Description

sitzende Zahnrad 120 hat an seiner arbeitseitigen Stirnfläche einen über die Mitte gehenden schmalen Schlitz 124, in den ein quer durch die Werkzeugspindel getriebener Kerbstift 125 greift Der Kerbstift 125 überträgt das Drehmoment von dem Zahm ad 120 auf die Werkzeugspindel 121. Mit einer Gleitlagerbüchse
126 ist die Werkzeugspindel in der arbeitseitigen Abschlußwand der Innengehäuseschale 100 gelagert Die Werkzeugspindel 121 hat außerhalb des Gehäuses eine Querbohrung 1127 und an ihrem arbeitseitigen Ende ein Gewinde 128. Auf das Gewinde 128 kann ein nicht dargestelltes Spannfutter geschraubt werden, wobei die Werkzeugspindel mittels eines durch die Querbohrung
127 gesteckten Stiftes am Drehen gehindert wird.
Im Bereich des Kollektors 117 sind an die Innengehäuseschale 100 Ausbuchtungen 129, und im Bereich des Lüfters 108 sind Ausbuchtungen 130 angeformt, die nach dem Aushärten des umhüllenden Schaumstoffgehäuses 101 mechanisch durchbrochen werden und dann entsprechende öffnungen 139' für den Eintritt und 130' für den Austritt der Kühlluft ergeben.
Der Zusammenbau des Gehäuses geschieht folgendermaßen:
Die Einbauteile werden in die Innenschale 100 eingelegt, eine nicht dargestellte Gegenschale 100' wird aufgesetzt und mit der Schale 100 durch Einrasten, Verschweißen oder in anderer Weise verbunden. Das aus den Schalen 100 und 100' bestehende Innengehäuse mit den eingesetzten Einbauteilen wird in eine Außenform eingelegt und umschäumt Nach dem Erhärten des Schaumstoffs werden die Schlitze 129' und 130' für den Austritt der Kühlluft spangebend, z.B. durch Stanzen oder Fräsen, geöffnet
Es ist auch denkbar, die Kühlluftschlitze in den Schalen des Innengehäuses offenzulassen und in der zum Umschäumen verwendeten Außenform z. B. durch eingelegte Schieber darzustellen. Dann entfällt das spangebende öffnen der Luftschlitze nach dem Umschäumen.
