Description

  • Die Erfindung geht aus von einem auf einen Platten- oder Stegrand aufsetzbaren, mit einem rinnenförmigen Klammermaul versehenen, eine geschlossene Oberfläche aufweisenden Profilstab mit einer Schicht aus elastisch nachgiebigem Material, welche mindestens zwei von beiden Seiten nach innen vorstehende Dichtungslippen aufweist und wobei widerhakenartige Halteklauen vorgesehen sind.
  • Die bei der Erfindung demgegenüber noch zu lösende Aufgabe besteht darin, Profilstäbe der soeben genannten Art insoweit zu verbessern, daß bei einfacher Konstruktion. ein möglichst fester Sitz des Profilstabes auf den zu verbindenden Teilen erreicht ist.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist bei der Erfindung vorgesehen, daß die Rinne des aus starrem Material bestehenden Profilstabes innen mit der weichen Schicht ausgekleidet ist und die Dichtungslippen zugleich die Halteklauen sind und daher widerhakenartig ausgebildet sind.
  • Bei dieser Aufgabenlösung sind folgende an sich bekannte Gestaltungsmerkmale benutzt werden: Es ist bei einer Fensterführung und deren Befestigung bekanntgeworden, ein nachgiebiges Futter, das einen Führungskanal aufweist, von einer Mehrzahl von Klammern aus festem Material an der Außenseite zu halten.
  • Die Erfindung wird an Hand einer Zeichnung in mehreren Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert; hierbei zeigen F i g. 1 bis 9 Querschnitte durch die einzelnen Ausführungsbeispiele. _ Aus der Zeichnung ist der auf einen Platten- oder Stegrand aufsetzbare, mit einem rinnenförmigen Klammermaul versehene, eine geschlossene Oberfläche aufweisende Profilstab 1-9 mit einer Schicht 10-18 aus elastisch nachgiebigem Material, welche mindestens zwei von beiden Seiten nach innen vorstehende Dichtungslippen 20, 21, 22 aufweist und wobei widerhakenartige Halteklauen vorgesehen sind, zu erkennen.
  • Die Rinne des aus starrem Material bestehenden Profilstabes 1-9 ist innen mit der weichen Schicht 10-18 ausgekleidet. Die Dichtungslippen 20-22 sind zugleich die Halteklauen und daher widerhakenartig ausgebildet.
  • Die weiche Schicht 10-18 kann mit einer Einlage 19 aus federfähigem, biegsamem Material versehen sein.
  • Bei Verwendung des Profilstabes als Dach- oder Regenrinne, z. B. an Fahrzeugen, kann der Profilstab 5 mindestens einen nach außen gerichteten, profilierten Ansatz 23 aufweisen, wobei das freie Ende des Ansatzes 23 mit einer Bördelung 24 versehen ist und als Rinne 25 ausgebildet ist. ; Bei einer Verwendung des Profilstabes als Fensterschachtabdichtung kann streifenweise oder gesamtflächig Faserflor 26 auf der Profilstabaußenseite angeordnet sein, wobei diese außerdem einen profilierten Ansatz 23 aufweisen kann. t Bei Verwendung des Profilstabes als Plattenstoß-oder Kantenabdeckprofil kann der Profilstab 7, 8 einseitig oder beidseitig mit nach außen gerichteten profilierten Ansätzen 27, 28 versehen sein.
  • Bei der Verwendung des Profilstabes als Pufferprofil kann der Profilstab 9 zwei verlängerte Schenkel 29 aufweisen, die so zur Mittelachse des Profilstabquerschnittes umgebogen sind, daß eine unterschnittene Nut 30 zur Aufnahme eines Profils 31 gebildet ist.

Claims (6)

  1. Patentansprüche: 1. Auf einen Platten- oder Stegrand aufseztbarer, mit einem rinnenförmigen Klammermaul versehener, eine geschlossene Oberfläche aufweisender Profilstab mit einer weichen Schicht aus elastisch nachgiebigem Material, welche mindestens zwei von beiden Seiten nach innen vorstehende Dichtungslippen aufweist und wobei widerhakenartige Halteklauen vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rinne des aus starrem Material bestehenden Profilstabes (1-9) innen mit der weichen Schicht (10-18) ausgekleidet ist und die Dichtungslippen (20-22) zugleich die Halteklauen sind und daher widerhakenartig ausgebildet sind.
  2. 2. Profilstab nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in an sich bekannter Weise die weiche Schicht (9-18) mit einer Einlage (19) aus federfähigem, biegsamen Material versehen ist. '

Profilstab nach Anspruch 1 und 2 zur verwendung als Dach- oder Regenrinne, insbesondere an Fahrzeugen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Profilstab (5) in an sich bekannter Weise mindestens einen nach außen gerichteten profilierten Ansatz (23) aufweist, wobei in neuer Weise das freie Ende des Ansatzes (23) mit einer Bördelung (24) versehen und als Rinne (25) ausgebildet sein kann.

Profilstab nach Anspruch 1 und 2 zur Verwendung als Fensterschachtabdichtung, insbesondere an Fahrzeugen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Faserflor (26) auf der Profilstabaußenseite streifenweise oder gesamtflächig angeordnet ist, wobei diese außerdem in an sich bekannter Weise einen profilierten Ansatz (23) aufweisen kann.
  5. 5. Profilstab nach Anspruch 1 und 2 als Plattenstoß- oder Kanten-Abdeckprofil, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Profilstab (7, 8) in an sich bekannter Weise einseitig oder in neuer Weise beidseitig mit nach außen gerichteten profilierten Ansätzen (27, 28) versehen ist.

Profilstab nach Anspruch 1 und 2 zur Verwendung als Pufferprofil, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Profilstab (9) zwei verlängerte Schenkel (29) aufweist, die so zur Mittelachse des Profilstabquerschnittes umgebogen sind, daß eine unterschnittene Nut (30) zur Aufnahme eines Profils (31) gebildet ist.
