Abstract

Se proporciona una composicion concentrada premezclada que incluye un pesticida o un regulador del crecimiento vegetal soluble en agua, por ejemplo una saldel herbicida glifosato, y un pesticida o regulador del crecimiento vegetal insoluble en agua,por ejemplo el herbicida flumioxazina. El pesticida o reguladordel crecimiento vegetal soluble en agua se disuelve en una fase acuosa continua de la composicion y las partículas solidas del pesticida o regulador delcrecimiento vegetal insoluble enag ua se suspenden en la fase acuosa. Esas partículas solidas, individualmente o en conjunto, están íntimamente rodeadas poruna capa de barrera, que incluye ya sea uno o ambos de un solvente orgánico inmiscible en agua o un agente emulsionante conun eq uilibrio hidrofilo-lipofilo(HLB) no mayor de aproximadamente 15. Opcionalmente la composicion además incluye un agente modificador de la viscosidad, tal como sílice coloidal hidrofílico,dispersado en la fase acuosa. Las composiciones de lapresente m uestran una resistencia mejorada a la decantacion de las partículas solidas y/o una resistenciamejorada a la degradacion química del pesticida o del regulador del crecimiento vegetal insoluble en agua en comparacion con composiciones deotro modosimi lares que carecen de la capa de barrera o del solvente orgánico.
