    Di&Neuerung betrifft ein fabrikatonsch hergestelltes

    Tjeiohtbauhaus, aus Fertigelementen, die also in Werk-
    stuten hergestellt. und auf vorbereiteten Fundamenten zusammengesetzt werden können. Dabei ist es grundsätzlich möglibht das zusammengesetzte Haus auch später noch auf ein an beliebigem anderen Ort gelegtes Funda-
    zementaufzusetzen.

    Dies wird dadurch ermöglicht, daß gemäß der Neuerung
    die Außenwände des Leichtbauhauses aus gleichartigen Wandelementen aufgebaut sind, die aus einem Rahmen, in diesem angeordneten Isolier- z. B. Kunstschaumplatten und den Rahmen beidseitig verkleidenden insbes. aus Kunststoff hergestellten Deckplatten bestehen. Ein derartiger Aufbau des Leichtbauhauses ermöglicht eine sehr einfache'und geordnete Gestaltung des Hausgrundrisses, so daß eine optimale Wohnraumausnutzung gewährleistet ist.
  • Diese Vorteile werden am einfachsten anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert.
  • Diese zeigt obenstehend einen Grundriß, nach dem die Wandelemente zusammengesetzt werden, während darunter ein Wandlement. in. einer Ansicht und einem Querschnitt dargestellt ist. Hier erweist sich, daß der einfache Aufbau einen sehr günstigen Wohnraumanteil am Gesamtquerschnitt ergibt. Dies sind in erster Linie der Wohnraum 2 mit z. B. einer Eßgruppe und einer angegliederten Einbauküche 3. Rechteckigen Grundrisses sind auch die anderen Räume : Eltern- 4, Kinderschlafzimmer 5 und Duschraum 6 mit WO. An die Wandelemente können günstig. die Innenwände angebaut werden, die u. U. ganz oder teilweise aus Einbausohränken bestehen können. Die Wandlelemente können leicht so zusammengesetzt werden, daß sich außen noch ein teilweise von den Wandungen umfaßter Freisitz 1 ergibt.
  • 'Die Wandelemente haben einen Rahmen, 7, der aus Vierkanthölzern zusammengesetzt wird. Dieser Rahmen ist beidseitig mit kunstharzgetränkten Hartfaser-
    platten 10 abgedeckt. In den hierdurch gebildeten
    Hohlraumwird'zur. Verbesserung der, Isolierfähigkeit
    eine Kuhstschaumplatte 9 eingesetzt, die den Hohlraum damit in zwei Teilräume teilt. Zur Versteifung dieser Kunststoffschaumplatte 10 sind in den Rahmen 7 zickzackförmig Strebleisten 8 vorgesehen, die vorzugsweise aus Holz bestehen und die Wandelemente

    putz aufbringen und Eternit-Eckwinkel zur Versteifung vorsehen.
  • Schutzansprüche

Claims (4)

  1. Sohutzansprüche : 1. Fabrikatorisch hergestelltes Leichtbauhaus aus Fertigelementen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß seine Außenwände aus gleichartigen Wandelementen aufgebaut sind, die aus einem Rahmen (7), in diesem an-. geordneten Isolier-z. B. Kunstschaumplatten (9) und den Rahmen beidseitig verkleidenden insbes. aus Kunststoff hergestellten Deckplatten (10) bestehen.
  2. 2. Leichtbauhaus nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch kunstharzgetränkte Hartfaserplatten (10) als Deckplatten, die vorzugsweise mit einer Schutzschicht gegen Witterungseinflüsse z. B. einem Kunstharzedelputz belegt sind.
  3. 3. Leichtbauhaus nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Isolierplatten (9) im Rahmen (7) mit zickzackförmig angeordneten Strebleisten (8) versteift sind, die vorzugsweise aus Holz bestehen und die Wandelemente zugleich in Zellen aufteilen.
  4. 4. Leichtbauhaus nach Anspruch 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der tragende Rahmen (2) der Wandelemente aus Vierkanthölzern besteht.
