Abstract

一种往复锯,包括外壳[13]、往复杆[15]、传动齿轮[7]、连杆[4]、拨叉[9]、抬刀板[11],所述的连杆[4]的前端部与往复杆[15]的后端部可转动连接,所述的抬刀板[11]与外壳[13]枢轴连接,所述的抬刀板[11]与拨叉[9]的前端部相接触,所述的抬刀板[11]还与设置在往复杆[15]的后端部的滑动轴承[12]相接触,所述的第一偏心轴[5]的轴心、传动齿轮[7]的传动齿轮的轴心[17]、第二偏心轴[8]的轴心三者的连线所构成的夹角α为钝角。在连杆向前运动时,拨叉会向后运动,相反方向的运动能部分地抵消由于往复杆的往复运动而产生的震动。

本实用新型涉及一种往复锯。
背景技术
现有技术中,往复锯往复锯,包括外壳、设置于外壳内的用于连接刀片的往复杆、与动力传动机构相连接的传动齿轮、设置于所述的传动齿轮上的第一偏心轴、设置于所述的传动齿轮上的第二偏心轴、后端部与所述的第一偏心轴可转动连接的连杆、后端部与所述的第二偏心轴可转动连接的拨叉、一个抬刀板,所述的连杆的前端部与往复杆的后端部可转动连接,所述的抬刀板与外壳枢轴连接,在传动齿轮转动时,第一偏心轴带动连杆往复运动,使得往复杆带动刀片往复运动。为了刀片切割时省力,在刀片逆齿方向运动时刀片下落,而刀片顺齿运动时刀片抬起,这就需要一个拨叉和抬刀板,现有的拨叉是拉动抬刀板运动,使得拨叉与连杆同方向运动,会导致整个往复锯使用时震动过大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能减小使用时的震动的往复锯。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种往复锯,包括外壳、设置于外壳内的用于连接刀片的往复杆、与动力传动机构相连接的传动齿轮、设置于所述的传动齿轮上的第一偏心轴、设置于所述的传动齿轮上的第二偏心轴、后端部与所述的第一偏心轴可转动连接的连杆、后端部与所述的第二偏心轴可转动连接的拨叉、一个抬刀板,所述的连杆的前端部与往复杆的后端部可转动连接,所述的抬刀板与外壳枢轴连接,所述的抬刀板与拨叉的前端部相接触,所述的抬刀板还与设置在往复杆的后端部的滑动轴承相接触,所述的第一偏心轴的轴心、传动齿轮的传动齿轮的轴心、第二偏心轴的轴心三者的连线所构成的夹角为钝角,所述的连线是在垂直于第一偏心轴的平面上的连线。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
由于所述的第一偏心轴的轴心、传动齿轮的传动齿轮的轴心、第二偏心轴的轴心三者的连线所构成的夹角为钝角,因此在连杆向前运动时,拨叉会向后运动,相反方向的运动能部分地抵消由于往复杆的往复运动而产生的震动。

具体实施方式
参见附图1至附图2,一种往复锯,包括外壳[13]、设置于外壳[13]内的用于连接刀片[1]的往复杆[15]、与动力传动机构相连接的传动齿轮[7]、设置于所述的传动齿轮[7]上的第一偏心轴[5]、设置于所述的传动齿轮[7]上的第二偏心轴[8]、后端部与所述的第一偏心轴[5]可转动连接的连杆[4]、后端部与所述的第二偏心轴[8]可转动连接的拨叉[9]、一个抬刀板[11],所述的连杆[4]的前端部与往复杆[15]的后端部可转动连接,所述的抬刀板[11]与外壳[13]通过抬刀板转轴[3]枢轴连接,所述的抬刀板[11]与拨叉[9]的前端部相接触,所述的抬刀板[11]还与设置在往复杆[15]的后端部的滑动轴承[12]相接触。当拨叉[9]向前移动时,拨叉[9]的前端部推动抬刀板[11]绕抬刀板转轴[3]顺时针转动,则抬刀板[11]上抬滑动轴承[12],使得往复杆[15]的后端部上抬。如附图3所示,所述的第一偏心轴[5]的轴心、传动齿轮[7]的传动齿轮的轴心[17]、第二偏心轴[8]的轴心三者的连线所构成的夹角α为钝角,所述的连线是在垂直于第一偏心轴[5]的平面上的连线,如附图3所示的;换句话说,如果以传动齿轮轴[17]为中心把附图3分成I、II、III、IV四个象限,则第一偏心轴[5]的轴心、第二偏心轴[8]的轴心不能位于同一个象限内。
所述的拨叉[9]的前端部顶在抬刀板[11]的下端后部,所述的抬刀板[11]的前部上端部顶在所述的滑动轴承[12]上。所述的外壳[13]与滑动轴承[12]设有弹簧[2]。所述的第一偏心轴[5]、第二偏心轴[8]分别位于所述的传动齿轮[7]的上端面及下端面上。

Claims (4)

1、一种往复锯,包括外壳[13]、设置于外壳[13]内的用于连接刀片[1]的往复杆[15]、与动力传动机构相连接的传动齿轮[7]、设置于所述的传动齿轮[7]上的第一偏心轴[5]、设置于所述的传动齿轮[7]上的第二偏心轴[8]、后端部与所述的第一偏心轴[5]可转动连接的连杆[4]、后端部与所述的第二偏心轴[8]可转动连接的拨叉[9]、一个抬刀板[11],所述的连杆[4]的前端部与往复杆[15]的后端部可转动连接,所述的抬刀板[11]与外壳[13]枢轴连接,其特征在于:所述的抬刀板[11]与拨叉[9]的前端部相接触,所述的抬刀板[11]还与设置在往复杆[15]的后端部的滑动轴承[12]相接触,所述的第一偏心轴[5]的轴心、传动齿轮[7]的传动齿轮的轴心[17]、第二偏心轴[8]的轴心三者的连线所构成的夹角α为钝角,所述的连线是在垂直于第一偏心轴[5]的平面上的连线。
2、根据权利要求1所述的往复锯,其特征在于:所述的拨叉[9]的前端部顶在抬刀板[11]的下端后部,所述的抬刀板[11]的前部上端部顶在所述的滑动轴承[12]上。
3、根据权利要求1所述的往复锯,其特征在于:所述的外壳[13]与滑动轴承[12]设有弹簧[2]。
4、根据权利要求1所述的往复锯,其特征在于:所述的第一偏心轴[5]、第二偏心轴[8]分别位于所述的传动齿轮[7]的上端面及下端面上。
