Abstract
本发明涉及一种将连续带材滚剪成多组具有各种形状横截面的条带的机器。它能使用具有期望尺寸的剪切滚筒,能调整滚筒支承台架的相互位置,所以可加工不同宽度的带材,能调整剪切滚筒支承元件的相互位置,以改变所说的滚筒的中心之间的距离。
Description
本发明涉及一种将连续带材滚剪成条带的机器,特点是它具有可变尺寸的剪切滚筒。
用于将连续带材滚剪成具有某种形状横截面的纵向长条的机器已公知,该型式的机器有一底座,其上主要装有一支承用的支架,在两台架之间,有一对装有一组剪切刀刃的滚筒或芯轴。
剪切滚筒的调整,或者还有它的更换是比较辛苦的,因为必须为以下各项提供条件:支承台架的移动,滚筒的移动,拆卸时可能有的伸长,並且在任何情况下,必须遵守的精密尺寸的保持,这些情况包括有关在底座上的停止凸缘和剪切滚筒的联接两方面的问题,还有把运动传递至剪切滚筒的装置的位置问题。
先有技术的另外一种带材剪切机器有一组预先装配好的支架,它们被插入滚剪线,其尺寸是根据滚剪的带材的尺寸而定。
本发明的目的是提供一种将连续带材滚剪成条的机器,它可加工任何尺寸的带材卷,而且通过简单地干预剪切滚筒的抽出和放回,就可改变加工后的条带的尺寸,而不用象先有技术不得不做的那样拆开和重新装配整套(剪切滚筒)机器的各种部件。
另一个目的是提供一种加工用的剪切滚筒的快速更换方法,它可省去大量的需用的装配支架,省去对有关结构的要求(它牵涉到投资),省去贮存它们的大量空间,和去除材料加工方面的某些限制。
根据本发明,通过提供一种用于滚剪带材成条的机器,更确切地使带有具有可变尺寸的剪切滚筒的机器,实现了这些和其他目的,它包含:在底座上,有一对用于支承所说的剪切滚筒的台架,一减速装置,它把旋转运动传递至和一个所说的台架相联的所说的滚筒,和一组随意地安放在所说的滚筒上的剪切元件;其特征在于通过垂直于连续带材前进方向的传动装置的作用,所说的台架可以彼此相对地移动,在导轨(布置在所说的底座上)上彼此互相靠近或远离开,所说的剪切滚筒的两端被支承在支座内,该支座位于所说的台架内部,通过集中的运动驱动装置来控制垂直滑动,那样(支座)就可互相靠近或离开。

参考各附图,按本发明制造的将连续带材滚剪成条带的机器总体用11表示,而且主要地包含:在一底座12上,由一对台架13,14组成一支架,支承着由上部15,下部16旋转的剪切滚筒或芯轴组成的一对滚筒。
剪切滚筒15和16的端部支承在台架13内部,结果是借助于接头17(例如外摆线式的)与一被称为“主轴箱”的减速装置18相联接,它通过一轴19从一驱动装置(图中未表示)来引接运动。
每一台架13和14的内部备有一对可在相同的台架13和14内部横向装着的相关支座10内垂直滑动的支座或滑座,由上支座或滑座20及下支座或滑座21组成,可彼此互相靠近或离开,在其内部可转动地支承着所说的剪切滚筒15和16。
每个支座20,21都装有轴承,轴承被装在它的内部,並且垂直于位于相对的(两)侧边,在一贯穿结构中,一对与相关的垂直螺杆23配对的螺母22装在台架13,14内部,所说的每一根螺杆23分成两部分,一部分具有左旋螺纹23a,而另一部分具有右旋螺纹23b,在一有关的减速装置24驱动下,可作顺时针和逆时针两个方向的转动,该减速装置装在底座12上方、台架13,14的底部内。这样一种装置允许根据需要和分别根据它们的尺寸来改变剪切滚筒15和16的中心之间的垂直距离。
减速装置24借助于运动变速器37,通过位于所说的台架13,14之间的一槽轴25来驱动以产生运动,并被中间的变速电动机26驱动,从而实现支座运动驱动的集中控制。
在每一支座20,21的内部,在两相对螺母22之间,支承着剪切滚筒15和16的端部。
更准确地说,在台架13内部,在垂直滑动的滑座20,21的内部,一套筒28支承在轴承27上,直接用键和接头17联接成一体。
套筒28上有一端部法兰29,在它的外围,有一组径向键槽或缺口30a,其内插入了键31,即一旦剪切滚筒15和另一滚筒16的剪切元件(未画出)处于合适的定时相位时,就闩住剪切滚筒15。
法兰29在套筒28的轴向延伸入槽型支座(或“C”型环部分)32内,它容纳並支承着剪切滚筒15和16的圆柱形端部33,所说的滚筒15和16也有一法兰34,和套筒28的法兰29相似,那样就构成驱动联轴器,並作为剪切元件(图中未表示)的停止凸缘。
法兰34也有一组径向键槽或缺口30b,它们容纳键31的另一端,那样就把剪切滚筒15或16闩在套筒28上。
还有一个圈或环部分35位于槽型支座32的上方,用以锁住剪切滚筒15和16的圆柱形端部33,32和35部分用一对螺钉36互相连接。
剪切滚筒15,16对面的另一端部被支承並容纳在一螺纹件38上,剪切元件(图中未表示)的滚筒15,16上有一个用于轴向锁紧的螺母39,它借助于纵向滑键55的作用而旋转,並以一同轴、小尺寸的圆柱形端部40作结尾,它适于安置在和圈形部分32很相似的一槽型支座41上,支座41设置在端部从台架14本体伸出的空转套筒42上,並与台架13的套筒28轴向对齐。
也是在这种情况下,另一个圈形部分43可借助于螺钉(图中未表示)和槽型支座结合,那样就把圆柱部分40闩在空转套筒42上。
在底座12的内部设有移动台架的装置,它由一对驱动螺杆44和45组成,借助于一曲柄46有选择地作用于它们的端部47和48,台架在底座12上横移,螺杆44和45在底座内部和与两台架13,14的底部联成一体的螺母49和50啮合。
这样台架13和14就可由所说的传动装置来移动,在箭头51所指示的方向内彼此独立地移动,移动方向垂直于穿过滚筒15和16之间的要滚剪的平板或带材的运动方向,並允许剪切滚筒根据临时的需要而安装在不同的工作台上。
此外在底座12内部还装有中间横梁52,与它相应,确定了一剪切对称轴线53,並且通过沿底座12上方的导轨54的滑动来使台架13和14相对于剪切对称轴线移动。
中间横梁52和两侧横梁56和57一起都安装在底座12上,驱动螺杆44和45的端部可转动地支承在横梁上,以便移动台架。
按本发明制作的机器,一旦要滚剪的金属带的宽度被确定,相应的剪切滚筒就被选定並准备好。
更准确地说,一整套刀刃和共轭刀刃(图中未表示)被安置在芯轴15和16上,借助于纵向滑键55使它们啮合,並且在芯轴15和16静止的状态下,锁紧在它们的操作位置上,所述刀刃一侧靠在法兰34上,另一侧,通过旋紧螺纹件38上的螺母39,而闩住它们。
按上述方式准备好的剪切芯轴或滚筒15和16安装在台架13和14之间,它们装在槽型支座32和41的上面,剪切芯轴在操作阶段内被它们支承着。
在这过程当中,台架13和14已经被这样定位,以便能够用正确的手段和几乎是在周密调整的条件下,容纳剪切滚筒15和16。
在这样一种定位期间内,通过单独地使剪切滚筒15和16在槽型支座32和41上转动,而使法兰34上的槽30b被置于和法兰29的槽30a相一致的位置上,以实现所期望的对所用的剪切元件的定位。这个结果对于不具备直线性的、各种形状截面的剪切元件的定时特别重要,通过这样做,事实上,保证了上剪切元件和下剪切元件的截面之间的完全匹配性,和在任何情况下,都能避免它们的刀刃彼此重叠。
接着,环35,和最后是键31都被装上,而键31使套筒28的旋转运动和剪切滚筒15和16的运动完全一致。
这很明显,环43也已经被安放在槽型支座41的上方,所以也把圆柱体部分40约束在空转套筒42上。
剪切滚筒15和16的这种快而容易的定位可以精确地做到,因为按本发明制作的用于把连续的带材滚剪成条的机器具有一直接的双重调整,即剪切滚筒中心之间的垂直距离共有可改变性,它是它们直径的函数,也是剪切元件直径的函数;而支座头架相对于一剪切对称轴线具有相对可移动性,可彼此独立地移动。
事实上,通过开动变速电动机(它引起槽轴25旋转和接着是变速器37的运动),运动被传至四个减速装置24,它们两个两个地位于台架13和14的基座上。
从这样一种运动起,转动被传向螺杆23的带螺纹的杆部,23a具有左旋螺纹,而23b具有右旋螺纹,在相联的螺母22内,要求支座20相对于支座21垂直地移动,例如在图1中的箭头58的方向上彼此移开,直至达到一个较大开口的位置,该开口位置是相对于要剪切的带材要通过的和被加工的中央水平轴线59(图中以点划线表示)来说的。
在这种情况下,对于传动至剪切滚筒15和16的旋转运动的接受的连续性,由于有外摆线接头17而得到保证,由于接头的相同性质,它们自动地精确地和各滚筒中心之间的不同距离相配合,如图5至图8所示。
这样一种移动的重要性在于能提供合适的装置,因为,带剪切元件的剪切滚筒或芯轴具有可变的外径。在直径方面的变化,除了是由于要滚剪的带材的差异外,也是由于刀刃的多多少少有些弯曲的或正弦的截面的非线性截面的发展所引起的。
一旦剪切滚筒15和16的选择已完成,以及支座20和21(支承着滚筒15和16)的相对位置已经固定,台架13和14的移动就可通过曲柄46或者也可通过合适的驱动装置(图中未表示)来进行,该驱动装置与底座12联成一体,与驱动螺杆44和45联接。
这导致螺母49和/或50相对于螺杆44和/或45而滑动,而与上述螺母联成一体的台架13和/或14接着被移动。
作为横梁52、56和57需要特殊的构造和定位的结果,如果滚筒不得不安装在相对于剪切对称轴线53来说是不完全对称的位置上,13或14中的任一个单独的台架的移动也能实现。
台架的这种调整也不用拆卸任何支架或更好的是不用拆卸机器就可完成,仅需要取下滚筒。
此外,这样一种机构带来很大的优越性,它也可至少是部分地克服可能有的背隙或空定位的影响,使得剪切滚筒的安装更容易和更快。
此外,装置还能为克服下面两者中可能有的背隙创造条件,即剪切滚筒或芯轴内的背隙,以及台架和传递转动的主减速装置之间的结合接头内的背隙;最后,还能克服在驱动支座20,21的螺母22一螺杆23传动副中的背隙。
Claims (7)
1、把带材滚剪成条带的机器,更确切地说带有具有可变尺寸的剪切滚筒的机器,它包括:在一底座上,有一对用于支承所说的剪切滚筒的台架,一个把旋转运动传递给和一个所说的台架相联结的所说的滚筒的减速装置,和随意地安放在所说的剪切滚筒上的一组剪切元件,其特征在于:通过在垂直于连续带材前进的方向上移动的装置,所说的台架可以彼此相对地移动,在导轨(布置在所说的底座上)上彼此相互靠近或离开,而所说的剪切滚筒的端部被支承在支座内部,该支座位于所说的台架内部,並且通过集中的运动驱动装置的作用,在垂直方向上可控制地彼此相靠近和分离。
