In dem Patent 109586 und dessen Zusatz
111950 ist gezeigt, dafs man einen braunen Baumwollfarbstoff erhält, wenn man p-Oxyo1-p1-dinitrodiphenylamin
mit Chlorschwefel behandelt und das so erhaltene Product in Natronlauge mit oder ohne Zusatz von
Schwefelnatron auflöst und zur Trockne bringt.
Ganz anders ist der Effect, wenn man das genannte Zwischenproduct in wässerigem
Schwefelnatron ohne Zusatz von Natronlauge auflöst und diese Lösung eindampft.
Man erhält dann einen Farbstoff, der ungebeizte Baumwolle im Kochsalzbade intensiv
blauschwarz anfärbt.
Beispiel: 10 kg des Reactionsproductes von
p-Oxy-o^p^dinitrodiphenylamin und Chlorschwefel
werden mit 30 1 Wasser und 50 kg Schwefelnatron gelöst und zur Trockne verdampft,
wobei eine Endtemperatur von circa 1300C. erreicht wird.
Der Farbstoff ist verschieden von dem des Patentes 103861, er zeigt stärkere basische
Eigenschaften und löst sich in concentrirter Schwefelsäure bereits in der Kälte mit blauer
Farbe auf, während der des Patentes 103861
darin selbst in der Wärme kaum löslich ist; seine Lösung in Wasser ist blauer als die des
letzteren, ebenso auch die Färbung auf Baumwolle.
Claims (1)
- Patent-Anspruch:Verfahren zur Darstellung eines schwarzen Baumwollfarbstoffes, darin bestehend, dafs man das aus p-Oxy-o^p^dinitrodiphenylamin und Chlorschwefel erhältliche, in Patentschrift 109586 beschriebene Product in Schwefelnatrium löst und diese Lösung zur Trockne bringt.
