Definitions

  • the invention relates to a formwork element according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Formwork elements of this type are used for the production of so-called shell concrete walls.
  • the individual formwork elements are strung together and stacked on top of each other.
  • the edges of the formwork elements generally have projections and depressions which act as connecting elements and, when stacked on top of one another, allow exact positioning without additional aids.
  • the formwork elements are essentially hollow in their interior, the side plates arranged opposite each other being kept at a distance by connecting elements located between them.
  • the shape of the fasteners is chosen so that the cavities of the stacked formwork elements are connected.
  • Concrete is poured into the cavity created in this way. After setting, the concrete forms the shell concrete wall together with the formwork elements. In contrast to traditional formwork, the formwork remains in the building and thus represents lost formwork.
  • the outer sides of the side panels of the formwork elements form the corresponding wall surfaces on which e.g. the plaster can be applied immediately.
  • Other types of wall covering, such as wallpaper or panels, can also be attached directly to the side panels.
  • Formwork elements of this type were frequently designed in the form of lightweight concrete building blocks, however, formwork elements made of hard plastics have proven themselves in particular, which in addition to their original function as formwork also ensure a high degree of thermal insulation. This additional effect of thermal insulation made the formwork elements made of hard plastic widely used.
  • the mantle concrete wall made with such formwork elements alone is not sufficient to achieve adequate sound insulation. Then it is necessary to provide the cladding wall with additional soundproofing. This can be done, for example, by attaching insulation panels to the finished concrete wall.
  • the disadvantage here is that an additional operation is required to attach the soundproofing panel.
  • Many of the soundproofing panels are also suitable not for the subsequent immediate attachment of the final wall covering, rather a further layer must be applied which supports the final wall covering.
  • a formwork element for the shell-concrete method in which two spaced and parallel side plates are provided, which are interconnected with connecting elements.
  • An insulation panel made of sound-absorbing fiber material is nailed onto one of the two side panels, which is made of foamed hard plastic.
  • the present invention was therefore based on the problem of providing a formwork element of the type mentioned at the outset which, while maintaining the advantages achieved to date, in particular the simple handling and the good thermal insulation property, enables additional sound insulation without the expense of creating the shell concrete wall to increase.
  • the invention is based on the idea of providing the formwork elements on the inside, ie on the side of the side panels facing the cavity, with a further insulation panel which has the desired properties. This makes it possible to maintain the usual external structure of the formwork elements without additional measures for subsequent sound insulation being required.
  • the shell concrete wall is produced in the same way as was previously possible with the formwork elements according to the prior art. Special precautions or measures are not necessary, so that the manufacture of the formwork can be carried out by trained personnel as before.
  • FIGS. 1 and 2 The basic structure of the formwork element according to the invention results from FIGS. 1 and 2. It essentially consists of two spaced apart and parallel side panels 1, on the inner sides of which an insulating panel 3 is arranged. Connecting elements 2 are arranged between the opposite insulation panels 3 and thus between the side panels 1.
  • the connecting elements 2 serve on the one hand as a spacer for the two side panels 1 including the insulation panels 3 attached to them, on the other hand they are fastened in such a way that they give the entire formwork element sufficient inherent stability. This is achieved, for example, in that a large number of such connecting elements 2 are arranged both in the longitudinal direction and one above the other.
  • the arrangement as such is essentially freely selectable, the only important thing is that the desired inherent stability is achieved.
  • three rows of five connecting elements, one on top of the other are provided, three connecting elements lying one above the other in alignment.
  • the connecting elements can be arranged laterally as well as offset in height if this is desired.
  • an insulation panel 3 is attached to the inside of each of the two side panels 1.
  • this is not absolutely necessary, and configurations with only one insulation panel 3 on one of the two side panels 1 are also possible. If the thickness is selected accordingly, this can have the same insulation effect as the configuration with two insulation panels 3 arranged opposite one another.
  • the advantage of the insulation panels 3 being attached on both sides is that the formwork element is constructed symmetrically. When layering the formwork elements together and on top of one another, it is not necessary to pay attention to which side the insulation board 3 is located in order to ensure the desired assignment to one of the two sides.
  • the insulation panels 3 consist of soundproofing material. By selecting suitable insulation materials, it is possible to achieve the desired sound insulation properties. At the same time, this can also result in an increase in thermal insulation.
  • insulating boards 3 which are made of soft wood fibers.
  • Other types of fiber insulation materials are also well suited for this.
  • Foamed hard plastics such as foamed polystyrene, are suitable as the material for the side plates 1. It has a high degree of thermal insulation and good mechanical strength.
  • the formwork elements made from it can on the Construction site can be brought into the desired shape with a simple hand saw, for example. This is particularly necessary if corner connections, projections, lintels etc. have to be integrated into the wall.
  • the connecting elements 2 are advantageously designed in the form of webs. It is also possible to connect the connecting elements 2 e.g. as more or less continuous walls. However, it is desirable to interrupt the space between the two side plates 1 with as little large-area elements as possible, on the one hand to allow the cavities to be filled with concrete without problems and on the other hand to obtain a largely homogeneous concrete core in the finished concrete wall. From this point of view, it is therefore cheaper to implement a large number of relatively thin webs than a few continuous partitions.
  • the webs with a profiled cross section.
  • these can be cross-sections with a T or double T profile, which have a high degree of security against deformation in the event of load.
  • the connecting elements 2 are preferably made of metal.
  • a fire-proof design of the shell concrete wall can be achieved. This aspect is particularly required in apartment buildings and residential complexes, where it must be prevented that fire can penetrate the wall. This danger exists in the case of clad concrete walls which have plastic webs, because this creates fire bridges from one side wall to the other side wall. At the use of connecting elements 2 made of metal, this danger is no longer present.
  • the insulation panels 3 are first provided with slots into which the connecting elements 2 are inserted. They protrude laterally beyond the insulation panels 3, so that when the rigid plastic is subsequently foamed, they foam around the side panels 1 and are anchored in the side panels 1.
  • a sound insulation index of 51 dB was assessed.
