Die Erfindung betrifft Schmierfette mit einer hervorragenden Schmierdauer und Wasserbständigkeit,
die durch Mischung zweier verschiedener Fettkomponenten erhalten werden. Die eine dieser Komponenten
ist em mit einem organischen Seife-Salz-Komplex oder einem gemischten Salzkomplex mit hohem
Metallgehalt zur Fettkonsistenz verdicktes Schmieröl, die andlare ein mit Lithiumseife hergestelltes Fett.
Diese zwei Fettkomponenten werden getrennt hergestellt und dann in einem Homogenisator oder einer
Fettwalze sorgfältig miteinander gemischt.
Die Verwendung derartiger Komplexe mit hohem Metallgehalt als Fettverdicker ist kürzlich vorgeschlagen
worden. Im allgemeinen werden die Komplexverdicker aus den Metallsalzen niedrigmolekularer Carbonsäuren
mit Metallseifen hochmolekularer Carbonsäuren und Metallsalzen von Carbonsäuren mittleren
Molekulargewichts oder aus Metallsalzen von Carbonsäuren mittleren Molekulargewichts und Metallseifen
hochmolekularer Carbonsäuren hergestellt. AJs Metallbestandteile dienen gewöhnlich zweiwertige Metalle,
insbesondere Erdalkalimetalle, wobei Calcium besonders bevorzugt wird. Fette, die diese Komplexverdicker
enthalten, besitzen hervorragende Hochdruckeigenschaften und lange Schmierdauer, bilden aber
flüssige Emulsionen, wenn sie mit Wasser gekirnt werden.
Die Verwendung von Lithiumseifen bei der Fettherstellung ist bekannt. Solche Verdicker vom Lithiumseifentyp
sind aus den üblichen seifenbildenden hochmolekularen Carbonsäuren einschließlich ihrer Oxyderivate
und Ester hergestellt worden. Lithium enthaltende Fettverdicker sind auch aus Gemischen von
Lithium- und Calciumseifen hochmolekularer Fettsäuren hergestellt worden. Mit diesen Lithium enthaltenden
Seifen, wie die Lithiumseife von Oxystearinsäuxe, verdickte Fette haben ausgezeichnete
Wasserbeständigkeit, aber bemerkenswert geringe Schmierdauer.
Es wurde gefunden, daß ein Fett mit den erwünschten Eigenschaften der mit einem hohen Metallgehalt
aufweisenden OrgamometaJlkomplex verdickten Fette und der mit Lithiumseife verdickten Fette durch Vermischen
von etwa 20 bis 60% des Fettes auf Lithiumgrandlage mit etwa 40 bis δΟ^/ο des mit dem Kornplex
verdickten Fettes hergestellt werden kann. Die entstehenden Vermischungen haben sowohl gute
Wasseremulsionsstabilität, lange Schmierdauer als auch andere erwünschte Fetteigeischaften. Die Fette
nach der- Erfindung bestehen aus zwei Komponenten. Komponente 1 ist ein mit einem Komplex eines zweiwertigen
Metalls verdicktes Fett, Komponente 2 ein mit einer Lithiumseife verdicktes Fett.
Das Schmierfett gemäß der Erfindung ist derart Schmierfett und Verfahren zu seiner

1 bis 3 C-Atomen und hochmolekularer aliphatischer hydroxylgruppenfreier Carbonsäuren oder Monooxycarbonsäureai
mit 12 bis 30 C-Atomen oder aus Gemischen niedrigmolekularer Carbonsäuren mit
1 bis 3 C-Atomen und mitteämolekularer Carbonsäuren mit 7 bis 10 C-Atomen oder aus Gemischen
von Essigsäure, mittelmoJekularen Carbonsäuren mit 3 bis 10 C-Atomen und hochmolekularen Carbonsäuren
mit 12 bis 30 C-Atomen gedicktem Fett und zu 80 bis 20, vorzugsweise 60 bis 20 Gewichtsprozent
eine Fettkomponente aus mit einer Lithiumseife oder einer Lithium- und Calciumseife gedicktem Fett enthält.
Die Herstellung derartiger Fette erfolgt erfindungsgemäß durch Vermischen zweier fertiger Schmierfette
in den entsprechenden Mengenverhältnissen.
Die erste dieser beiden Fettkomponenten ist ein Schmierfett, welches als Verdicker eine der folgenden
Komplexverbindungen enthält:
a) Seife-Salz-Komplexe, die aus den Metallsalzen niedrigmolekularer aliphatischer Carbonsäuren mit
1 bis 3 C-Atomen und den Metallseifen hochmolekularer Carbonsäuren mit 12 bis 30 C-Atomen
hergestellt sind, wobei das Molverhaltni's von nieder- zu hochmolekularen Säuren etwa 7 :1 bis
40 : 1, vorzugsweise etwa 8 : 1 bis 25 :1, beträgt;

b) gemischte Salzkomplexe, die aus den Metallsalze« niedrigtnolekularer aliphatischer Carbonsäuren mit
1 bis 3 C-Atomen und Metallsalzen aliphatischer Carbonsäuren mittleren Molekulargewichts mit
7 bis 10 C-Atomen hergestellt sind, wobei das Molverhältnis niedermolekularer Säuren zu Säuren
mittleren Molekulargewichts etwa 2 : 1 bis etwa 40 : 1, vorzugsweise 4 : 1 bis 25 : J. beträgt:
c) Seife-Salz-Komplexe, die aus dem Metallsalz der
Essigsäure, Metallsalzen von Carbonsäuren mitt- to
leren Molekulargewichts mit 3 bis 10 C-Atomen und Metallseifen hochmolekularer Carbonsäuren
mit 12 bis 30 C-Atomen hergestellt sind, wobei das Molverhältnis von Essigsäure zu der Säure
mittleren Molekulargewichts und der hochmolekularen
Säure etwa 4 : 1 bis 40 : 1, das Molverhältnis
von Säuren mittleren Molekulargewichts zu' hochmolekularen Säuren etwa 0,5 : 1 bis 10 : 1
und die Differenz in der Anzahl der Kohlestoffatome zwischen der hochmolekularen Carbonsäure
und derjenigen mittleren Molekulargewichts wenigstens 7, vorzugsweise etwa 7 bis 15, beträgt.
Die zur Herstellung der oben beschriebenen Komplexverdicker
verwendeten hochmolekularen Carbonsäuren sind die gleichen gesättigten und ungesättigten
hydroxylgruppenfreien Fettsäuren oder Monooxyfettsäuren, die für dire Schmierfettherstellung allgemein
bekannt sind. Im allgemeinen haben diese Fettsäuren etwa 12 bis 30, λ-orzugsweise etwa 16 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatome
und umfassen unter anderem Myristin- $1ρ säure, Palmitinsäure. Stearinsäure, die verschiede-

', Behensäure u. dgl. Es können auch Gemische dieser
hochmolekularen Fettsäuren in beliebigen Verhältnissen verwendet werden. Natürlich vorkommende
51i b hochmolekulare Säuren, λνιε Fischölsäuren, TaIg-
5irl· säuren, Ricinolsäuren, Kokosöl säuren, können auch
entweder in ihrem natürlichen Zustand oder nach partieller oder vollständiger Sättigung durch Hydrierung
verwendet werden. Bevorzugt werden Säuregemische, die sich von natürlichen Vorkommen ableiten,
wie hydrierte Fischölsäuren, tierische Fettsäuren u. dgl.
Die Säuren mittleren Molekulargewichts mit 7 bis 10, vorzugsweise etwa 8 bis 9 C-Atomen sind
aliphatiscbe Monocarbonsäuren, und zwar gesättigte
oder ungesättigte Fettsäuren. Die gesättigten Fettsäuren werden bevorzugt. Zur Herstellung verhältnismäßig
fester Fette eignen sich Fettsäuren mit gerader Kette, zur Herstellung weicherer Fette Säuren mit
verzweigter Kette. Einzelne oder gemischte Säuren mittleren Molekulargewichts mit einer durchschnittlichen
Verseifungszahl von etwa 310 bis 440, insbesondere etwa 320 bis 420, werden bevorzugt. Geeignete
Säuren sind: 5-Methyl-2-hexansäure, önanthsäure, Caprylsäure, 2-Äthyl'hexansäure, C8-Oxosäuj
ren, Pdargonsäure, Caprinsäure und CjQ-Oxosäuren.
Die erfindungsgemäß verwendbaren Carbonsäuren mittleren Molekulargewichts mit 3 bis IOC-Atomen
umfassen gesättigte aliphatisohe Carbonsäuren" mit"
gerader und verzweigter Kette,"~aKp1iäfiscne~ Oxy·;
mono- und Polyca.rlx>nsäuren, aromatische Mono- und
.-f Polycarbonsäuren und ihre Anhydride,"ferner hetero-^

λ säure, Oxybenzoesäure, Toluylsäure, o-Phthalsäure,
Phthalsäureanhydrid, Terephthalsäure, Furancarbonjäure

Bei d<er Herstellung dieser Komplexverdicker können
sowohl einzelne als auch gemischte Carbonsäuren
mittleren Molekulargewichts verwendet werden.
Die erfindungsgemäß verwendbaren niedermolekularen Carbonsäuren sind gesättigte und ungesättigte
aliphatische Carbonsäuren mit 1 bis 3 C-Atomen, wie Ameisensäure, Essigsäure, Propionsäure, acyclische ;
Säuren einsclilfelTicliTHrer öxyderivate, z. T3. Milch'-säüreT
AlohocafBorisäuren sind besonders vorteilhaft;
Essigt.äure wird besonders bevorzugt. Im allgemeinen
sollen die niederen Carbonsäuren eine Verseif ungszahl über etwa 600, vorzugsweise etwa 750 bis 1300,
haben. Gemische von niedermolekularen Carbonsäuren mit 1 bis 3 C-Atomen und Verseifungszahlen über
etwa 600 können auch verwendet werden.
Die Konzentration der Essigsäure kann im Bereich von etwa 60 bis 99,9 Gewichtsprozent liegen und beträgt
vorzugsweise etwa 80 Gewichtsprozent.
Die Metallkomponente der oben beschriebenen Komplexe wird in einer Form verwendet, die sich chemisch
mit Carbonsäuren unter Salz- oder Seifenbildung verbinden kann, gewöhnlich als Metallhydroxyd. Erfmdungsgemäß
arbeitet man vorteilhaft mit den Hydroxyden oder Carbonaten von Calcium, Barium oder
Strontium; Calciumhydroxyd wird besonders bevorzugt. Die Erdalkalimetalle unterscheiden sich in
diener Hinsicht von den Alkalimetallen Natrium, Kalium und Lithium, indem Komplexe mit hohem Alkaligehalt,
die dieselben Säuren, Molverhältnisse usw. wie die Erdalkalinietallkomplexe nach der Erfindung
enthalten, Fette von schlechter Strukturbeständigkeit liefern. Daher werden zweiwertige Metalle_ bevorzugt.
Erfindungsgemäß können ~äüch Magnesium und
Zink verwendet werden.
Di'e Seife-Salz-Komplexe können zur Verdickung
zahlreicher mineralischer oder synthetischer Schmieröle verwendet werden.
Üer S"erTeLS'alz-Komplex oder die Salzkomplexe
mit hohem Metallgehalt können durch Mischneutralisation eines Gemisches der Säuren mit den entsprechenden
Basen, insbesondere den Hydroxyden und/oder Carbonaten, hergestellt werden. Diese Mischneutralisation
kann in situ in einem Teil oder der Gesamtmenge des Schmieröls erfolgen. Das gemeinsam neutralisierte
Material wird zwecks Entwässerung und Komplexbildung auf etwa 204 bis 288° C oder höher
erhitzt.
Die Seife-Salz- oder Salzkomplexe mit hohem Metallgehalt können auch hergestellt werden, indem mindestens
ein Teil der Seife der hochmolekularen Carbonsäure und bzw. oder der Salze der Carbonsäuren
niederen und/oder mittleren Molekulargewichts gesondert hergestellt wird, was besonders vorteilhaft ist,
wenn verschiedene Metalle als Grundlage verwendet werden.
Seife-Salz oder Salzkomplexe können im Verhältnis von etwa 5 bis 30, vorzugsweise etwa 10 bis
20 Gewichtsprozent, bezogen auf die gesamte Fettvermischung, bei der Herstellung der die Komponente 1
gemäß der Erfindung bildenden Fette verwendet werden.
Die Konstitution und chemische Struktur der Seife-Salz- und gemischten Salzkomplexe ist noch nicht
völlig geklärt. Von den verschiedenen Seife-Salz- und Salzko-mplexen erhaltene Röntgenbeugungsspektren
zeigen jedoch Linien, die nicht mit denjenigen physikalischer Gemische aus der Seife und dem Salz oder
Salzgemischen übereinstimmen. Außerdem zeigen die
Spektren, daß die Temperatur, auf die die Komplexkomponenten erhitzt oder bei der sie umgesetzt werden,
wichtig ist. Aufnahmen, die durch Erhitzen der Komplexkomponenten auf etwa 204 bis 288° C erhalten
wurden, unterscheiden sich deutlich von den bei niederen Temperaturen erhaltenen und weisen auf
verschiedene Produkte hin. Folglich werden die durch Erhitzen von Gemischen einer Seife einer hochmolekularen
Carbonsäure mit Salzen niederer Carbonsäuren, Salzen von Carbonsäuren niederen und mittleren
Molekulargewichts oder Salzen von Säuren niederen und mittleren Molekulargewichts mit Seifen
hochmolekularer Carbonsäuren innerhalb des obenerwähnten Temperaturbereichs erhaltenen Produkte
als Komplexe bezeichnet. Es ist ziemlich sicher, daß es sich hier um eine Art Wernersdher Koordinationsverbindüngen
handelt.
Die zweite Komponente des erfindungsgemäßen
&~ fo lage, d. h. ein mit Lithiumseifen hochmöleku 1 arer
"Carbonsäuren zu Fettkonsistenz verdicktes Schmieröl.
Gemische von .Lithium- und Strontium- oder L.ithium-
und Calciumseifen können ebenfalls zur Herstellung dieser Komponente verwendet werden.
Auch die obenerwähnten Fette oder hochmolekularen Fettsäuren sind zur Herstellung dieser zweiten Komponente
geeignet So kann das Schmierfett als zweite ff-χ Komponente eine Lithiumseife der 12-Oxystearin-'
säure, die aus hydriertem Ricinusöl, hydrierten Ri-• cinolsäuren oder ihren Estern hergestellt wurde, niedermolekulare
Alkohole, wie Methyl-, Äthylalkohol, enthalten.
Die Lithiumseife oder das Gemisch von Lithiummit Calcium- odisr Strontiumseifen kann in mineralische
oder synthetische Schmieröle mit Viskositäten von etwa 30 bis 1000 SUS bei 37,8° C auf an sich bekannte
Art eingearbeitet werden.
Die Temperaturen beim Mischen der Komponenten liegen im Bereich von etwa 38 bis 149° C, vorzugsweise
etwa 82 bis 107° C. Die höchste Teimperaturgrenze kann gerade unter dem Punkt der Phasenumwandlung
des Lithiumfettes liegen, bei dem sich das Fett strukturell von einem rauhen faserigen Produkt
in ein weiches homogenes Produkt umwandelt. Der Miscfavoirgang kann in einem Gaulin-Homogenisator
oder einer Morehous-Mühle erfolgen.
Es sind bereits Schmierfette bekannt, bei denen als Verdicker ein Gemisch des Seife-Salz-Komplexes Lithiumdüoxystearatformiat
und der einfachen Seife Lithiumstearat dient. Die Herstellung dieser Schmierfette
erfolgt, indem die beiden Verdickerkomponenten zunächst gesondert hergestellt und dann zusammen in
das Schmieröl eingearbeitet werden. Zur Dispergierung des Verdickergemisches muß man auf 232° C
erhitzen. Hierbei erfolgt eine Dissoziation der dort verwendeten niiedlrigschmelzenden Verdickerkomponenten
unter Bildung eines neuen Komplexes aus sämtlichen Verdickerbestandteilen, in welchem das
Verhältnis von Salz und Seife natürlich niedriger ist als in dem ursprünglichen Seife-Salz-Komplex. Infolgedessen
weisen diese bekannten Schmierfette ungünstigere Beschaffenheit, insbesondere bezüglich der
Schmierdauer, auf als diejenigen nach der Erfindung.
Im Gegensatz hierzu handelt es sich bei den Komplexseifen zweiwertiger Metalle, die erfindungsgemäß
als Verdickerkomponente verwendet werden, um unschmelzbare Verbindungen, die sich in fertiger Form
nicht durch Erhitzen in dem öl dispergieren lassen und daher in ihm entweder durch gemeinsame Neutralisation
oder durch gemeinsames Dispergieren deT Seifen bzw. Salze der einzelnen Carbonsäuren ge ·
bildet werden müssen. Hierzu bedarf es hoher Temperaturen, Ibei denen sich die Lithiumseife, falls sie
gleichzeitig anwesend wäre, zersetzen würde. Die Herstellung der erfindungsgemäß verbesserten Fette
kann daher zum Unterschied von den bekannten Lithiumfetten nur durch nachträgliches Mischein zweier
bereits fertiggestellter Ei'nzeJfette erfolgen.
Die Erfindung wird an Hand des folgenden Ausfübrungsbeispiels
näher erläutert.
Beispiel
Fett A
Fett A
Aus den folgenden Bestandteilen wurde ein Fett 1S hergestellt:
7,2% Eisessig,
1,8% hydrierte Fischölsäuren,
1,8% hydriertes Ricinusöl,
5,4 % gelöschter Kalk,
1,8% hydrierte Fischölsäuren,
1,8% hydriertes Ricinusöl,
5,4 % gelöschter Kalk,
t° 0,4% Phenyl-q-naphthylamin, ^9iS~
83,4 % Mineralschmieröl, 55 SUS/98,9° C.
Das hydrierte Ricinusöl, die hydrierten Fischölsäuren (die im Sättigungsgrad der handelsüblichen
Stearinsäure entsprechen), der gelöschte KaJk und das gesamte Mineralöl wurden in einen direkt beheizten,
mit einer Rührvorrichtung versehenen Kessel aufgegeben und auf 55° C erhitzt. Dann wurde die Essigsäure
zugesetzt. Das Gemisch wurde weiter auf 260° C erhitzt; dann wurde diie Heizung abgestellt und das
Fett unter Rühren auf 93° C gekühlt und in einem Gaulin-Homogenisator homogenisiert. Das Verhältnis
der Essigsäure zu den höheren Säuren betrug etwa 10 : 1.
Fett B
Aus den folgenden Bestandteilen wurde ein Fett hergestellt:
8,40 % tierische Fettsäure,
0,48 % gelöschter Kalk,
0,48 % gelöschter Kalk,
1,01 % Lithiummonohydrat,
90,11 % Mineralschmieröl, 70 SUS/98,90 C.

Die Fettsäure und etwa eine Hälfte des Mineralöls wurden in den Dampfkessel aufgegeben, und das CaI-ciumhydroxyd
wurde bei etwa 68° C eingerührt. Erhitzen und Rühren wurden fortgesetzt und das Lithiumhydroxyd
als 10%ige wäßrige Lösung bei 92° C zugesetzt. Das Fett wurde dann bei 143° C entwässert,
wobei die Viskosität der Masse durch Zusatz geringer Ölmengen herabgesetzt wurde. Danach wurde die
Heizung abgestellt und das restliche Mineralöl unter Rühren im Verlauf von etwa 1 bis 2 Stunden zugesetzt.
Das Fett wurde in einer Morehouse-Mühle bei einer Einrrittstetnperatu>r von 32° C und einer Austrittstemperatur
von 48° C verarbeitet.
Fette C, D, E und F
Diese Fette wurden durch Vermischen der Fette A und B bei 52° C gemäß den in der Tabelle zusammengestellten
Angaben erhalten.
Fett G
Aus den folgenden Bestandteilen wurde ein Fett hergestellt:
15,0% Eisessig,
3,6% Caprylsäure,
11,1% gelöschter Kalk,
11,1% gelöschter Kalk,
0,5 % Phenyl-ct-naphthylamin,
69,8% Miiaeralschmieröl, 55 SUS/98,9° C.

Der gelöschte Kalk und das gesamte Mineralschmieröl wurden in einen direkt beheizten Fettkessel
aufgegeben, der dann unter Rühren auf 57° C erhitzt wurde. Bei dieser Temperatur wure das Gemisch von
Essigsäure und Caprylsäure zugesetzt und die Masse dann unter Rühren auf 249° C erhitzt. Nun wurde das
Erhitzen unterbrochen und das Gemisch unter Rühren auf etwa 1210C gekühlt. Dann wurde Phenyl-α-nap'ht'hylamin
zugegeben und das Gemisch weiter auf 93° C gekühlt. Das Fett wurde durch einen Gaulin-Homogenisator
geschickt und filtriert.
Fett H
Aus den folgenden Bestandteilen wurde ein Fett hergestellt:
12,00 %> 12-Oxystearinsäuremethylester,
1,68% Lithiummonohydrat,
0,50 °/o Phenvl-a-naphthylamin,
85,82 o/o Mineralschmierö'l, 55 SUS/98,90 C.

Der 12-Oxybtearinsäuremethylester und das Mineralöl
wurden in einen direkt beheizten Kessel aufgegeben und unter Rühren auf 66° C erwärmt. Dann
wurde eine 2O°/o>ige wäßrige siedende Lösung des Litbiummonohydrats zugesetzt und das Fett auf
204° C erhitzt. Das flüssige Fett wurde unter Rühren auf 177° C gekühlt, bei welcher Temperatur es gerade
zu erstarren begann. Hierauf wurde das Phenyl-anaphthylamin
zugesetzt und das Fett zum Abkühlen in Pfannen abgezogen.
Fette I, J, K, L und M
Diese Fette wurden durch Vermischen der Fette G und H bei 82° C gemäß den Angaben der Tabelle erhalten.

Die Wasserbeständigkeh von mit Calciumkomplexen verdickten Fetten und die Schmierdauer von
mit Lrthiumseifen verdickten Fetten kann durch Mischen
der getrennt hergestellten Fette in gewissen bestimmten Anteilen verbessert werden. Gemische mit
etwa 20 bis 60% eines mit einer Lithiumseife verdickten Fettes erteilen dem mit einem Calciumkomplex
verdickten Fett gute Wasseremulsionsbeständigkeit (vgl. die Fette C, D, E, I, J, K, L und M). Durch
Verwendung des mit der Lithiumseife von 12-Oxystearinsäure
verdickten Fettes in Verbindung mit dem mit dem Calciiumcaprylat-acetat-Komplex verdickten
Fett wurde die Schmierdauer des fertigen Fettgemisches beträchtlich erhöht, während die gute Wasserbeständigkeit
erhalten blieb (vgl. Fett J).
Claims (2)
1. Schmierfett auf Schmierölbasis mit einem Gehalt an eimer mittels" ~Eömpiexen~Hetallseifen
zweiwertiger Metalle gedicktem Fettkomponente und einer mittels Lithiumseäfen hochmolekularer
Fettsäuren gedickten Fettkomponente, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es 20 bis 80, vorzugsweise 40
bis 80 Gewichtsprozent einer Fettkomponente aus mit einer komplexen Metallseife aus entweder a)
Gemischen niiedrigmolekularer aliphatischer Carbonsäuren
mit 1 bis 3 C-Atomen und hochmolekularer
aliphatischer hydroxylgruppenfreier Carbonsäuren oder Monooxycarbonsäuren mit 12 bis
30 C-Atomen oder b) Gemischen niedrigmolekularer Carbonsäuren mit 1 bis 3 C-Atomen und mittelmolekularer
Carbonsäuren mit 7 bis 10 C-Atomen oder c) Gemischen von Essigsäure, mittelmolekularen
Carbonsäuren mit 3 bis 10 C-Atomen und hochmolekularen Carbonsäuren mit 12 bis 30 C-Atomen gedicktem Fett sowie 80 bis 20, vorzugsweise
60 bis 20 Gewichtsprozent einer Fettkomponente aus mit einer Lithiumseife oder einer
Lithium- und Calciumseife gedicktem Fett enthält.
2. Schmierfett nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das zweiwertige Metall ein Erdalkalimetall oder Zink, vorzugsweise Calcium, ist.

gekennzeichnet, daß es an Stelle der Lithiumseife einer hochmolekularen Carbonsäure ein Gemisch
aus Lithium- und Calciumseifen, vorzugsweise von 12-Oxystearinsäure, enthält.
~4TVeirfahrVn zur Herstellung von Schmierfetten nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man ein fertiggestelltes, mit einem Seife-Salz-Komplex eines zweiwertigen Metalls mit einer aliphatischen Carbonsäure mit 1 bis 3 C-Atomen und einer aliphatischen hydroxylgruppenfreien Carbonsäure oder Monooxycarbonsäure mit 12 bis 30 C-Atomen oder mit einem gemischten Salzkomplex eines zweiwertigen Metalls mit einer aliphatischen Carbonsäure mit 1 bis 3 C-Atomen und einer aliphatischen Carbonsäure mit 7 bis 10 C-Atomen oder mit einem Seife-Salz-Komplex eines zweiwertigen Metalls der Essigsäure, einer Carbonsäure mit 3 bis IOC-Atomen und einer aliphatischen hydroxylgruppenfreien Carbonsäure oder Monooxycarbonsäure mit 12 bis 30 C-Atomen gedicktes Schmierfett mit einem fertiggestellten, mit einer lithiumhaltigen Seife gedickten Schmierfett bei einer Temperatur von 38 bis 150° C in den entsprechenden Mengenverhältnissen mischt.
~4TVeirfahrVn zur Herstellung von Schmierfetten nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man ein fertiggestelltes, mit einem Seife-Salz-Komplex eines zweiwertigen Metalls mit einer aliphatischen Carbonsäure mit 1 bis 3 C-Atomen und einer aliphatischen hydroxylgruppenfreien Carbonsäure oder Monooxycarbonsäure mit 12 bis 30 C-Atomen oder mit einem gemischten Salzkomplex eines zweiwertigen Metalls mit einer aliphatischen Carbonsäure mit 1 bis 3 C-Atomen und einer aliphatischen Carbonsäure mit 7 bis 10 C-Atomen oder mit einem Seife-Salz-Komplex eines zweiwertigen Metalls der Essigsäure, einer Carbonsäure mit 3 bis IOC-Atomen und einer aliphatischen hydroxylgruppenfreien Carbonsäure oder Monooxycarbonsäure mit 12 bis 30 C-Atomen gedicktes Schmierfett mit einem fertiggestellten, mit einer lithiumhaltigen Seife gedickten Schmierfett bei einer Temperatur von 38 bis 150° C in den entsprechenden Mengenverhältnissen mischt.
