammoniumacetatlösung zugesetzt
und auf ein Volumen von 500 ml mit Wasser verdünnt. Man geht mit 10 g Polyamidfaser in das Färbebad ein, bringt
das Färbebad innerhalb von 20 Minuten zum Kochen, setzt 4 ml 10 %iße Essigsäure zu und hält eine Stunde auf Kochtemperatur.
Danach wird gespült und bei 70 - 80° C getrocknet.
Man erhält eine Färbung in gelbstichig orangem Ton von sehr ..· guter Licht- und Naßechtheit.
Wenn man wie in Beispiel Λ verfährt, Jedoch als Diazokomponenten
die in Spalte I und als Kupplungskomponenten die in Spalte II der folgenden Tabelle aufgeführten Verbindungen
einsetzt, so erhält man ebenfalls wertvolle wasserlösliche Farbstoffe, die Polyamid aus schwach saurem oder neutralem
Bad in gelben bis orangen lichtechten Tönen anfärben.

Claims (8)
1.) Monoazofarbstoffe, die in Form der freien Säure der
allgemeinen Formel
HO3 S-O-X-N-O2 S
entsprechen, in welcher
R1 Wasserstoff, eine Alkyl-, Aralkyl- oder Arylgruppe,
Rp Halogen, eine Alkyl-, Alkoxy-, Nitro-, Cyano-,
Carbonamid- oder Carbonestergruppe, R-z eine Alkyl- oder Arylgruppe,
R^r Wasserstoff oder eine Alkylgruppe,
Rc Wasserstoff, Halogen oder eine Alkylgruppe,
Rg Wasserstoff, Halogen, eine Alkyl-, Alkoxy- oder
Cyanogruppe,
X einen Alkylenrest mit 2-4 C-Atomen bedeuten und η für die Zahlen 1-2 steht.
2.) Monoazofarbstoffe des Anspruchs 1, worin R2 für Chlor,
Brom, Trifluormethyl, Methyl, Äthyl, Methoxy oder Äthoxy
steht. ·
3.) Monoazofarbstoffe des Anspruchs 1, worin Rg die in
Anspruch 2 angegebene Bedeutung .hat und R^ für C^-C^-
Alkyl, Aralkyl oder gegebenenfalls substituiertes Phenyl
steht.

4.) Verfahren zur Herstellung von Monoazofarbstoffen, die in
Form der freien Säure der allgemeinen Formel -
HO3 S-O-X-N-O2 S
N=N
entsprechen, worin
R1 Wasserstoff, eine Alkyl-, Aralkyl- oder Arylgruppe,
R2 Halogen, eine Alkyl-, Alkoxy-, Nitro-, Cyano-,
Carbonamid- oder Carbonestergruppe, R-z eine Alkyl- oder Arylgruppe,
R^ Wasserstoff oder eine Alkylgruppe, Rc Wasserstoff, Halogen oder eine Alkylgruppe,
Rg Wasserstoff, Halogen, eine Alkyl-, Alkoxy- öder
Cyanogruppe,
X einen Alkylenrest mit 2 - 4 C-Atomen bedeuten und η für die Zahlen 1-2 steht, .
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man in Monoazofarbstoffe ,:
der allgemeinen Formel

5.) Verfahren zur Herstellung von Monoazofarbstoffen, die
in Form der freien Säure der allgemeinen Formel
HO3S-O-X-N-O2S
entsprechen, worin Wasserstoff, eine Alkyl-, Aralkyl- oder Arylgruppe,
Halogen, eine Alkyl-, Alkoxy-, Nitro-, Cyano-, Carbonamid- oder Carbonestergruppe, '
R^ eine Alkyl- oder Arylgruppe, R» Wasserstoff oder eine Alkylgruppe,
R5 Wasserstoff, Halogen oder eine Alkylgruppe,
Rg Wasserstoff, Halogen, eine Alkyl-, Alkoxy- oder
Cyanogruppe, .
X einen Alkylenrest mit 2-4 C-Atomen bedeuten und η für die Zahlen 1-2 steht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man diazotierte Amine der
allgemeinen Formel .

mit Indolen der allgemeinen Formel
worin R3 - Rc die oben angegebene Bedeutung haben,
kuppelt.
6.) Verwendung der Farbstoffe der Ansprüche 1-3 zum Färben
natürlicher und synthetischer Fasermaterialien.
7.) Verwendung der Farbstoffe der Ansprüche 1-3 zum Färben von Fasermaterialien aus synthetischen Polyamiden.
8.) Mit den Farbstoffen der Ansprüche 1-3 gefärbte natürliche
und synthetische Fasermaterialien.
