Abstract
Προβλέπεται μία μέθοδος για την παραγωγή προκατασκευασμένων μερών σκυροδέματος, ιδίως τμημάτων πύργου. Σκυρόδεμα χύνεται σε ένα καλούπι χύτευσης με έναν επίπεδο πυθμένα για τη διαμόρφωση μίας επίπεδης κάτω πλευράς. Αφότου το σκυρόδεμα έχει φτάσει μία προκαθορισμένη ελάχιστη αντοχή, ένα στρώμα ισοστάθμισης εφαρμόζεται σε μία επιφάνεια σύνδεσης (110) του προκατασκευασμένου μέρους σκυροδέματος (100), η οποία βρίσκεται απέναντι από την κάτω πλευρά. Μόλις το στρώμα ισοστάθμισης φτάσει μία προκαθορισμένη ελάχιστη αντοχή, το προκατασκευασμένο μέρος σκυροδέματος (100) τοποθετείται σε μία ακριβώς οριζόντια προσανατολισμένη επιφάνεια και το στρώμα ισοστάθμισης στην άνω πλευρά αφαιρείται ισόπεδα και παράλληλα.
