Abstract

Derivado fotorreactivo de ácido hialurónico (fórmula (1)) y método para su preparación, en donde primero se prepara un derivado de aldehído de ácido hialurónico, oxidado en la posición 6 del ciclo de glucosamina y luego se hace reaccionar el derivado oxidado con una amina que porta una especie fotorreactiva, por ejemplo 1-(2-aminoetil)piridin-2(1H)-ona, en presencia de un agente reductor, formando un derivado fotorreactivo. Luego, el derivado fotorreactivo preparado se puede entrecruzar fotoquímicamente, en donde la reacción se basa en las reacciones de fotocicloadición [4 + 4]. Más aún, la presente se relaciona con un derivado entrecruzado 3D de ácido hialurónico (fórmula (2)) que exhibe una estabilidad hidrolítica aumentada y mejores propiedades de sorción, con la posibilidad de un diseño adicional de las propiedades físicas del mismo de acuerdo a los requerimientos de las aplicaciones finales, y más aún, con el uso del mismo en ingeniería de tejidos, medicina regenerativa, dispositivos médicos o cosméticos.
