Abstract

Postupak za dobivanje mikrokapsuliranog preparata, koji obuhvata (a) sjedinjavanje (i) tri-izocijanata koji je adukt linearnih alifaticnih izocijanata koji imaju formulu: O=C=N-(CH2)n-N=C=O gde n je broj od oko 4 do 18, (ii) alifaticnog di-izocijanata koji sadrzi grupu cikloalifaticnog ili aromaticnog prstena, alifaticnog di-izocijanata koji ima od oko 6 do 32 atoma ugljenika, i (iii) vodeno-nemesljivog preparata koji sadrzi hemikaliju jezgra; (b) dodavanje tecne vode i formiranje emulzije ulje-u-vodi; (c) dodavanje poliamina u emulziju; i (d) reagovanje tri-izocijanata, di-izocijanata i poliamina, tako da se proizvodi mnostvo mikrokapsula koje imaju kapsularni zid, sa bar glavnim delom hemikalija jezgra koji je kapsuliran unutar kapsularnog zida mikrokapsula. Podesne hemikalije jezgra ukljucuju poljoprivredne hemikalije takve kao sto su herbicidi i agensi za bezbednost biljke. Pomocu podesavanja sastava kapsularnih zidova i sadrzaja jezgra kapsule, brzina oslobadjanja materijala jezgra iz mikrokapsula moze da bude podesavana. Kada jezgro sadrzi dva ili vise materijala koji se oslobadjaju, mikrokapsule mogu da obezbede vecu brzinu oslobadjanja jednog materijala u odnosu na drugi.
