Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para descelularizar un hueso de mamífero nativo que tiene células, caracterizado porque comprende: a) proporcionar un hueso de mamífero nativo que tiene células y una cavidad central, que se modifica para incluir al menos una apertura introducida exógenamente que se extiende desde el exterior del huso hacia adentro de la cavidad central, en donde la apertura se fija con un aparato que proporciona un sello hermético al agua y uno o más conductos; y b) introducir un medio de interrupción celular a través de al menos un conducto del aparato a través de la apertura en la cavidad del hueso, en donde el medio es perfundido a través de la apertura bajo una presión de al menos 200 mm de Hg o hasta 2000 mm de Hg para proporcionar descelularización del hueso.
