Abstract
Un proceso para preparar microcápsulas que contienen un material agricolamente activo que comprende los pasos de (a) preparar una fase orgánica que comprende un material inmisicible en agua a ser encápsulado, un diisocianato aromático y opcionalmente un poliisocianato aromático que contiene 3 o más grupos isocianatos, donde cuando la fase orgánica comprende un diisocianato aromático y un poliisocianato aromático, la relación de pesos de poliisocianato a diisocianato es de 1:100 a 1:1,5; (b) introducir la fase orgánica en la fase acuosa que comprende agua, un coloide protector, y opcionalmente un agente tensioactivo para formar una dispersión de la fase orgánica en la fase acuosa, (c) mezclar la dispersión bajo alta cizalla para formar una emulsión de aceite en agua en la que las gotas de aceite tienen un tamaño promedio de 1 a 5 micrones; (d) ajustar como sea necesario la temperatura y/o el PH de la emulsión de aceite en agua tal que la reacción de polimerización ocurra formando microcápsulas de poliúrea que contienen la fase orgánica.Las microcápsulas de poliurea obtenidas por el proceso de la reivindicación 1, teniendo dichas microcápsulas un tamaño promedio de entre 1 y 5 micrones, y relativamente poco o ningún entre...
