Abstract
Un proceso para la preparacion de piperazinas N-arilicas con cadenas laterales quirales que tienen la estructura que se muestra en la formula abajo, y para la preparacion de compuestos intermedios para las mismas: (Formula I). En este proceso, se introduce la quiralidad en el paso de formacion del anillo de piperazina y la sustitucion de 2-aminopiridilo se incorpora mediante desplazamiento. Las piperazinas N, N-disustituidas resultantes actuan en el sistema nervioso central en los receptores de 5HT.
