Abstract
La descripción actual provee un proceso para convertir enzimáticamente un sacárido en alulosa. La invención también hace referencia a un proceso para preparar alulosa donde el proceso implica la conversión de 6-fosfato de fructosa (F6P) en 6-fosfato de alulosa (A6P), catalizada por 6-fosfato 3-epimerasa de alulosa (A6PE), y la conversión de A6P en alulosa catalizada por 6-fosfato fosfatasa de alulosa (A6PP).
