Abstract
本发明涉及一种小型化玻璃纤维裁切机。包括由立柱支撑的侧板,在侧板上通过横置轴承座安装有左右两个竖直的、均带有丝母的丝杠,在侧板上通过立置轴承座安装有横向的联动轴,两个丝杠的下端与联动轴之间均采用锥齿轮组连接传动;还包括驱动联动轴的驱动电机;在两个丝母上均固定安装有升降基座,在两个升降基座之间架设安装有水平的升降板,在侧板的顶部还设有水平的导杆以及水平的气缸,在导杆上设有滑块,滑块固定安装在气缸活塞杆的端部;在滑块的底部安装有切割机构。本发明的小型化玻璃纤维裁切机结构简单、操作便捷、切割效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种小型化玻璃纤维裁切机。
背景技术
在玻璃钢的生产中,玻璃纤维作为原材料的一种,在投入加工工序前需要进行一定的步骤进行处理,如定长切割处理等。现有技术中并没有适于玻璃纤维切割的裁切设备,一般采用切割锯等进行裁切,不仅操作不便而且切割效率很低,这为玻璃钢的生产带来了困难。
发明内容
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题而提供一种结构简单、操作便捷、切割效率高的小型化玻璃纤维裁切机。
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是:小型化玻璃纤维裁切机包括由立柱支撑的侧板,在侧板上通过横置轴承座安装有左右两个竖直的、均带有丝母的丝杠,在侧板上通过立置轴承座安装有横向的联动轴,两个丝杠的下端与联动轴之间均采用锥齿轮组连接传动;还包括驱动联动轴的驱动电机;在两个丝母上均固定安装有升降基座,在两个升降基座之间架设安装有水平的升降板,在侧板的顶部还设有水平的导杆以及水平的气缸,在导杆上设有滑块,滑块固定安装在气缸活塞杆的端部;在滑块的底部安装有切割机构。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:本发明提供了一种结构设计简单合理的小型化玻璃纤维裁切机,通过设置由驱动电机和联动轴同步驱动的两个丝杠并在丝杠的丝母之间设置升降板,为玻璃纤维的切割提供了一个高度可调节的操作平台,可以根据不同种类的玻璃纤维、不同切割的数量进行任意调整,方便切割过程的进行。通过设置由导杆、滑块和气缸等部件构成的往复平移机构对切割机构进行往复驱动平移,提升了切割的快速性和稳定性,保证了切割的效率。
优选地:切割机构包括通过连接杆固定安装在滑块上的轴座,在轴座的底部固定安装有与升降板平行的压板,在轴座上设有带有切割轮的转轴,在压板上还安装有对转轴进行驱动的切割电机。
优选地:还包括空压机,气缸与空压机通过气管连接。

为能进一步了解本发明的发明内容、特点及功效,兹举以下实施例详细说明如下:
请参见图1,本发明的小型化玻璃纤维裁切机包括由立柱1支撑的侧板2,在侧板2上通过横置轴承座4安装有左右两个竖直的、均带有丝母5的丝杠8,在侧板2上通过立置轴承座7安装有横向的联动轴10,两个丝杠8的下端与联动轴10之间均采用锥齿轮组6连接传动。
还包括驱动联动轴10的驱动电机3,在驱动电机3的驱动作用下,联动轴10通过锥齿轮组6带动两个丝杠8作同步转动。
在两个丝母5上均固定安装有升降基座9,在两个升降基座9之间架设安装有水平的升降板11。当两个丝杠8作同步转动时,升降板11作升降移动。
在侧板2的顶部还设有水平的导杆12以及水平的气缸17,在导杆12上设有滑块16,滑块16固定安装在气缸17活塞杆的端部;在滑块16的底部安装有切割机构。在气缸17的驱动作用下,滑块16沿导杆12横向往复平移移动,导杆12作为滑块16的导轨,同时保证平移的稳定性。
切割机构包括通过连接杆固定安装在滑块16上的轴座,在轴座的底部固定安装有与升降板11平行的压板13,在轴座上设有带有切割轮14的转轴,在压板13上还安装有对转轴进行驱动的切割电机15。切割电机15带动切割轮14作高速转动,在往复移动中,切割轮14对放置在升降板11上的玻璃纤维进行裁切。
还包括空压机,气缸17与空压机通过气管连接。
Claims (3)
1.一种小型化玻璃纤维裁切机,其特征是:包括由立柱(1)支撑的侧板(2),在侧板(2)上通过横置轴承座(4)安装有左右两个竖直的、均带有丝母(5)的丝杠(8),在侧板(2)上通过立置轴承座(7)安装有横向的联动轴(10),两个丝杠(8)的下端与联动轴(10)之间均采用锥齿轮组(6)连接传动;还包括驱动联动轴(10)的驱动电机(3);在两个丝母(5)上均固定安装有升降基座(9),在两个升降基座(9)之间架设安装有水平的升降板(11),在侧板(2)的顶部还设有水平的导杆(12)以及水平的气缸(17),在导杆(12)上设有滑块(16),滑块(16)固定安装在气缸(17)活塞杆的端部;在滑块(16)的底部安装有切割机构。
2.如权利要求1所述的小型化玻璃纤维裁切机,其特征是:切割机构包括通过连接杆固定安装在滑块(16)上的轴座,在轴座的底部固定安装有与升降板(11)平行的压板(13),在轴座上设有带有切割轮(14)的转轴,在压板(13)上还安装有对转轴进行驱动的切割电机(15)。
3.如权利要求2所述的小型化玻璃纤维裁切机,其特征是:还包括空压机,气缸(17)与空压机通过气管连接。
