Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una olla de cocción al vacío, en donde un asa de tapa que tiene función de prevención de desbordamiento y de vacío se instala en una tapa para la olla de cocción al vacío, y la tapa se bloquea a un recipiente que usa un miembro de bloqueo instalado en un asa del recipiente.
