Als Äusgangsverbindungen der formel XI werden beispielsweise

Eine funktionell abgewandelte 6-Hydroxygruppe in dem durch Hydrierung einer Verbindung der Formel II erhaltenen Produkt

Analog Beispiel 1 werden 34,8 g 3-iaethyl-6-hydroxy-7«
Bethoxy~3%4'-aethylendioxy-flavyliumchlorid in Uethanol
an Platindioxid hydriert und nach Zugabe von Fyridin aufgearbeitet. Das erhaltene Ölige Rohprodukt wird mit 150 ml
Pyridin und 150 ml Acetanhydrid 5 Stunden auf 50° erhitzt·
lach dem Abkühlen gießt man auf £is, extrahiert mehrmals
«It Chloroform» wäscht dia Chloroformpbase mehrmale mit
verdünnter Salzsäure und mit »asser« destilliert das Chloroform
ab und kristallisiert das erhaltene 3-ttethyl-6-acetoxy·
7«sisthoxj«3l»4i-aiethylendioxy*flavan aus Methanol um·

.Analog erhält man durch Hydrierung der entsprechenden
yiavyllumohloride und aneohlleflende Acetyl!erung, wobei

Analog Beispiel 2 hydriert man 3-Xthyl~6-hydroxy-7-aethoxy-3'»4l-niethylendioxy-flavyliumcblorid
and acetyliert das ülige Kohprodukt.
Dae erhaltene ebenfalle ölige 3-iithyl-6«>acetoxy«>T-mcthoxy~3t ,
nethylondioxy-flaran (20 g) wird In 400 ml 5>iger methanolieoher
Kalilauge A3 Minuten bei Baumtemperatur gerührt.
Man gießt in ^iswaeser, säuert mit koneentrierter SaIaeäure
an und extrahiert mit Chloroform. Das in üblicher Weiee aus der organischen Phase erhaltene Rohprodukt wird
an KleBelgel chromatographiert und anschließend aus Methanol
umkriatalliaiert. Man erhält 3-Athyl-6-hydrox;/-7«methoxy-3l»4t-methylendioxy-flavan
vom P. 79 - 81°,
Analog erhält man aus dom entsprechenden PlAvyliumohlorid
dae 3-n-Propyl-6-hydroxy-7i4l-dimethoxy-navan, Ϊ. 50 - 53°.

2 g 3-itethyl-6-benzyloxy«-7»4'~dimethoxy-3-flaven werden
an 500 mg Raney-Nickel in 20 ml Äthanol bis but Aufnahmt
der berechneten Wasseretoffmenge (2 UoI) hydriert. Man
filtriert den Katalysator ab, entfernt das Lösungemittel unter vermindertem Brück und kristallisiert aus Methanol
um, wobei 3-kethyl-6-hydroxy-7»4'-diinethoxy-flavan vom
Ϊ. 139 - 140° erhalten wird.
2 g 3-itethyl-6-acetoxy-7-methoxy-3l»4l-methylendioxy-3-ίΐατβη
werden in 50 ml Äthylacetat gelöst und in Gegenwart von 500 ng 10biger Palladiumkohle unter einem Anfangsdruok
von 2,5 at mit Wasserstoff bis zum Ende des Druckabfalls geschüttelt, kan arbeitet analog Beispiel 4
auf und erhält nach Umkrlstallisation aus Methanol 3-kethyl-6-aoetoxy-7-methoxy-3'»4'-methylendioxy-flavan
rom *. 136 - 138°.
») 2,4 g 3-Äthyl-6-tetrahydropyranyl-(2)-oxy~7,4l-dinethoxy-flavanon
werden in 100 ml Dioian gelbst, mit 1,2 g Falladiumohlorid versetzt und bei Raumtemperatur
bis tür Aufnahme der berechneten f.en&e Wasserstoff
(2 *iol) geschüttelt. Lan filtriert den Katalysator ab,
engt unter vermindertem Druck ein, verdünnt mit Wasoer

äthanolisoher Salzsäure 3 Stunden gekocht. Nach dem Ab*
kühlen arbeitet man mit Chloroform und Wasaer auf und erhält
nach. Umkristallisatiön au· methanol 3- Ä thyl-6-hydroxy-7,4'-dimethoxy-flaran.
b) In 15 al auf 90° erwärmtes trockenes Pyridin werden 3 g
3- Ä thyl-6-hydroxy-7»4l~dimethoxy-fla<ran und 4 g Amido»
sulfonsäure unter Rühren eingetragen und 3 Stunden bei
gehalten. Saoh dem Abkühlen werden 50 ml absoluter Äther
sugegeben. Sie itheraohioht wird abdekantiert und der
surüokgebliebene Niederschlag mit einem Gemisch von 49 ml
12?(iger natronlauge und 30 al trockenem Py rid in versetst,
wobei sich 2 Schichten bilden. Sie Pyridinphaa· wird abgetrennt,
aweleal mit wenig Äther gewasohen, in Methanol aufgenommen»
eingedampft und der Rückstand mit Äthanol behandelt. Unlösliche Anteile werden abgesaugt und die L8-sung
über baaisohss Aluminiumoxid filtriert. Aus dem eingeengten
filtrat erhält man das Hatriumsalz des 3-X thyl-6-hydroxy-7»4'-dlmethoxy-flavan-6-sohwsfelsäureesters·
o) Sine Lusung von 2 g 3-. Ä thyl~6-hydroxy-7»4'-dimethoiyflaran
in 20 ml absolutem Pyridin wird bei -25° mit 10 ml einer Lueung τοη Phosphorsäuredibensylesterchlorid in absolutem Äther τerBetet, eine Stunde bei -25° gerührt und
Ü£er Haoht bei -3° stehengelassen. Das Reaktionsgomisch
wird in Jüisessig eingerührt, mit Salzsäure angesäuert, mit
Äther extrahiert und über Natriumsulfat getrocknet. Der aus der Xtnerlösung erhaltene Rückstand wird in 100 ml
Methanol gelöst. Nach Zugabe τοη 130 mg 10biger Palladiumkohle
wird bis sum Stillstand der Hasserstoff-Aufnähme
hydriert. Jüan filtriert den Katalysator ab, dejapft ein
und erhält 3-.I thyl-6-h.ydroxy-7,4 '-dimethoxy-flav*n-6»
phosphoreäureeater, der durch Lösen in wasserigtm AmmoAiak
und Eindampfen in das !Eugshörige Ammoniumaaris über geführt
werden kannc

Haney-HioJcel in 50 ad Äthanol bei 120° unter einem Druck
von 40 at 4 Stunden lang hydriert. Man läßt abkühlen, filtriert den Katalysator ab und konzentriert das filtrnt,
bis 3-Ätnyl-6-aoetoxy-7-methoxy-flavan auekrietalllsiert.
