Abstract

本发明关于制造运动场用的塑料草皮卷的方法,该卷的绒面织物形成上侧,连接着的格形的垫衬部分形成于它的下侧,这就是德国专利申请2,051,108(未审查)所公开的塑料草皮所用方法的主要问题。

本发明的目的是提供一种方法,来生产上面讲到的那种塑料草皮卷,但具有稳定的尺寸和耐用性,而且价格便宜。在把相应于垫衬部分的塑料团块从大量规整的塑料材料制得的方法的开始,其弹性物由固化来形成,并被置成格形形状,其中的塑料材料然后由热处理而转变成垫衬部分,同时被牢固地粘接在绒面织物卷上,按照本发明,此目的的获得是由于绒面织物卷,塑料团块以及一个有开口的加强卷被置于环形传送带上,使加强卷放在绒面织物卷的下侧和塑料团块之间,塑料材料穿透加强卷上的开口并弄湿绒面织物卷的下侧,然后通过塑料材料的被热处理,于是绒面织物卷、加强卷和垫衬部分就被牢固地互相粘接住。因此,使用本发明的方法,不单节约了对基础织物卷的另外制造过程,而且加强卷被埋在垫衬部分中并牢固地由此粘接着绒面织物卷的底,造成了尺寸格外稳定的产品它能抵受运动场上作运动时所发生的推力。这样生产出来的地面铺层即使用了可透水的绒面织物卷也决不会透水。因此,本发明方法的一个优先实施例的特征在于使用了透水的绒面织物卷,其下侧被部分地涂覆着这样的底涂覆层即这个底涂覆层形成对于垫衬部分塑料材料的粘接。为了优化本发明地面铺覆卷的尺寸稳定性,使用了一种塑料草皮,它最好是已经被用加热法固定了的。
在制造一种有树脂涂层的织物卷时,该涂层包括被布置成格形形状的合成树脂团块被用来熨入(ironed-in),即属于完全不同的领域,它是已知的-德国专利申请1,933,180-图1,2和5-把已涂覆的织物卷放在环形传送带的上面那条上,然后把产生的合成树脂团块置在织物卷上成格形形状,对于粉末状的合成树脂使用具有不连续通孔外壳的涂刷筒,然后把带有合成树脂团块的织物卷通过散热器的下方,以烧结合成树脂粉末并把合成树脂粘接在织物卷上,最后,把第二织物卷,即顶上的织物置于合成树脂团块上,由于后者仍是软的和粘的,因而把前者压入此中从而把两个织物卷连接起来。此外这先有技术如上所述关于完全不同的技术领域,由已知方法生产出来的合成树脂团块不是垫衬部分,而这第二织物卷也不是具有开口的加强卷,其开口也不是足够大到让合成树脂材料穿透以使第二织物卷被埋在合成树脂团块中。因此,用这个已知的方法,合成树脂团块时常处于两织物卷之间,而在用本发明方法生产的产品中,加强卷处于由塑料团块形成的垫衬部分之间。因此,最终产品中的塑料团块不能被认为处于绒面织物卷和加强卷之间。因此,在本发明的方法中,塑料团块能首先被置于传送带上,接着是加强卷,最后绒面织物卷敷于其上,或者是,加强卷能首先被置于传送带上,接着是产生并把塑料团块置于其上,最后把绒面织物卷敷于其上,或者是,绒面织物卷以绒面朝下地被首先置于传送带上,然后加卷被置于绒面织物卷上,最后,塑料团块产生于其上。
塑料团块的产生和置放可以是单独的或者是成组的,即用一个单独喷咀或一组喷咀,然而,更简单和省钱的连续地产生和置放塑料团块的方法是使用涂刷筒,它有一外壳,上有让塑料材料穿透用的不连续的通孔。在此场合,塑料材料被输入筒腔并敷在筒壳的内侧,筒壳上有通孔以配合涂刷筒的工作。

加强卷能是,例如抗拉的穿孔的箔。然而,最好用一种大网孔的纱布似的织出的或编织的织物,其光滑度能防止线打滑。使用一种玻璃纤维织物,举例来说,是被推荐的,因为这种加强卷能被特别容易和有效地埋入塑料材料中,后者形成垫衬部分并有效地使生产出的地面铺层具有尺寸稳定性,所谓防止线打滑的光滑度应被理解为形成加强卷的各线的交叉点不会沿着线活动,如在通常大孔织物中的那样。

由此并通过塑料材料的发泡,得到的制成的地面铺层卷50就包括绒面42a和塑料草皮卷42的织物支持件42d,加强卷36和发泡的塑料垫衬部分34′,这些由对塑料团块34的热处理来产生并牢固地粘接在塑料草皮卷42上。
如上所述,地面铺层卷50在离开炉14后被向右拉出,按照图1。这可通过第二环形传送带来实行,它没有画出,它特别是一种支持格子,在各纵向边缘上有成排的钉子以使地面铺层卷在进一步冷却时保持形状。地面铺层卷的各边缘接着被修整,接着,地面铺层卷被卷起。
本发明的方法不单能减少地面铺层卷的制造费用,还能消除某些用许多单道生产工序时会对质量造成的危险。
按照本发明,塑料团块都具有这样的尺寸,都被相互置成这样的间隔并都被这样的处理,即由它们最后形成的垫衬部分包括位于它们之间的开口以使积聚在地面铺层上侧的水能流下或淌下。
除了糊状塑料材料,也能在传送带12位置放能堆起的塑料材料,特别是粉状或粒状的,它们能被烧结在一起或熔结在一起并在炉14中发泡以便从不连续的塑料团块获得垫衬部分,它们之间留有开口但最好是互相连通的。
图6所示的创造性的系统和用它来实行的创造性的方法和图1中的系统及方法的不同仅在于塑料草皮卷的各种元件放置在传送带上的次序不同。因此,在图6和图1中都采用相同的标号,只是加了一撇。
在这个优先实施例中,塑料草皮卷42′首先被绒面42a′朝下地放在传送带12′上。然后把加强卷36′放在塑料草皮卷42′的下侧(现在是朝上了)上。此后,塑料团块34′被产生并用涂刷筒20′涂敷到加强卷36′和塑料草皮卷42′上。当塑料草皮卷运行通过炉14′时,绒面42a′被从下方冷却,如箭兴K所示,当塑料团块34′经受热处理后,它们就发泡并定形而形成发泡塑料垫衬部分34″。
炉14′中的用于让组合塑料草皮卷和传送带12′运行通过用的开口用16′表示。当塑料团块34′运行通过炉14′时,塑料材料穿透加强卷36′,这样,发泡塑料垫衬部分34″和加强卷36′变成牢固地粘接在塑料草皮卷42′的原来的下侧上。
图7中显示的是一种特别简单的方法,用来生产以格形形状布置在卷的下侧或背侧的弹性的垫衬部分。该卷可以是塑料草皮卷或者是支持卷,该支持卷在现存的塑料草皮卷被放好后被布置在其下面。在图中为了简化起见,仅画出传送带12或12′的上面那条,而没有画转折辊10或10′。
在这个方法中用这个系统来完成,一个支持卷102被首先置于传送带100上。如果这是塑料草皮卷的话,就把它绒面朝下地置于传送带上。传送带100的上面那条的运行方向再一次用箭头D表示。用一组喷咀104,它们被布置成在横向彼此相隔,然后产生出塑料条106并把它们置于支持卷102上。这些塑料条106都同样被布置成在横向彼此相隔,延伸于运行方向,因此沿着支持卷102的纵向。塑料材料最好是PVC溶胶,而支持卷102最好是具有格状结构的织物卷,它能让溶胶穿透支持卷上的开口。
然后,塑料条106运行通过第一炉108,在其中热量从上方作用在塑料条上,而支持卷102可被从下方冷却。温度和传送时间都被设定,因此塑料条106的塑料材料在离开炉108时被一定程度地定形和不再发粘。在溶胶的场合,造成略为凝固。带有塑料条106的支持卷102接着通过带筋112的辊110的下面,该筋112的横断面相似于一个冲压头。它们的轴线横过运行方向D,图中未画出它的驱动装置,但它被驱动沿箭头E的方向运行,并被装在传送带100上方,这样,筋112直接压穿塑料条106,压在支持卷102上。这样在支持卷102上产生格形布置的半成品的垫衬部分114,它们运行通过第二炉116,在该处它们被发泡和定形以产生最终的枕形的垫衬部分118。在第二炉116中,同样,热量从上方作用在塑料材料上,而传送带100和支持卷102可从下方被冷却。
按照本发明,塑料条106都被布置成这样的彼此横向相隔,而筋112都被这样的设计和布置着,即当支持卷102被置成垫衬部分118朝下地放在不透水基础上,水从上穿透支持卷102,能在垫衬部分118之间沿各方向流走。
在图7中所示的创造性方法中的支持卷102当然也可以是组合卷,特别是,把塑料草皮卷绒面朝下地放在传送带上,再把一个织成的或编织成的具有格子结构的织物卷之类置于这塑料草皮卷之上。
Claims (16)
1、一种方法用来制造用于运动场的合成草皮卷,该合成草皮卷有绒面织物卷以形成上侧,在其下侧连接着格形形状的弹性的垫衬部分,其中相应于垫衬部分的塑料团块由份量可调节的塑料材料中产生并被置成格形形状,塑料材料接着用热处理转变成垫衬部分同时牢固地粘接在绒面织物卷上,本发明的特征在于,绒面织物卷、塑料团块和带有开口的加强卷都被置于环形传送带上,使加强卷处于绒面织物卷的下侧和塑料团块之间,使塑料材料穿透加强卷上的开口而弄湿绒面织物卷的下侧,然后对塑料材料热处理,从而使绒面织物卷、加强卷和垫衬部分都牢固地相互粘接。
2、如权利要求1中的方法,其特征为使用可透水的绒面织物卷,它的下侧被部分地涂覆着这样的底涂覆层即这个底涂覆层能和垫衬部分的塑料材料粘接。
3、如权利要求1或2中的方法,其特征为塑料团块的产生和放置是用一个涂刷筒,它的外壳上有让塑料材料通过用的不连续的通孔。
4、如上述权利要求中任一项的方法,其特征为塑料材料是可发泡的软性PVC。
5、如上述权利要求中任一项的方法,其特征为绒面织物卷被压在加强卷上,因此和塑料材料发生接触。
6、如上述权利要求中任一项的方法,其特征为带有塑料团块的传送带、加强卷和绒面织物卷被引导通过加热区以对塑料材料进行热处理。
7、如权利要求6中的方法,其特征为绒面织物卷在加热区中被从绒面侧冷却。
8、如上述权利要求中任一项的方法,其特征为加强卷是一种大网格的纱布似的织物,其光滑度能防止线打滑。
9、如权利要求1至7中任一项的方法,其特征为加强卷是一种大网格的针织物。
10、如上述权利要求中任一项的方法,其特征为塑料材料是糊状的,它能由热处理而固化形成弹性体或粉末或颗粒,它能被堆起来,它包括能由热处理烧结或熔化的塑料。
11、一种方法用来制造用于合成草皮的带垫衬部分的卷,其中由塑料材产生的塑料团块被置于支持卷上,然后对塑料团块热处理使它转变成布置成格形形状的弹性的垫衬部分,并同时牢固地粘接在支持卷上,本发明的特征在于塑料材料是以凸出形或筋形塑料团块的形式被布置在支持卷上,沿着支持卷的纵向延伸,此后这凸筋形的塑料团块用机械方式垂直于它们的纵向分开,并被分成一系列的半成品的垫衬部分,然后它们被转变成最终的垫衬部分。
12、如权利要求11中的方法,其特征为凸筋形的塑料团块都被筋形或片形辊子分成半成品的垫衬部分,该片形辊子的轴线和筋在支持卷纵向的垂直方向延伸。
13、如权利要求11或12中的方法,其特征为凸筋形的塑料团块都被布置在支持卷上,彼此横向分隔。
14、如权利要求11至13中任一项的方法,其特征为辊子上的筋都被压着穿过塑料直接压在支持卷上。
15、如权利要求11至14中任一项的方法,其特征为凸筋形塑料团块在被分开之前都被热处理至这样的程度,即塑料不再粘住分开用的工具。
16、如权利要求11至15中任一项的方法,其特征为一种能够在分开过程略前的时刻凝固的溶胶被用来生产凸筋形的塑料团块。
