Abstract

Verfahren zur Bereitstellung einer Folie, wobei das Verfahren die Schritte umfasst, dassi) eine Basisschicht, die wasser- und/oder sauerstoffresistent ist, bereitgestellt wird,ii) eine Schicht, die eine Verbindungsschicht und eine Kontaktschicht umfasst, coextrudiert wird, um eine Coextrusionsschicht bereitzustellen,iii) die Coextrusionsschicht auf die Basisschicht beschichtet wird,iv) die auf die Basisschicht beschichtete Coextrusionsschicht anhaften gelassen wird, um die Folie bereitzustellen, die die aus Verbindungsschicht und Kontaktschicht gebildete Coextrusionsschicht umfasst, die auf die Basisschicht beschichtet ist,wobei die Verbindungsschicht mindestens eine Schicht umfasst,wobei die Kontaktschicht ein Cycloolefin-Copolymer (COC) enthält undwobei die Verbindungsschicht oder mindestens eine Schicht der Verbindungsschicht oder einer Mehrzahl von Schichten, die die Verbindungsschicht bilden, eine Beladung im Bereich von 7 bis 20 g/maufweisen.

Verfahren zur Bereitstellung einer Folie, wobei das Verfahren die Schritte umfasst, dass i) eine Basisschicht, die wasser- und/oder sauerstoffresistent ist, bereitgestellt wird, ii) eine Schicht, die eine Verbindungsschicht und eine Kontaktschicht umfasst, coextrudiert wird, um eine Coextrusionsschicht bereitzustellen, iii) die Coextrusionsschicht auf die Basisschicht beschichtet wird, iv) die auf die Basisschicht beschichtete Coextrusionsschicht anhaften gelassen wird, um die Folie bereitzustellen, die die aus Verbindungsschicht und Kontaktschicht gebildete Coextrusionsschicht umfasst, die auf die Basisschicht beschichtet ist, wobei die Verbindungsschicht mindestens eine Schicht umfasst, wobei die Kontaktschicht ein Cycloolefin-Copolymer (COC) enthält und wobei die Verbindungsschicht oder mindestens eine Schicht der Verbindungsschicht oder einer Mehrzahl von Schichten, die die Verbindungsschicht bilden, eine Beladung im Bereich von 7 bis 20 g/m2 aufweisen.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Verbindungsschicht einen Schmelzpunkt aufweist, der sich von dem von COC um 30°C oder weniger, vorzugsweise 0-15°C, wie zum Beispiel 5-15°C, unterscheidet.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem die Kontaktschicht eine Beladung im Bereich von 4 bis 20 g/m2 aufweist und die Beladung der Coextrusionsschicht, die die mindestens eine Schicht der Verbindungsschicht und die Kontaktschicht umfasst, nicht mehr als 40 g/m2 beträgt.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei dem die Verbindungsschicht eine Beladung im Bereich von 7 bis 20 g/m2 aufweist.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei dem die mindestens eine Schicht der Verbindungsschicht eine Beladung im Bereich von 7 bis 20 g/m2 aufweist.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei dem eine Mehrzahl von Schichten, die die Verbindungsschicht bilden, eine Beladung im Bereich von 7 bis 20 g/m2 aufweisen.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem das Beschichten in Schritt iii) ein Coextrusionsbeschichten ist.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die mindestens eine Verbindungsschicht eine Acrylsäureschicht und/oder eine Polyethylenschicht umfasst.
  9. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Verbindungsschicht mindestens zwei Schichten aufweist oder daraus besteht.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, bei dem die Verbindungsschicht eine Acrylsäureschicht, vorzugsweise Ethylen-AcrylsäureCopolymer (EAA), und eine Polyethylenschicht umfasst.
  11. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem Schritt iii) ein Coextrusionsbeschichten darstellt.
  12. Folie, die eine Basisschicht und eine Coextrusionsschicht umfasst, wobei die Coextrusionsschicht eine Verbindungsschicht und eine Kontaktschicht umfasst, wobei die Verbindungsschicht zwischen der Basisschicht und der Kontaktschicht angeordnet ist, wobei die Verbindungsschicht mindestens eine Schicht umfasst, die Kontaktschicht ein Cycloolefin-Copolymer (COC) enthält, und wobei die Verbindungsschicht oder mindestens eine Schicht der Verbindungsschicht oder eine Mehrzahl von Schichten, die die Verbindungsschicht bilden, eine Beladung im Bereich von 7 bis 20 g/m2 aufweisen, gegebenenfalls die Kontaktschicht eine Beladung im Bereich von 4 bis 20 g/m2 aufweist und die Beladung der Coextrusionsschicht, die die mindestens eine Schicht der Verbindungsschicht und die Kontaktschicht umfasst, nicht mehr als 40 g/m2 beträgt.
  13. Folie nach Anspruch 12, wobei die Verbindungsschicht einen Schmelzpunkt aufweist, der sich von dem von COC um 30°C oder weniger, vorzugsweise 0-15°C, wie zum Beispiel 5-15°C, unterscheidet.
  14. Folie nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, bei dem Coextrusionsschicht auf die Basisschicht coextrusionsbeschichtet ist.
