Description

Die Krfindung betrifft eine Hauswand, insbesondere Hausirennwand. aus vorgefertigten Wandelementen, die jeweils aus zwei im Absland voneinander angeordneten Platten und ir i.uftzwischenraum lose hängendem Sleinwollefilz bestehen.
Kinc bekannte derartige zweischaligc Wand hai im Abstand zueinander angeordnete Spa np1 ··'ten. zwischen denen eine Malle aus Mineralwolle o. ugl. eingehängi ist. file Spanplatten sind dabei auf ein Ir.iggerüst aus Holzstücken genagelt.
Diese bekannte Wand hat den Nachteil, daß das Zusammenfügen der einzelnen Teile einen holen Arbeitsaulwand und damit hohe Herstellungskosten erfordert Außerdem ist es notwendig, fur eine Zimmerwand mehrere solche Flemenie aneinanderzu fügen, da diw zur Herstellung solcher Wandelement«: benötigten Platten in ihrer Größe beschränkt sind und meist nicht über die gesamte Wandfläche reichen. Als besonders nachteilig hai es sich darüber hinaus gezeigt, daß die bekannten plattenartigen Wandelement nicht in genügender Weise feuerhemmend sind und außerdem keine ausreichende Schalldämmung aufweisen, so daß sie beispielsweise nicht als Trennwände für zwei ancinandergebaule Häuser verwendet werden können.
Der Frfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine f lauswand der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, die
bei guten feuerhemrrenden [jgenschiiften auch eine gute Schalldämmung aufweist.
Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß jede Platte aus einer Haftmörtelaußenschicht. einer darauf folgen den. mit Magnesitniörtel gebundenen llolzuolleschicht. einer anschließenden Sieinwolleschichi und schließlich einer Asbestzementinnenschichl besieht.
Durch den Mehrschichtenaufbau und die erfindungsgemäße Sch ich ten folge der Platten der Hausvvand v,:rd eine große Feuerbeständigkeil der llatiswand erreicht, so daß diese Hauswand auch als llaustrenn\v.ind Verwendung finden kann Gleichzeitig bewirken der Mehrschichtenaufbau und die Sehiehtenfolgc eine erhebliche Verbesserung der Schalldämmung der Wand.
Vorteilhaft ist in die Steinwollesehichi ein Hohlprofil rahmen eingelegt, an dem die Asbestzemeniinnenschicht befestigt ist.
Nach einer vorteilhaften Weiterentwicklung ist zwischen der mit Magnesitniörtel gebundenen Holzwol leschichi und der Steinwolleschicht Streckmetall eingelegt und sind beide Schichten durch I laftmortel oder ein anderes geeignetes klebemittel lest miteinander ν ei bunden.
In der Zeichnung ist im Schnitt ein Ausführimgsbeispiel einer erfindungsgemäßen Hausvvand gezeigt.
Die Hauswand, die insbesondere für H.iust renn wände bei aus Fertigteilen errichteten Häusern dient, bestem aus zwei im Abstand zueinander angeordneten Mehr schichtenplatten 4 urd ßund Stein«.olklilzlagen t und /). die im l.uftzwischenrauni zwischen den beide.ι Mehrschichtenplatte!· \ :itid ßlose hangen.
Jede der Mrhrschichtenplaiicn Λ h/vv. Zwischen der liallmortelaiißenschichl 1 und oer 1 lolzwolleschich» 2 ist vorteilhali ein Glasseidengewebe 5 eingelegt. Zwischen dci Holzwollcschicht 2 iod der Sltinwolleschklit 5 i'.l Streckmetall i> eingelegt. Heide Schichten sind durch Haflmortcl 7 tide cm anderes geeignetes klebemittel unlösbar miteinander verbunden. Wie eingehende Versuche gezeigt haben, ist die erfindungsgeniiiße I lauswand feuerhemmeiul. si> daß sie auch ü's Haustrennwand fiir zwei aneinandergebaiite Häuser beniüzl werden kann.

Claims (3)

Palentansprüche:
1. Hauswund, 'iisbesondere Haustrennwund. aus vorgefertigten Wandelementen, die jeweils aus zwei im Abstand voneinander angeordneten Platten und im Luftzwischenraum lose hängendem Steinwollefilz bestehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Platte (A bzw. B) aus einer Haftmörtelaußenschicht (1), einer darauf folgenden, mit Magnesitmöricl gebundenen Holzwolleschicht (2), einer anschließenden Steinwolleschicht (3) und schließlich einer Asbestzementinnenschicht (4) besteht.
2. Hauswand nach Anspruch 1. dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die Steinwolleschicht (3) ein Hohlprofilrahmen (8) eingelegt ist. an dem die Asbestzemeniinnenschicht (4) befestigt ist.
3. Hauswand nach Anspruch I oder 2. dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der mit Magnesitmörlel gebundenen Holzwollcsehichl (2) und der Sieinwolleschicti. (3) Streckmetall (6) eingelegt ist und beide Schichten durch Hafimoriei (7) oder ein anderes geeignetes Klebemittel fest miteinander verbunden sind.
