Claims (16)
1. Akkomodierfähiges intraokuläres Implantat, das dazu geeignet ist, in einem
Kapselsack angeordnet zu werden, umfassend einstückig aus einem elastisch verformbaren Material gebildet eine zentrale optische Linse (1) und
zumindest zwei haptische Abschnitte (2, 4) in Form von radial abstehenden Armen, die dazu vorgesehen sind, mit ihren freien Enden an der äquatorialen
Zone des Kapselsacks anzuliegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das freie Ende jedes radialen Arms (2, 4) eine zur Anlage des Implantats
an der äquatorialen Zone des Sacks bestimmte Fußplatte (6, 7) hat, deren
Außenfläche im wesentlichen torisch ist, wobei die Verbindung zwischen
der Fußplatte (6, 7) und dem jeweiligen Arm (2, 4) nach Art eines nahe dem rückwärtigen Rand der Fußplatte (6, 7) gelegenen Scharniers von einem
ersten verjüngten Abschnitt (2d, 4d) des Armes gebildet ist, während die Verbindung des Arms mit der Linse nach Art eines Scharniers ist, das im
Bereich der Vorderfläche der Linse von einem zweiten ebenfalls verjüngten Abschnitt (2c, 4c) gebildet ist, wobei die Ebene (P 1), welche die ersten
verjüngten Abschnitte enthält, hinter der Ebene (P2) liegt, welche die zweiten
verjüngten Abschnitte enthält.
2. Implantat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Arm (2, 4)
zwischen den scharnierartig verjüngten Abschnitten eine rückseitige Verdickung (2b, 4b) umfaßt.
3. Implantat nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekenn
zeichnet, daß jeder Arm (13, 14) die Form eines Bügels aufweist, dessen
Schenkel (13a, 13b, 14a, 14b) über verjüngte Abschnitte, die entlang einer
senkrecht zur Mittellinie des Arms verlaufenden Linie (19, 20) ausgerichtet sind, mit der optischen Linse (1) verbunden sind.
4. Implantat nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekenn
zeichnet, daß es ausgehend von der Linse (1) zumindest zwei starre radiale
Erweiterungen (10, 12) umfaßt, die zwischen den haptischen Armen angeordnet sind und eine geringere radiale Länge aufweisen als die Arme,
um einen Anschlag des Implantats gegenüber den Rändern der Öffnung des Kapselsacks zu bilden.
5. Implantat nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einen Anschlag
bildenden Erweiterungen außerhalb von Winkelhalbierenden des Winkels, durch welchen zwei aneinandergrenzende Arme voneinander getrennt
sind, angeordnet sind.
6. Implantat nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
jede radiale Erweiterung die gemeinsame Zone (15, 16, 17, 18) zum Verbinden
zweier nebeneinander angeordneter Schenkel zweier bügeiförmiger Arme mit der Linse bildet.
7. Implantat nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es
drei bügeiförmige Arme (21, 22, 23) umfaßt, die in regelmäßigen Abständen um die Linse (1) herum angeordnet sind.
8. Implantat nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekenn
zeichnet, daß die Winkelgröße des Kontakts zwischen der Fußplattenanordnung
und dem äquatorialen Bereich des Kapselsacks zumindest gleich 120° beträgt.
9. Akkomodierfähige Vorrichtung aus Kunstkristall, umfassend ein Implantat
(100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Vorrichtung ein von dem Implantat getrenntes Element (120, 130) umfaßt, das elastisch verformbar ist und zumindest einen Umfangsbereich hat,
der die Form einer radial verformbaren Rinne hat, dessen Durchmesser am Boden der Rinne im Ruhezustand zumindest gleich dem Außendurchmesser
des Implantats gemessen an der Außenfläche jeder Fußplatte (110) im
Ruhezustand derselben ist.
10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der äuquatoriale
Durchmesser des separaten Elements (120, 130) gemessen an der Außenseite der Rinne im Ruhezustand dem äquatorialen Durchmesser des
Kapselsacks des Patienten entspricht, für den die Vorrichtung vorgesehen ist und der zwischen 20 und 30 Jahre alt ist.
11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das oben genannte
Element (120) kuppeiförmig ist mit einer rückwärtigen Schale (125), deren Rand eine Rinnenform aufweist.
12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das separate
Element (130) auf einen rinnenförmigen Ring beschränkt ist, dessen hintere Lippe (133b) festoniert ist.
13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der rinnenförmige Bereich mehrere durchgehende Schlitze (126, 136)
hat.
14. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Radius der vorderen Lippe (122, 132) des Rinnenbereichs geringer
ist als die radiale Abmessung der einen Anschlag bildenden Erweiterungen des Implantats.
15. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das separate Element (120, 130) zumindest gegenüber dem Ende jedes Arms des Implantats angrenzend an die Fußplatte einen Wulst (124,
134) hat, der einen hinteren Anschlag für den jeweiligen Arm bildet.
16. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sie ein drittes Stück (150, 160) umfaßt, das von einem Ring gebildet ist, dessen größter Durchmesser höchstens gleich dem Innendurchmesser
der Rinne ist erweitert um die Dicke der Fußplatten der Arme des Implantats gemessen im Gleichgewichtszustand der Vorrichtung.
