Abstract

Podstatou řešení je fotoreaktivní derivát kyseliny hyaluronové (vzorce I) a způsob jeho přípravy, kdy se nejprve připraví derivát kyseliny hyaluronové v podobě aldehydu v poloze 6 glukosaminového cyklu, který následně reaguje s aminem nesoucím pyridonový skelet (fotoreaktivní částici), například 1-(2-aminoethyl)pyridin-2(1H)-onem, v přítomnosti redukčního činidla za vzniku fotoreaktivního derivátu. Připravený fotoreaktivní derivát lze následně fotochemicky síťovat prostřednictvím [4+4] fotocykloadičních reakcí. Řešení se dále týká 3D síťovaného derivátu kyseliny hyaluronové (vzorce II), který prokazuje zvýšenou hydrolytickou stabilitu a zlepšené sorpční vlastnosti, s možnostmi dalšího dizajnu jejich fyzikálních vlastností podle požadavků finálních aplikací, a dále jeho použití v tkáňovém inženýrství, regenerativní medicíně, zdravotnických prostředcích, či kosmetice.
