- einen Querschnitt durch mehrere Trennwand- Fertigelemente, wobei die Anordnung der Fertigelemente, Versteifungs- und Verbindungselemente und Befestigungselemente beim Aufbau von Raumbegrenzungen mit Fertigelementen mit Stufenfalz zu sehen ist;

- einen Querschnitt senkrecht zu den Ansichten der Fig. 7 und 8 durch ein Trennwand- /Fertigelement, wobei die Anordnung des Fertigelements, der Versteifungs- und Verbindungselemente und der Befestigungselemente beim Aufbau der Raumbegrenzung zu sehen ist;

Claims (14)
- Raumbegrenzung, wie Außenwände, Trennwände, Dachelemente oder Geschoßdecken, für Neu- und Rohbauten oder zum nachträglichem Einbau in fertiggestellten Räumen mitmodulartigen Fertigelementen (1), die ein monolithisches oder als Verbundelement ausgebildetes Kernelement (2) und zumindest ein Oberflächenelement (3) sowie längs oder/und quer zur Längsrichtung der Fertigelemente (1) verlaufende, im Abstand zueinander angeordnete Leitungselemente (4, 5) zur Aufnahme von Kabeln und dgl. Installationsmaterial oder/und zur Durchleitung von Heizungsoder Kühlmedien umfassen, wobei die Fertigelemente an zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Schmalseiten jeweils eine nutartige Aussparung (8), einen federartigen Vorsprung (7) und Zwischenräume zwischen Kernelement und Oberflächenelement aufweisen, wobei die nutartigen Aussparungen (8) durch längs zur Längsachse der Fertigelemente (1) verlaufende am Kernelement vorgesehene Leitungselemente (4) gebildet sind, und wobei die nutartigen Aussparungen und federartigen Vorsprünge sich jeweils nur über einen Teil der Dicke des Kemelementes erstrecken,Versteifungs- und Verbindungselementen (9, 11, 11a), die zur Versteifung der miteinander an den Schmalseiten verbundenen Fertigelemente (1) und zum Befestigen der Fertigelemente (1) an den Wänden (19), der Decke, dem Boden eines Raumes und untereinander vorgesehen sind, und dazu in den Aussparungen (8) und Zwischenräumen (15) angeordnet sind, und mitBefestigungselementen (10, 17) mit denen wenigstens eines der Versteifungs-und Verbindungselemente (9, 11, 11a) mit den Wänden (19), dem Boden und/oder der Decke des Raumes und/oder mit den Fertigelementen (1) verbunden ist.
- Raumbegrenzung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leitungselemente (4, 5) als nach außen hin offene Kanäle auf einer oder den beiden gegenüberliegenden und die Hauptflächen des Kernelements bildenden Stirnflächen des Kernelements (2) angeordnet sind.
- Raumbegrenzung, wie Außenwände, Trennwände, Dachelemente oder Geschoßdecken, für Neu- und Rohbauten oder zum nachträglichem Einbau in fertiggestellten Räumen mitmodulartigen Fertigelementen (1), die ein monolithisches oder als Verbundelement ausgebildetes Kernelement (2) und zumindest ein Oberflächenelement (3) umfassen, wobei an den Fertigelementen an zwei gegenüberliegenden Schmalseiten nutartige Aussparungen (8) bzw. damit korrespondierende federartige Vorsprünge (7) und Zwischenräume zwischen Kernelement und Oberflächenelement vorgesehen sind, wobei sich Aussparungen und Vorsprünge über die Dicke der Kernelemente erstrecken,Versteifungs- und Verbindungselemente (9, 11, 11a), die zur Versteifung der miteinander an den Schmalseiten verbundenen Fertigelemente (1) und zum Befestigen der Fertigelemente (1) an den Wänden (19), der Decke, dem Boden eines Raumes und untereinander vorgesehen sind, und dazu in den Aussparungen (8) und Zwischenräumen (15) angeordnet sind, und mitBefestigungselementen (10, 17) mit denen wenigstens eines der Versteifungs- und Verbindungselemente (9, 11, 11a) mit den Wänden (19), dem Boden und/oder der Decke des Raumes und/oder mit den Fertigelementen (1) verbunden ist
- Raumbegrenzung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Fertigelemente (1) längs oder/und quer zur Längsrichtung der Fertigelemente (1) verlaufende, im Abstand zueinander angeordnete Leitungselemente (4, 5) zur Aufnahme von Kabeln und dgl. Installationsmaterial oder/und zur Durchleitung von Heizungs- oder Kühlmedien aufweisen, wobei die Leitungselemente (4, 5) vorzugsweise als nach außen hin offene Kanäle auf einer oder den beiden gegenüberliegenden und die Hauptflächen des Kernelements bildenden Stirnflächen des Kernelements (2) angeordnet sind.
- Raumbegrenzung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nut- und federartigen Aussparungen (8) bzw. Vorsprünge (7) durch längs zur Längsachse der Fertigelemente (1) verlaufende Leitungselemente (4) gebildet werden.
- Raumbegrenzung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versteifungs- und Verbindungselemente in ihren Dimensionen angepasste U-Profile (9, 11) mit Schenkeln (13) und Basisflächen (14) umfassen, die so an den Fertigelementen (1) anbringbar sind, dass die Schenkel (13) der Profile (9, 11) die federartigen Vorsprünge (7) oder das Kernelement (2) der Fertigelemente (1) umgreifen und/oder in einen Zwischenraum (15) im Kernelement und/oder zwischen Kernelement (2) und Oberflächenelement (3) eingreifen.
- Raumbegrenzung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die U-Profile Laschen (12) oder Ausnehmungen (16) aufweisen, so dass die U-Profile (9, 11) mit Befestigungselementen (10, 17) an den Laschen (12) oder über die Ausnehmungen (16) befestigbar sind, oder/und dass die U-Profile (9, 11) abgewinkelt sind, um als Versteifungs- und Verbindungselement bei Raumbegrenzungsausnehmungen wie Türen oder Fenster zu dienen oder eine schräge Verbindung oder/und Anbindung der Fertigelemente (1) herzustellen.
- Raumbegrenzung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungselemente (10, 17) Schrauben, Bolzen, Klebverbindungen und Dübel umfassen.
- Raumbegrenzung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versteifungs- und Verbindungselemente Platten (11, 11a) umfassen, die vorzugsweise in Zwischenräume (15) zwischen Kernelement (2) und Oberflächenelement (3) einsetzbar sind.
- Verfahren zum Aufbau von Raumbegrenzungen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren für jedes einzelne Fertigelement die folgenden Schritte umfasst:Anbringen von mindestens einem Versteifungs- und Verbindungselement (9, 11, 11a) am zu installierenden Fertigelement (1) oder/und an einer Wand, Boden oder/und Decke (19) eines Raumes oder/und einem bereits installierten Fertigelement (1), wobei das Anbringen des Versteifungs- und Verbindungselementes (9, 11, 11a) an der Wand, dem Boden oder/und der Decke (19) eines Raumes über Fixierung des Versteifungs- und Verbindungselementes (9, 11, 11a) mit Befestigungselementen (10, 17) erfolgt;Anordnen des zu installierenden Fertigelements (1) an einem vorgesehenen Platz, wobei das zu installierende Fertigelement (1) in das vorher an Wand, Boden oder/und Decke (19) eines Raumes oder/und bereits installiertem Fertigelement (1) angebrachte Versteifungs- und Verbindungselement (9, 11, 11a) eingreift, oder/und mit dem vorher an ihm angeordneten Versteifungs- und Verbindungselement (9, 11, 11a) angeordnet wird; undFixierung des Fertigelements (1) durch Verbindung der Versteifungs- und Verbindungselemente (9, 11, 11a) mit an das Versteifungs- und Verbindungselement (9, 11, 11 a) angrenzenden Fertigelementen (1) oder/und Boden, Decke und/oder Wänden (19) des Raumes mit Befestigungselementen (10, 17). - Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwischenräume (15) an den Fertigelementen (1) durch Einschieben der Versteifungs- und Verbindungselemente (9, 11, 11a) gebildet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Versteifungs- und Verbindungselemente U-Profile (9, 11) verwendet werden, die mit folgenden Schritten bearbeitbar sind:Einschneiden der Schenkel (13) und/oder der Basis (14) der U-Profile (9, 11);Biegen der U-Profile (9, 11), oder Teile der U-Profile (9, 11) so dass Laschen (12) und abgewinkelte U-Profile (9, 11) gebildet werden, wobei die Biegeachse für die U-Profile (9, 11) in der Basisfläche (14) der U-Profile (9, 11) liegt oder senkrecht dazu ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bearbeitung der U-Profile (9, 11), weiterhin den Schritt umfasst: - Abschneiden der Laschen (12) zur Bildung von Ausnehmungen (16) in den Schenkeln (13) der U-Profile (9, 11).
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungselemente (10, 17) direkt ohne Vorbereitung der Versteifungs- und Verbindungselemente (9, 11, 11a) oder/und der Fertigelemente (1) an diesen angebracht werden.
