Abstract
Se describe un método para montar una chimenea o una torre para un generador de energía eólica o heliostática que comprende a) construir una cimentación de torre; b) fabricar una pluralidad de segmentos de concreto teniendo ductos horizontales y verticales para introducir tendones de pre-esfuerzo; c) fabricar un pluralidad de soportes de ensamble de secciones de la torre y de arneses de montaje; d) instalar un soporte de ensamblaje en una plataforma nivelada; e) ensamblar la primera sección de la torre por medio de instalar con una grúa de baja o media capacidad los segmentos de concreto sobre el soporte de ensamble y unir firmemente los segmentos de concreto con tendones de pre-esfuerzo; f) acoplar un arnés de montaje a la sección de concreto de la torre, levantar y montar esa sección de concreto sobre la cimentación y desacoplar el arnés de levantamiento y/o el soporte de ensamble; g) ensamblar las siguientes secciones de concreto de la torre utilizando los soportes de ensamblaje y montar dichas secciones de la torre, de acuerdo a la misma rutina de la primera sección de la torre; h) unir las secciones con tendones de pre-esfuerzo; i) montar un anillo adaptador para adaptar secciones cilíndricas de la torre; j) montar secciones cilíndricas de la torre sobre las secciones inferiores de la torre y unir a éstas por medio de tendones de pre-esfuerzo y j) opcionalmente montar una brida para montar un nascelo o un receptor heliostático en la cima de la torre de concreto postensada.
