Abstract
Η αποκάλυψη αυτή γενικώς αφορά σε κυτταροβασιζόμενες θεραπείες για θεραπεία οπτικών διαταραχών, συμπεριλαμβανομένων διαταραχών του κερατοειδούς. Μέθοδοι δίδονται παραδειγματικά για κατευθυνόμενη διαφοροποίηση κερατοειδικών κυττάρων από βλαστοκύτταρα. Επίσης παρέχονται συνθέσεις κερατοειδικών ενδοθηλιακών κυττάρων και χρήσεις αυτών. Παραδειγματικές συνθέσεις δεικνύουν βελτιωμένη πυκνότητα κυττάρου ή/και περισσότερο «νεανικού» γονιδίου έκφραση σε σχέση προς κύτταρα που λαμβάνονται από δωρηθέντα ιστό.
