a) ein reaktionsfähiges funktionales Derivat der Octahydro - 1,2,4 - methenopentalenyl - (5)-carbaminsäure
in an sich bekannter Weise mit einem Amin der allgemeinen Formel II
Die vorüegende Erfindung betrifft neue N-Octahydro-1.2.4-methenopentalenyl-(5t-harnstoffe.
Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung und de;vn Verwendung
als Herbizide.
Die neuen Harnstoffe besitzen die alleemeine Formel I

Sie besitzen ausgezeichnete herbizide Eigenschaften und dienen zur Bekämpfung von Unkräutern und
uaeiwünschten Gräsern. Die Wirkstoffe können sowohl im Vorauflauf- als auch im Nachauflaufverfahren
zur Bekämpfung von unerwünschten Pflanzen in Kulturpflanzungen verwendet werden. Sie zeichnen
sich besonders durch einen schnellen Wirkungseintritt und eine kurze Nachwirkung aus.
Bei den Harnstoffderivaten der allgemeinen Formel I kann R1 als niederer Alkylrest mit 1 bis 5 Kohlenstoffatomen
z. B. den Methyl-, Äthyi-, die Propyl-, Butyl- oder Amylreste, als Q-Q-Cycloalkylrest den
Cyclopropyl-, Cyclobutyl-, Cyclopentyl- oder Cyclohexy.lresl, als Q-C4-Alkoxyrest z. B. den Methoxy-,
Äthoxy-, dieppropoxy- oder Butoxyreste bedeuten. Das Symbol R2 kann als niederen Q-C5-Alkylrest
einen der im vorangehenden Tür R1 aufgeführten Reste bedeuten.
Die neuen Harnstoffe der allgemeinen Formel I werden erhalten, indem man
a) ein reaktionsfähiges funktionelles Derivat der Octahydro -1,2,4 - methenopentalenyl - (5) - carbaminsäure
in an sich bekannter Weise mit einem Amin uer allgemeinen Formel II
in der Hai Halogen bis Atomnummer 35 bedeutet und Rj und R2 die vorstehende
Bedeutung besitzen, in Gegenwart eines Kondensationsmittels, wie einer anorganischen

Als reaktionsfähige funktionelle Derivate der genannten Carbaminsäure kommen beispielsweise folgende

insbesondere der Methyl- oder Äthylcsier
ferner der Phenylester sowie mono- und di-substiiuierte Ami.'e.
Die neuen Harnstoffe cW allgemeinen Formel I,
in dinen R1 einen C -Q-Alkoxyrest und R2 einen
Ci-C5-Alkylrest darstallen, können auch durch nachträgliche
Alkylierung eines N-Octahydro-l^-methenopentalenyl-(5)-N'-alkoxy-harnstoffs
oder eines N - Octahydro -1,2,4- methenopentalenyl - (5) - \ - hydroxyhamstoffs
mit üblichen Alkylierungsmitieln. wie Alkylhalogeniden oder Dialkylsulfaten, in Gegenwart
eines säurebindenden Mittels hergestellt werden. Die N-Octahydro-1,2,4-methenopentalenyl-(S)-N'-alkoxyharnstoffe
können ihrerseits durch Umsetzung des Octahydro - 1,2,4 - methenopentalenyl - (5) - isocyanats
mit einem O-Alkylhydroxylamin erhalten
werden (O. S c h e r e r u. a.. Angew. Chemie, 75, 851 bis 854 [19631).
Für die erwähnten erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrensvarianten geeignete inerte Lösungsmitte! sind beispielsweise
Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Benzol, Toluol, Xylole; Äther, wie Diäthyläther, Dioxan, Tetrahydrofuran,
Diäthylenglykolmonomethyläther; chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Methylenchlorid, und niedere
Ketone, wie Aceton oder Methyläthylketon.
Die Umsetzung des Isocyanats, eines Carbaminsäureester
oder -amids (Harnstoffs) wird im allgemeinen ohne ein Kondensationsmittel durchgerührt,
in manchen Fällen kann es vorteilhaft sein, die Reaktion beispielsweise in Gegenwart von Alkalimetallalkoholaten
oder einer tertiären organischen Base durchzuführen.
Die Umsetzung von Octahydro-1,2,4-methenopentalenyl-(5)-amin
mit einem Carbamoylhalogenid oder dessen Bildungskomponenten (Phosgen-Amin der allgemeinen Formel II) wird in Gegenwart eines
, Kondensationsmittels, wie einer anorganischen Base, beispielswciseAlkalimetallhydroxid.-acetaUhydrogencarbonat,
-carbonat und -phosphat, oder einer organischen Base, zum Beispiel eines tertiären Amins.
wie Pyridin. Trialkylamine oder Collidin. durchgefühlt. ΛΙλ Amine der allgemeinen Formel II kommen
beispielsweise die folgenden in Betracht: Methylamin. Dimethylamin, Äthylamin. Diälhylamin. die
Propylamine und die Butylamine. Cyclopropylamin. Cyclobüiylamin. Cyclopentylamin. Cvclohexylamin.
ferner Anilin. Azetidin, Pyrrolidin. Piperidin und Morpholin. Diese Amine können sowohl in freier
Form als auch als Salze von Halogenwasserstoffsäuren,
vorzugsweise als Chlorhydratu in die Reaktion eingesetzt werden.
Als Isocyanate der allgemeinen Formel IY können
die entsprechenden Q-Q-Alkylisocyanate. «ie das
Methyl-. Äthyl- und die Propylisocyanate. das Phen\lisocyanat. das Allylisocyanat. ferner das Cycloprop\l-.
Cvclohutyl-. Cyclopentyl- und Cyelohexylisocsanat
Verwendung finden. Als Carbaminsäurehalogenide der allgemeinen Formel 111 können insbesondere
Dimethyl-, Diäthyl-, Diisupropyl-. C\elopropyl-,
Cyclobutyl-, Cyclopentyl-, Cyclohexyl-, Methylphenylcarbaminsäurechlorid im Sinne der vorliegenden
Erfindung umgesetzt werden.
Sowohl das Octahydro-l,2,4-methenopentalenyl-(5)-isocyanat
als auch das Octahydro-1,2,4-methenopentaleny]-(5)-amin sind bis heute nicht bekanntgeworden.
Diese als Zwischenprodukte dienenden Verbindungen werden erhalten, indem man funktionelle
reaktionsfähige Derivate der Octahydrol,2,4-methenopentalenyl-(5)-carbonsäure
abbaut. Als reaktionsfähige funktionelle Derivate kommen dabei das Azid und Amid in Betracht, welche nach den
Verfahren von Curtius und H ο fm a η η zur Isocyanat-
bzw. Aminstufe abgebaut werden.
Für die Herstellung des Ausgangs-Isocyanats verwendet
man vorzugsweise den Abbau des Azids nach Curtius. Hierzu wird entweder die Carbonsäure
in das Carbonsäurechlorid übergeführt, welches dann mit Alkalimetallazid zum gewünschten
Carbonsäureazjd umgeseuf wird; oder einer der
Alkylester, wie der Methyl- oder Äthylester, wird mit Hydrazinhydrat und salpetriger Säure vorzugsweise
in Gegenwart eines Lösungs- oder Verdünnungsmittels direkt in das Carbonsäureazid umgewandelt.
Die überführung des Azids in das lsocyanat erfolgt durch thermische Zersetzung in einem gegenüber den
Reaktionsteilnehmern inerten Lösungsmittel, wie z. B. in einem aromatischen Kohlenwasserstoff, wie Benzol.
Toluol, Xylolen. oder in einem höhersiedenden Aiiier. wie Dioxan. Die Zersetzungslemperatur für
das Azid liegt bei 20 bis 180 C.
Zur überführung in das Octahydro-1.2,4-methenopentalenyl-(5)-aniin
wird das lsocyanat entweder a) mit FisesMü und Essigsäureanhydrid oder b) einem
Alkanol umgesetzt. Im ersten Fall (a) erhält man als Reaktionsprodukt das Acetylamin, das durch alkalische
Verseifung in das freie Amin übergeführt wird Im Fall (b) erhält man die den verwendeten Alkanolen
entsprechenden Carbaminsäureester, die sowohl sauei als auch basisch zu dem genannten Amin hydrolysien
werden können. Für die saure Hydrolyse kommer beispielsweise Halogenwasserstoffsäuren., Eisessig
halogenierte Essigsäuren oder Gemische solcher Sau ren untereinander in Betracht; für die basische Hy
drolyse sind z.B. Alkali- und Erdalkalimetallhy
droxide geeignet. Die Hydrolyse kann sowohl ii Wasser als auch in einem Alkanol, wie Methano
und Äthanol oder Diäthylenglykol usw. durchge führt werden.

Das Octahydro-l,2.4-methenopentalenyl-(5)-amin kann ferner durch den Säureamidabbau nach Hofmann
erhalten werden. Hierzu wird das entsprechende Carbonsäureamid beispielsweise in Gegenwart
eines Brom oder Chlor abgebenden Mittels in Gegenwart eines Alkalimetall- oder Erdalkalimetallhydroxids
oder einer Säure erhitzt. Als Lösungsmittel ist sowohl Wasser als ;ach ein Alkanol geeignet,
wobei man in den Fällen, in denen der Abbau in einem Alkanol, beispielsweise Methanol oder Ätnanol.
durchgefiihrt wird, statt der genannten Hydroxide die entsprechenden Alkoholate verwendet.
" Die neuen Harnstoffe der allgemeinen Formel I sind in gereinigtem Zustand farblos und in organischen Lösungsmitteln gut löslich, in Wasser dagegen unlöslieh.

Die folgenden Beispiele beschreiben die Herstellung der neuen Harnstoffe der allgemeinen Formel I.
Teile bedeuten Gewichtsteile, die Temperaturen sind in Celsiusgrader angegeben.

a) 164 Teile Octahydro - 1,2,4 - methenopentalenyl-(5)-carbonsäure
(vgl. H. K. Hall, J. Org. Chem., 25, 42 [I960]), 1000 Volumteile Benzol und
4 Volumteile Pyridin werden auf dem Dampfbad schwach erwärmt. Dann tropft man innerhalb von
15 Minuten 250 Teile Thionylchlorid so zu, daß die Reaktion von selbst unter SO2-Entwicklung fortschreitet.
Nach beendeter Zugabe des Thionylchlorids erhitzt man noch 15 Minuten auf dem Dampfbad.
Dann entfernt man alle bei Raumtemperatur flüchtigen Produkte im Wasserstrahl-Vakuum. Zum Rückstand
gibt man 200 Volumteile Petroläther, läßt das Gemisch 30 Minύ ten stehen und filtriert. Das Lösungsmittel
wird im Verdampfer entfernt. Das erhaltene Octahydro - 1,2,4 - methenopentalenyl - (5) - carbonsäurechlorid
wiro destilliert; es siedet bei 63 bis 6572 Torr; Ausbeute 162,7 Teile = 88,5%.

Lösung schäumt. Das Benzol wird dann abdestilliert Das Octahydro -1,2,4 - methenopentalenyl - (5) - iso·
c\anat hat den Sdp. .J bis 75 3 Torr: Ausbeute
76.2 Teile = 87.5%.
Dieses wird dann erfindungsgemäß weiter umgesetzt.
16,1 Teile Octahydro-l,2,4-methenopentalenyI-(5)-isocyanat
werden in 200 Volumteilen Benzol mil 9.7 Teilen Diäthylamin umgesetzt. Nach Entfernung
des Lösungsmittels wird das Rohprodukt destilliert:
Sdp. 131 bis IM 0.004 Torr. Nach dem Umkristallisieren
aus Pcirnlaihcr erhall man den N-Octahydro-1,2,4
- meihenopentalemI - (>i - Ν',Ν' - diäthyl - harnstoff
als farblose Kristalle mit dem Schmp. 88 bis 89 : Ausbeute 21,9 Teile -- >>- >%.
Das Ausga!immaterial wird wie folgt erhalten:
a) 16,1 Teile Octahydro - 1,2,4 - methenopentalenyl-(5)-isocyanai
(s Beispie! 1 b) werden in einer Mischung von 25 Volumteilen Lisessig und 15 Volumteilen
Essigsäureanhydrid 100 Minuten zum Sieden erhitzt. Nach Beendigung der CO2-Entwicklung destilliert
man 35 Volumteile des Lösungsmittels ab und gießt den Rückstand in i00 Volumteile Wasser und
rührt anschließend 3 Stunden. Das ausgefallene kristalline Produkt wird in 175 Volumteilen Äther aufgenommen,
die ätherische Lösung mit 15 Volumteilen Wasser gewaschen und mit Natriumsulfat getrocknet. Nach Entfernung des Äthers wird der
Rückstand destilliert. Das erhaltene Octahydrol,2,4-methenopentaIenyl-(5)-acetylamin
siedet bei 120 bis 125o/0,05 Torr und besitzt der. Schmp. 77
bis 80°.
b) 26,5 Teile des oben erhaltenen Acetylamins werden in einer Lösung von 200 Volumteilen Diäthylenglykolmonomethyläther
und 42 Teile Kaliumhydroxid in 50 Volumteilen Wasser zum Sieden erhitzt. Man destilliert langsam 35 Volumteile Wasser ab
und erhitzt dann die Mischung 8 Stunden unter Rückfluß (Innentemperatur 120°). Das Gemisch wird
in 600 Volumteile Wasser gegosser und die Lösung 5mal mit je 80 Volumteilen Äther extrahiert. Man
wäscht die vereinigten Ätherauszüge 2mal mit je 20 Volumteilen gesättigter Kochsalzlösung und trocknet
dann über Natriumsulfat. Nach Entfernung des Äthers liefert die Destillation bei 82 bis 84712 Torr
18.3 Teile des öligen Amins. Da das Destillat noch Diäthylenglykolmonomethyläther enthält, wird es wie
folgt gereinigt: 221 Teile rohes Amin werden in 1500 Volumteilen trockenem Äther gelöst, lind in die
Lösune wird bei 0° Chlorwasserstoff eincrplpitpt hi«
kein Hydrochlorid mehr ausfällt. Das abgetrennte Octahydro-1,2,4-methenopentalenyl-(5)-aminhydrochlorid
wird mit Äther gewaschen und im Vakuum getrocknet. Es hat den Schmp. 265 bis 270".
c) 117 Teile des obigen Aminhydrochlorids werden s
in 100 Volumteilen Wasser gelöst und mit 200 Volumteilen 4 η-Nat ronlauge durchgeschüttelt. Das ausgeschiedene
Amin wird 4mal mit je 150 Volumteilen Äther extrahiert und die ätherische Lösung mit
Natriumsulfat getrocknet. Nach Entfernung dcsÄthers und Destillation erhält man das Amin als farblose
Flüssigkeit. Das Octahydro - 1,2.4 - Tnethenopcntalenyl-(5)-amin
hat den Sdp. 81 bis 83' /12 Torr, nf: 1,5160; Ausbeute 82 Teile = 91%.
Dieses Amin wird dann erfindungsgcmäß umgesetzt' ts 6,45 Teile Dimethylcarbaniinsäurcchlorid werden in eine Lösung von 8,1 Teilen Octahydro-1.2,4-methenopcntalenyl-(5)-amin und 6,3 Teilen Triäthylamin in 80 Volumteilcn Benzol bei einer Temperatur von 5 bis 10" eingetropft. Dann wird das Rcaktionsgemisch von 2 Stunden bei 25' gerührt. Das ausgeschiedene Triäthylaminhvdrochlond wird abfiltriert und die Lösung mit Wasser gewaschen. Nach dem Trocknen wird das Benzol in einem Rotationsverdampfer entfernt. Der erhaltene N-Oclahydro-1,2.4 - methcnopentaleny! - (5) - N',N' - dimethyl - harnstoff wird bei 15071 Torr sublimicrt und hat den Schmp. 138 bis 140 : Ausbeute 6,1 Teile = 49,4%
Dieses Amin wird dann erfindungsgcmäß umgesetzt' ts 6,45 Teile Dimethylcarbaniinsäurcchlorid werden in eine Lösung von 8,1 Teilen Octahydro-1.2,4-methenopcntalenyl-(5)-amin und 6,3 Teilen Triäthylamin in 80 Volumteilcn Benzol bei einer Temperatur von 5 bis 10" eingetropft. Dann wird das Rcaktionsgemisch von 2 Stunden bei 25' gerührt. Das ausgeschiedene Triäthylaminhvdrochlond wird abfiltriert und die Lösung mit Wasser gewaschen. Nach dem Trocknen wird das Benzol in einem Rotationsverdampfer entfernt. Der erhaltene N-Oclahydro-1,2.4 - methcnopentaleny! - (5) - N',N' - dimethyl - harnstoff wird bei 15071 Torr sublimicrt und hat den Schmp. 138 bis 140 : Ausbeute 6,1 Teile = 49,4%

(s. Beispiel 1 b) werden in 200 Volumteilcn Benzol gelöst, und innerhalb 12 Minuten werden
7 Teile Methoxy-mcthylamin so zugetropft, daß die Temperatur nicht über 5 ansteigt. Dann rührt man
20 Minuten bei 25 und entfernt das Lösungsmittel im Vakuum. Der Rückstand wird destilliert, und man
erhält ein bei 112 bis 11470,07 Torr siedendes öl,
das langsam erstarrt. Der N-Octahydro-l^-methenopentalenyl
- (5) - N' - methyl - N' - methoxy - harnstoff hat den Schmp. 73 bis 76°; Ausbeute 22,1 Teile
= 100%.
8,05 Teile Octahydro-l,2,4-methenopentalenyJ-(5)-isocyanat
(s. Beispiel I b) werden in 50 Volumteilen Tetrahydrofuran gelöst, und unter Rühren wird in
diese Lösung Ammoniak eingeleitet. Dann rührt man das Reaktionsgemisch bei Zimmertemperatur noch
45 Minuten und verdampft anschließend das Lösungsmittel im Vakuum. Der zurückbleibende
N - Octahydro-1.2,4- mcthenopentalenyl -(5)- harnstoff
hat den Schmp. 135 bis 140 ; Ausbeute 8.8 Teile --- 99%.
13,5 Teile Octahydro-1,2,4-methcnopentalenyl-(5)-amin
werden in 200 Teilen Benzol gelöst und unter Kühlung mit einem Eisbad in 30 Minuten zu 11.8 Teilen
Phenylisocyanat in 100 Teilen Benzol bei 20 bis 30 zugetropft. Nach l6stUndigem Rühren bei 50 bis
60 wird das Reaktionsgemisch filtriert und das Filtergut aus Essigsäureäthylester umkristallisicrl. Der
erhaltene N-Octahydro-l,2.4-mclhenopcntalcnyl-|5)-N-phenyl-harnstoff
schmilzt bei 181 bis 182 : Ausbeute 25 Teile = 100%.
Nach dem im Beispiel i beschriebenen Verfahren
wurden unter Verwendung äquivalenter Mengen Octahydro - 1,2,4 - methenopentalcnyl - (5) - isocyanat
und eines entsprechenden Amins außer den bereits erwähnten Verbindungen noch die in der folgenden
Tabelle aufgeführten neuen Harnstoffe erhallen:

Nachstehend wird die Herstellung des Ausgangs-Octahydro-1^4-methenopentalenyl-(5)-amins Ober
einen Carbaminsäurealky!ester als Zwischenstufe
beschrieben:
10 Teile Octahydro -1.2,4 - methenopentalenyl - (5)-
carbonsäureäthyiester (vgl. H.K.Hall, loc. citl
40 Volumteile einer 26volumprozemigen, wässerigen Ammoniaklösung und 5 Volumteile Methanol werden im Autoklav 10 Stunden auf 14(T erhitzt. Das
Reaktionsprodukt wird im Wasserstrahl vakuum von
den flüchtigen Anteilen befreit und der Rückstand
mit 25 Volumteilen Aceton versetzt. Der Rückstand wird aus Wasser umkristallisiert. Das Octahydrol,Z4-methenopentalen,l-(5)-carbonsäureamid hat
den Schmp. 160 bis 169 (Zersetzung).
163 Teile Octahydro-li4-iaethenopentalenyH5>-carbonsäureamid werden in 500 Volumleuen Methanol gelöst. Dann gibt man 11 Teile Natriummethylat
hinzu und kühlt die Lösung auf 5°. Man fugt 16 Teile
Brom hinzu. IaBt 30 Minuten stehen und erhitzt anschließend auf dem Dampfbad 45 Minuten. Dann
gibt man Essigsäure hinzu bis zur neutralen Reaktion und entfernt alle flüchtigen Produkte im Verdampfer.
Der Rückstand wird mit 100 Volumteilen Wasser durchgeschüttelt Das Wasser wird abdekantiert. Den
unlöslichen Rückstand versetzt man mit 250 Volumteilen Petroläther. läßt einig«· Stunden stehen und
filtriert. Das Filtrat wird eingedampft; der ölige Rückstand wird destilliert and hat den Sdp. 97 bis 101/
0,02 Torr. Der Octahydro-l^,4-methenopentatenyMS>carbaminsäuremethytester kristallisiert und bat nach
dem Umkristallisieren aas Petroläther den Schmp. 84 bis «6.
29 Teile dieses Carbaimnsäureinelhytesters werden
mit 42 Teilen Kaiiutnhydroxid Ht 50 Voiamteilen
Wasser und 200 Volumteüen Diäthylenglykotmotto-
methyläther zum Sieden erhitzt. Dabei destillieren langsam 35 Volumteile Wasser ab, und der Siedepunkt
der Lösung steigt zum Schluß auf 125°. Dann erhitzt man 8 Stunden zum Sieden, gießt das Gemisch in
600 Volumteile Wasser und extrahiert die Lösung 5mal mit je 80 Volumteile Äther. Man wäscht die vereinigten
Ätherauszüge zweimal mit je 20 Volumteilen gesättigter Kochsalzlösung und trocknet dann über
Natriumsulfat. Nach Entfernung des Äthers liefert die Destillation bei 82 bis 84*712 Torr 18,3 Teile öliges
Amin. Das Amin ist noch mit Diäthylenglykolmonomethyläther
verunreinigt und wird wie im Beispiel 2 beschrieben, über das Hydrochlorid gereinigt.
Die Herstellung erfindungsgemäßer herbizider Mittel erfolgt in an sich bekannter Weise durch inniges
Vermischen und Vermählen von Wirkstoffen der allgemeinen Formel I mit geeigneten Trägerstoffen,
gegebenenfalls unter Zusatz von gegenüber den Wirkstoffen inerten Dispersions- oder Lösungsmitteln.
Die Wirkstoffe können als Stäubemittel, Streumittel,
Granulate, Umhüllungsgranulate. Imprägnierungsgranulate und Homogengranulate, Spritzpulver,
Pasten. Emulsionen. Lösungen oder Aerosole vorliegen und angewendet werden.
Die Wirkstoffkonzentration in diesen Mitteln beträgt beispielsweise 0,01 bis 80%.
Den erfindungsgemäßen Mitteln lassen sich andere biozide Wirkstoffe oder Mittel beimischen. So können
die neuen Mittel zur Verbreiterung des Wirkungsspektrums außer den genannten Verbindungen der
allgemeinen Forme! ί zurr. Beispie! Insektizide, Fungizide.
Bakterizide, Fungistatika. Bakteriostatika, Nematozide oder andere Herbizide wie Halogen-diamino-,
Alkoxy-diamino- und Alkylthio-diaminos-triazine. insbesondere 2-01110^-1^11^13111^0-6-150-propylamino
- s - triazin, 2 - Chlor - 4.6 - diäthylaminos-triazin. 2-Chlor-4-äthylamino-6-isopΓopylaminos

und Schwebefähigkeit. Aus solchen Spritzpulvern können durch Verdünnen mit Wasser Suspensionen
jeder gewünschten Wirkstoffkonzentration erhatten werden.

Wirkung aui Unkräuter bei Applikation nach den, Auflaufen der Pflanzen
I m Gewächshaus werden als Testpflanzen 1. Chenopodium
album, 2. Polygonum persicaria, 3. Ranuncullus repens, 4. Matricaria chamomilla, 5. Galium
aparine bis zum 4-Blattstadium herangezogen. Dann werden die Pflanzen mit 100 ml/m2 einer Wirkstoffsuspension,
erhalten aus einem 25%igen (Spritzpulver] Konzentrat, gespritzt. Anschließend werden die Pflanzen
bei 25 bis 28" und 40 bis 50% relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit unter Tageslicht gehalten.
Die Kontrollen wurden bei den Testpflanzen 1 und 2
nach 14 Tagen (A) und 24 Tagen (B), der Testpflanze 3
nach 19 Tagen (A) und 27 Tagen (B), den Testpflanzen 4 und 5 nach 14 Tagen (A) und 30 Tagen (B) vorgenommen. Die Beurteilung erfolgte nach der folgenden Skala:

Methode
Der Wirkstoff wird mit einem inerten Träger (Talk) im Mengenverhältnis 1:9 vermischt und das so
erhaltene 10%ige Präparat mit Gartenerde vermischt. Anwendungs-Konzentration 0,5 g WirkstoiT pro Liter
Erde. Die Erde wird in Saatschalen gefüllt, und als Testpflanzen werden Hafer, Raygras, Senf und Wicke
eingesät. Die Beurteilung erfolgt 20 Tage nach der Saat und wird nach dem 10er Index ausgedrückt.
