    des éléments préfabriqués modulaires (1) qui comprennent un élément central (2) monolithique ou réalisé comme élément composite et au moins un élément de surface (3), des évidements semblables à des rainures (8) et/ou des saillies correspondantes semblables à des languettes (7) et des interstices entre l'élément central et l'élément de surface étant prévus sur les éléments préfabriqués sur deux petits côtés qui se font face, les évidements et les saillies s'étendant sur l'épaisseur des éléments centraux,
    des éléments de renforcement et de liaison (9, 11, 11a) qui sont prévus pour renforcer les éléments préfabriqués (1) reliés entre eux sur les petits côtés et pour fixer les éléments préfabriqués (1) aux murs (19), au plafond, au sol d'une pièce ainsi qu'entre eux et sont à cet effet disposés dans les évidements (8) et les interstices (15), et avec
    des éléments de fixation (10, 17) avec lesquels au moins un des éléments de renforcement et de liaison (9, 11, 11a) est relié aux murs (19), au sol et/ou au plafond de la pièce et/ou aux éléments préfabriqués (1).
  4. Délimitation selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que des éléments préfabriqués (1) comportent des éléments pour conduites (4, 5) longitudinaux et/ou perpendiculaires au sens longitudinal des éléments préfabriqués (1) disposés avec un écart les uns par rapport aux autres pour loger des câbles et du matériel d'installation semblable ou/et pour faire passer des fluides de chauffage ou de refroidissement, les éléments pour conduites (4, 5) étant de préférence disposés comme des canaux ouverts vers l'extérieur sur une surface frontale ou sur les deux surfaces frontales de l'élément central qui se font face et forment les surfaces principales de l'élément central (2).
  5. Délimitation spatiale selon une des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce que les évidements (8) et/ou les saillies (7) semblables à des rainures et à des languettes sont formés par des éléments pour conduites longitudinaux par rapport à l'axe longitudinal des éléments préfabriqués.
  6. Délimitation spatiale selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de renforcement et de liaison comprennent dans leurs dimensions des profils en U adaptés (9, 11) avec des branches (13) et des surfaces de base (14) qui peuvent être montées sur les éléments préfabriqués (1) de manière à ce que les branches (13) des profils (9, 11) entourent les saillies semblables à des languettes (7) ou l'élément central (2) des éléments préfabriqués (1) et/ou viennent en prise dans un interstice (15) dans l'élément central et/ou entre l'élément central (2) et l'élément de surface (3).
  7. Délimitation spatiale selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que les profils en U comportent des couvre-joints (12) ou des évidements (16), de manière à ce que les profils en U (9, 11) puissent être fixés grâce à des éléments de fixation (10, 17) sur les couvre-joints (12) ou via les évidements (16), ou/et à ce que les profils en U (9, 11) sont coudés, afin de servir d'élément de renforcement et de liaison en présence de délimitations spatiales ajourées comme des portes ou des fenêtres ou bien afin d'établir une liaison ou/et un rattachement oblique des éléments préfabriqués (1).
  8. Délimitation spatiale selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de fixation (10, 17) comprennent des vis, des boulons, des liaisons collées et des chevilles.
  9. Délimitation spatiale selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de renforcement et de liaison comprennent des plaques (11, 11a) qui peuvent de préférence être utilisée dans des interstices (15) entre l'élément central (2) et l'élément de surface (3).
  10. Procédé de montage de délimitations spatiales selon une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le procédé comprend pour chacun des éléments préfabriqués les étapes suivantes :
    mise en place d'au moins un élément de renforcement et de liaison (9, 11, 11a) sur l'élément préfabriqué à installer (1) ou/et sur un mur, au sol ou/et au plafond (19) d'une pièce ou/et sur un élément préfabriqué (1) déjà installé, la mise en place de l'élément de renforcement et de liaison (9, 11, 11a) sur le mur, le sol ou/et le plafond (19) d'une pièce ayant lieu par fixation de l'élément de renforcement et de liaison (9, 11, 11a) avec des éléments de fixation (10, 17) ;
    disposition de l'élément préfabriqué à installer (1) à un endroit prévu à cet effet, l'élément préfabriqué (1) à installer venant en prise dans l'élément de renforcement et de liaison préalablement installé sur le mur, le sol ou/et le plafond (19) d'une pièce ou/et sur l'élément préfabriqué (1) déjà installé ou/et avec l'élément de renforcement et de liaison (9,11, 11a) préalablement disposé sur lui ; et
    fixation de l'élément préfabriqué (1) en reliant les éléments de renforcement et de liaison (9, 11, 11a) à des éléments préfabriqués (1) adjacents à l'élément de renforcement et de liaison (9, 11, 11a) ou/et au sol, au plafond et/ou aux murs (19) de 1a pièce avec des éléments de fixation (10, 17).
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les interstices (15) sur les éléments préfabriqués (1) sont formés en insérant les éléments de renforcement et de liaison (9, 11, 11a).
  12. Procédé selon une des revendications 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que des profils en U (9, 11) qui peuvent être usinés conformément aux étapes suivantes sont utilisés comme éléments de renforcement et de liaison :
    incision des branches (13) et/ou de la base (14) des profils en U (9, 11) ;
    flexion des profils en U (9, 11) ou de parties des profils en U (9, 11) de manière à former des couvre-joints (12) et des profils en U coudés (9, 11), l'axe de flexion pour les profils en U (9, 11) se trouvant dans la surface de base (14) des profils en U (9, 11) ou étant vertical par rapport à ce dernier.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que l'usinage des profils en U (9, 11) comprend également l'étape suivante: - incision des couvre-joints (12) pour former des évidements (16) dans les branches (13) des profils en U (9, 11).
  14. Procédé selon une des revendications 10 à 13, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de fixation (10, 17) sont mis en place directement sur les éléments de renforcement et de liaison (9, 11, 11a) ou/et sur les éléments préfabriqués (1) sans préparation de ces derniers.
