Abstract

Ein Hauptzylinder wird vorgeschlagen, der einfach im Aufbau ist, den Hub des Kolbens, der erforderlich ist, um den Anschluss abzudichten, minimieren kann und die Wahrscheinlichkeit des Beschädigens des primären Außenrings minimiert. Der Hauptzylinder hat einen Zylinderkörper. Ein primärer Außenring ist an einer radial inneren Fläche des Zylinderkörpers vorgesehen. Ein primärer Kolben ist in den Zylinderkörper eingeführt, während er in Gleitkontakt mit dem primären Außenring gehalten ist. Der Zylinderkörper hat eine hintere Wand, die den primären Außenring stützt. Die hintere Wand hat eine radial innere Fläche, die mit einer Vielzahl von Nuten ausgebildet ist. Ein Durchgang, der zu einem Speicher führt, ist an der Hinterseite der Nuten ausgebildet. Der Kolben ist mit radialen Durchgangslöchern entsprechend den Nuten ausgebildet. Wenn der Kolben an dem Rückkehrende seines Hubs ist, ist die Druckkammer, die in dem Zylinderkörper definiert ist, angepasst, um durch die radialen Durchgangslöcher, die Nuten der hinteren Wand und den Durchgang mit dem Speicher zu kommunizieren. Wenn der Hauptzylinder ein Tandemhauptzylinder ist, sind alle vorstehend genannten Elemente für beide, die erste und die zweite Druckkammer, vorgesehen.
