Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft Verfahren zur Herstellung neuer N-Alkyl/en/-N/0,0-disubstituierte thiophosphoryl/N,N-disubstituierte-glycinamide und deren Anwendung zur Bekaempfung von Milben, Insekten und Pilzkrankheiten. Mit der Erfindung wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung neuer Verbindungen zur Verfuegung gestellt, die wertvolle akarizide, insektizide und fungizide Eigenschaften als Wirkstoff in Schaedlingsbekaempfungsmittel besitzen. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, Verfahren zur Herstellung neuer Wirkstoffe fuer Schaedlingsbekaempfungsmittel bereitzustellen. Erfindungsgemaess wird die Aufgabe dadurch geloest, dass ein Wirkstoff mit der allgemeinen Formel I, worin R1 bis R5 die in der Beschreibung angefuehrte Bedeutung besitzen, hergestellt wird, indem beispielsweise ein N-substituiertes-N,N-disubstituiertes-Glycinamid der allgemeinen Formel II, worin die Substituenten die in der Beschreibung angegebene Bedeutung besitzen, mit einem Dialkoxythiophosphorsaeurehalogenid der allgemeinen Formel III, worin R1 und R2 die in der Beschreibung angegebene Bedeutung haben, gegebenenfalls in einem inerten Loesungsmittel, gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines Saeurebindemittels bei einer Temperatur zwischen 20C und 100C absatzweise oder kontinuierlich umsetzt. Description
Die Erfindung betrifft Verfahren zur Herstellung neuer N-Alkyl/enZ-N-ZCO-disubstituiertethiophosphoryl-N',^- disubstituierte-glycinamide und deren Anwendung zur Bekämpfung von Milben, Insekten und Pilzkrankheiten.
Es ist bekannt, daß Spinnmilben, verschiedene Insekten (wie Blattläuse, Pflanzenfresser, Fliegen, Motten usw.) und verschiedene Pilzkrankheiten (wie Pinselschimmel, Mehltau) den Obstgarten (z.B. Apfel, Kirsche, Pflaume usw.) und bestimmten Gemüsearten (wie Paprika, Tomate) schwerwiegende Schaden zufügen.
Zum Schutz gegen die Milben werden Besprühungen mit Hilfe von bestimmten Präparaten vorgenommen. Die Präparate „Omite 57 E" und „Rospin 25EC" werden z. B. verbreitet eingesetzt. „Omite 57 E" enthält 57% 2-/p-tert. Butylphenoxy/-cyc!ohexyi-2-propynyl-sulfit(Propargilj als Wirkstoff und wird in der belgischen Patentschrift Nr. 511234 und in der deutschen Patentschrift Nr. 705037 beschrieben. „Rospin 25EC" enthält 25%Chlorpropylat/4,4'-Dichlor-benzy!säureisopropylester/ als Wirkstoff und wird in den US-Patentschriften Nr.3272854 und 3483853 offenbart.
„Omite" kann in Winterapfel, Steinobst und ausschließlich nach der Blütezeit an Weinrebe in einer Konzentration von 1 bis 2l/ha, in Paprika gegen Spinnmilbe in einer Konzentration von 1 bis 1,5 l/ha, gegen breite Milbe in einer Konzentration von 1,8 bis 2 l/ha verwendet werden. „Rospin" ist in Obstgarten und Weinrebe gegen sich bewegende Formen von Spinnmilben in einer Dosis von 2,5 bis 4,5 l/ha wirksam.
Beide Mittel vertilgen die gegenüber Verbindungen des Phosphorsäuretyps resistenten Spinnmilben mit einem sehr hohen Wirkungsgrad von etwa 70 bis 100%. Der Nachteil dieser Präparate besteht darin, daß verhältnismäßig große Dosen notwendig sind und die Mittel geben andere Insektenschädlinge und/oder Fungikrankheiten der Obstgärten unwirksam
Sn Apfelgarten und Beerenfrüchte. Weinrebe, verschiedenen Gemüsearten und Feldkuituren werden gegen Insektenschädlinge Phosphorsäurederivate verwendet. In den US-Patentschriften Nr.3176035 und 3178337 wird „Anthio 33EC" (Wirkstoff: 33% Formothion, d.h. O^-Dimethyl-S-ZN-methyl-N-forrnyl-carbamoylmethyl/dithiophosphat und in der US-Patentschrift Nr.2578652„Phosphothion EOEC" (Wirkstoff: 50% Malathion,d.h.0,0-Dimethyl-s-/1,2-dicarbäthoxyäthyl/-dithiophosphat/ beschrieben. Beide Mitte! werden gegen laubkauende Raupen, Blattläuse, Obstfliegen und rote Obstspinrtenmilben in Dosen von 2,8 bis 3,2 l/ha bzw. 1,2 bis 1,5 i/ha eingesetzt. Auch diese Mittel sind mit verschiedenen Nachteilen verbunden. Die notwendigen Oosen sind ziemlich groß, die Mitte! sind auf Bienen und Fische ausgedrückt gefährlich. Spinnenmilben sind gegen diese Mittel resistent, und sie zur Behandlung von Tomaten und Pflaumen
ungeeignet. " .
Zur Bekämpfung des verschiedene Kulturen beschädigenden Pinselschimmels wird das in der britischen Patentschrift Nr.1298261 und US-Patentschrift Nr.39030S0 beschriebene, als Wirkstoff 50% Procymidon {N-/3,5-Dichlorphenyl/-1,2-dimethyl-cyclopropan-i^-dicarboximid} enthaltende „Sumilex50WP" in einer Dose von 1,2 bis 1,5kg/ha verwendet.
Mit der Erfindung wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung neuer i\l-A!kyl/en/-N-/0,0-disubstituierte thiophosphoryl /-N'-N'-disubstituierte-giycinamide zur Verfugung gesteüt, die wertvolle akarizide, insektizide und fungizide Eigenschaften als Wirkstoff in Schädlingsbekämpfungsmitteln besitzen.
Die Aufgabe derErfindung besteht darin, ein Verfahren zur Herstelluno neuer Wirkstoffe für Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel bereitzustellen, die in verschiedenen Kulturen eingesetzt werden können und in wesentlich geringeren Konzentrationen wirksam sind.

Es wurde gefunden, daß ein Teil der neuen N-Alkyl/en/-N-O,O-disubstituierten thiophosphorylZ-N'-N'-disubstituierten-Glycinamide der allgemeinen Formel I eine starke akarizide Wirkung ausüben und ein anderer Teil dieser Verbindungsgruppe eine schwache akarizide, jedoch starke insektizide und fungizide Wirkung besitzt. Der Vorteil der erfindungsgemäßen neuen Verbindungen gegenüber bekannten und verbreitet verwendeten Mitteln liegtdarin, daß die Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I in verschiedenen Kulturen eingesetzt werden können, in wesentlich geringeren Konzentrationen wirksam sind und auch gegenüber Phosphorsäureestern resistente Spinnenmilben und andere insektenschädlinge (z.B. Baumwollewanze, Hausfliege, Obstmotte usw.) sehr wirksam vertilgen und daneben auch eine bedeutende fungizide Wirkung zeigen.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist weiterhin ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I, worin .

(worin R1 und R2 die obige Bedeutung haben der Hai, Chlor oder Brom ist) gegebenenfalls in einem interten Lösungsmittel (vorteilhaft Benzol, Toluol oder Chloroform) gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines Säurebindemittels (vorteilhaft Triäthylamin oder wasserfreies Pyridin) bei einer Temperatur zwischen 20°C und 1100C — vorzugsweise bei 40 bis 50°C — absatzweise oder kontinuierlich umsetzt und das gewünschte Produkt aus dem Reaktionsgemisch auf bekannte Weise isoliert. Die Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I können nach an sich bekannten Methoden der Pflanzenschutzmittelindustrie unter Anwendung von üblichen Trägern und/oder Hilfsstoffen zu Konzentraten oder gebrauchsfähigen Mitteln verarbeitet werden. Die erfindungsgemäßen Mittel können z. B. in Form von wäßrigen oder öligen Sprühmitteln oder Betreuungsmitteln vorliegen. Die Wirksamkeit der erfindungsgemäßen, die Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel i enthaltenden Mittel gegen verschiedene Milben-, Insekten und Fungischädlinge wird in verschiedenen Kulturen bestimmt und mit der Aktivität von bekannte, sich im Handelsverkehr befindlichen und zum gleichen Zweck im allgemeinen verwendeten akariziden (Omite 57E, Rospin 25EC), Insektiziden (Anthio 33 EC, Phosphothion 50EC) und fungiziden (Sumilex 50 WP) Mitteln verglichen. Es wurde gefunden, daß die erfindungsgemäßen neuen Glycinamide der allgemeinen Formel ί zu allen drei Zwecken mit Erfolg verwendet werden können und in ihrer Wirksamkeit den bekannten Mitteln gleichwertig und in mehreren Fällen sogar überlegen sind. Weitere Einzelheiten der Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen neuen Verbindungen sind den nachstehenden Beispielen zu entnehmen, ohne den Schutzumfang auf diese Beispiele einzuschränken.
Beispiet 1
In einen mit einem Rührer, Thermometer und Tropftrichter versehenen Rundkolben (500ml) werden 20,6g N-Äthyl-N'-äthyl-N'-phenyl-glycinamid eingewogen und in 200 ml Benzol unter Rühren gelöst. Nach Zugabe von 11,0g Triethylamin werden bei Raumtemperatur unter Rühren 13,85g 0,0-Diäthylthiophosphorsäurechlorid zugefügt. Nach Beendigung der Zugabe wird das Reaktionsgemisch zwei Stunden lang bei 40 bis 500C gerührt, am Ende der Reaktion wird die organische Phase mit Wasser gewaschen, über Natriumsulfat getrocknet, und das Benzol wird abdestilliert. Es werden 28,5g des N-Äthyl-N-/O,O-diäthylthiophosphoryl-AN'-äthyl-N'-phenyl-glycinamids erhalten, no° = 1,5200. Ausbeute 80%, Reinheit: 98,4% (gaschromatographisch)
Analyse: gerechnet: N% = 7,82; S% = 8,94;
gefunden: N% = 7,68; S% = 9,06. .
In einen mit einem Rührer, Thermometer und Tropftrichter versehenen Rundkolben (500 ml) werden 18,2g N-Äthyl-N',N'-dial!ylglycinamid eingewogen und in einem Gemisch von 200 ml Chloroform und 9g wasserfreiam Pyridin gelöst. Der Lösung werden bei Raumtemperatur unter Rühren 18,9g 0,0-Diäthylthiophosphorsäurechiorid zugegeben, worauf das Reaktionsgemisch bei 40 bis 500C 3 Stunden lang gerührt wird. Am Ende der Reaktion wird die Reaktionslösung mit Wasser extrahiert, die organische Phase über Natriumsulfat getrocknet und das Lösungsmittel auf einem Rotationsdampfer entfernt. Es werden 26.8g des N-Äthy!-N-/0,0-diäthylthiophosphoryl/-N',N'-diallylglycinamids erhalten. ng0 = 1,4964. Ausbeute 78%
Reinheit: 96,8% (gaschromatographisch)
Analyse: gerechnet: N%= 8,38; S% = 9,58; gefunden: N%=-8,64; S% = 10,01..
Beispiel 3
In einen mit einem Rührer, Thermometer und Tropftrichter versehenen Rundkolben (500 ml) werden 18,6g N-Äthyl-N',N'-di-/nprcpyl/-glycinamic eingewogen und in einem Gemisch von 150mlToluol und 10,0g Triäthylamin gelöst. Der Lösung werden bei Raumtemperatur unter Rühren 13,9g Ο,Ο-Diäthyl-thiophosphorsäurechlorid zugegeben. Nach Beendigung der Zugabe wird das Reaktionsgemisch zwei Stunden lang bei 40 bis 50°C.gerührt, nach Ablauf der Reaktion wird die organische Phase mit Wasser gewaschen, über Natriumsulfat getrocknet und das Lösungsmittel entfernt. Es werden 29,2g des N-Äthyl-N-/O,O-diäthylthiophosphoryl/-N',N'-di-/n-propyl/-glycinamids erhalten. F.: 34 bis 35°C. Ausbeute 88%. Reinheit: 99,8% (gaschromatographisch)
Analyse: gerechnet: N% = 8,28; S% = 9,46;
gefunden: N% = 8,34; S% = 9,51.

R4undR5 gleich oder verschieden sein können und für Wasserstoff, C1^ Alkyl, C2_6 Alkenyl, C3^- Cycloaikyl, Phenyl, Benzyl, durch C^3 Alkyl und/oder Halogen einfach oder mehrfach substituiertes Phenyl, niederes Aikoxyalky! oder-(CH2>n-R6 stehen—worin η 0 bis 3 ist und R6 einen 3- bis 7gliedrigen, gesättigten oder ungesättigten, als Heteroatom(e) 1 bis 3 Stickstoff- und/oder Sauerstoff- und/oder Schwefelatom(e) enthaltenden heterocyclischen Ring bedeutet — oder R4 und R5 zusammen mit dem Stickstoffatom, an welches sie gebunden sind, eine Hexamethyieniminogruppe bilden, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß man durch N-substituiertes Ν',Ν'-disubstituiertes-Glycinamid der allgemeinen Formel II,

worin R3, R4 und R5 die obige Bedeutung haben mit einem Diaikoxythiophosphorsäurehalogenid der allgemeinen Formel III,

(worin R1 und R2 die obige Bedeutung haben und Hai Chlor oder Brom ist) gegebenenfalls in einem inerten Lösungsmittel (vorteilhaft Benzol, Toluol oder Chloroform) gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines Säurebindemittels (vorteilhaft Triäthylamin oder wasserfreies Pyridin) bei einer.Temperaturzwischen 200C und 110°C—vorzugsweise bis 40 bis 500C — absatzweise oder kontinuierlich umsetzt und das gewünschte Produkt aus dem Reaktionsgemisch auf bekannte Weise isoliert.
2. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verbindung nach Punkt 1, worin R1 und R2 gleich oder verschieden sein können und für gegebenenfalls durch Halogen ein-oder mehrfach substituiertes C1^4 Alkyl stehen;

R4 und R5 gleich oder verschieden sein können und für Wasserstoff, C1-^ Alkyl, C2_6 Alkenyl, C3^ Cycloalkyl, Phenyl, Benzyl, durch C^3 Alkyl und/oder Halogen oder mehrfach substituiertes Phenyl stehen oder R4 und R5 zusammen mit dem Stickstoffatom, an welches sie gebunden sind, eine Hexamethyleniminogruppe bilden, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß man ein N-substituiertes-N',N'-disubstituiertes-Glycinamid der allgemeinen Formel Il (worin R3, R4 und R5 die obige Bedeutung haben) mit einem Dialkoxythiophosphorsäurehalogenid der allgemeinen Formel III (worin R1 und R2 die obige Bedeutung haben und Hai Chlor oder Brom ist) gegebenenfalls in einem inerten Lösungsmittel, vorteilhaft Benzol, Toluol ader Chloroform, gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart eines Säurebindemittels, vorteilhaft Triäthylamin oder wasserfreies Pyridin, bei einer Temperatur zwischen 200C und 1100C, vorzugsweise bei 40 bis 500C, absatzweise oder kontinuierlich umsetzt und das gewünschte Produkt aus dem Reaktionsgemisch auf bekannte Weise isoliert.
