Abstract
Η παρούσα εφεύρεση περιλαμβάνει πρωτεΐνες δέσμευσης PRLR. Συγκεκριμένα, η εφεύρεση σχετίζεται με αντισώματα που είναι χιμαιρικά, CDR μεταμοσχευμένα και ανθρωποποιημένα αντισώματα. Τα προτιμώμενα αντισώματα έχουν υψηλή συγγένεια για τον hPRLR και εξουδετερώνουν την δραστικότητα hPRLR in vitro και in vivo.
