Abstract
本实用新型公开一种手机和无线寻呼机等通讯器械呼叫用的,及适用于钟表警报的单体式的振动和呼叫声发生装置,呼叫声发生用振动板替换成合成树脂薄膜板,使其能兼用作线路板,在一侧具有形成一体地露出在罩子外部的延长部,在延长部的平面上形成铜箔制的配线,将连接线圈的两个端头的内部端子和连接在延长部前端侧上的本装置适用的器械的外部接头分别与配线相连接。
Description
本实用新型涉及手机和无线寻呼机等通讯器用的,及可适用于钟表的警报等的振动和呼叫声发生装置,更具体地说,它是一种把小型和薄型化了的单体式振动和呼叫声发生装置用的振动板替换成合成树脂板,并能兼用作线路板的多用途振动和呼叫声发生装置。
如以现有的适用于手机和无线寻呼机等通讯器械的振动和呼叫声发生装置为例,分别安装有在定子的中心设置了转子的转轴的前端部偏心地附设着振子,当电流流过定子使转轴回转时,振子随着转轴而回旋而进行振动的振动件和发生呼叫声的蜂鸣器。
但是,这种振动和呼叫声发生装置,由于转轴较长,分别装着定子直径较大的振动件和蜂呜器,因而零件数目较多,装配费事,由此,不仅引起制造成本增加,而且因难实现小型和薄型化,这样,就形成了目前的通讯器械小微化困难局面。
虽然有一种为了解决上述问题的把振动和呼叫声发生装置做成单件的结构,但由于这种结构是把金属薄板用作呼叫声发生用振动板,因而对频率的感觉较迟钝,不仅振动声较沉闷杂乱,而且必须在线圈和通讯器械之间另外设置线路板,以便进行振动板上的线圈和通讯器械的连接,因此就使制造成本增加,还有线路板的尺寸占取较大设置面积的问题。
本实用新型是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而作出的,其目的是提供一种适用于通讯器械的单件多用途的振动和呼叫声发生装置,它是使呼叫声发生用振动板不仅能发生呼叫声,还能用作线路板,由此能将零件数量和装配工时减少,能降低制造成本,能使适用器械的空间活用程度进一步提高的且是具有广泛用途的。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采取以下技术方案:
多用途的振动和呼叫声发生装置,其在圆环(1)的内部装着电磁铁(2),在上、下端分别架设着振动用的振动板(3a)和金属薄板的呼叫声发生用的振动板(3b)的周缘,用底板(4)和罩子(5)分别固定上面和下面,其特征在于:把呼叫声发生用的振动板(3b)替换成合成树脂薄膜制造的薄板,在一侧具有形成一体地露出在罩子(5)外部的延长部(23b),在平面上形成铜箔制的配线(43b),将连接线圈(8)的两个端部的内部端子(13b)和连接在延长部(23b)前端侧上的所适用的器械的外部端子(33b)分别与配线(43b)相连接,兼有振动板和线路板的功能。
本实用新型的多用途的振动和呼叫声发生装置,在圆环的内部装着电磁铁,在上、下端分别架设着振动用的振动板和由金属薄板制造的呼叫声发生用的振动板周缘的上面和下面,用底板和罩子分别固定,其特征在于:通过把呼叫声发生用的振动板替换成对频率的反应更为敏感的合成树脂薄膜板,在该薄膜上形成铜箔的配线,由此兼有呼叫声的发生和线路板的功能。
本实用新型的积极效果:
本实用新型的多用途的振动和呼叫声发生装置,它是单体式的振动和呼叫声发生装置,通过把金属制的呼叫声发生用的振动板替换成设有由铜箔形成的配线的合成树脂薄膜构成的振动板,使其兼有发生呼叫声的振动板和线路板的功能,由此能减少零件个数和装配工时,能降低制造成本,能提高器械的活用空间度,从而能使器械小型化,能有广泛使用的极有用的效果。
以下参照附图,详细说明本实用新型的实施例:
图1是表示本实用新型的振动和呼叫声发生装置的分解斜视图。
图2是表示图1所示的振动和呼叫声发生装置的装配体的横断面图。
图3是表示兼用作线路板的振动板俯视图。
下面,参照着附图来说明本实用新型的振动和呼叫声发生装置的实施方式。
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型的振动和呼叫声发生装置由圆环1、电磁铁2、振动板3a、3b、底板4和罩子5构成。
圆环1是绝缘体,是厚度较簿、侧向的两面开口的管状,具有与上述圆环的两面相同的平面面积的振动发生用振动板3a和呼叫声发生用振动板3b在各自架设的后底面方,固定在底板4上,从上方将罩子5盖在上面和外面。
电磁铁2由轭铁6、磁铁7和线圈8构成。
轭铁6的厚度比圆环1的内表面高度小,它的纵壁16的内径比线圈8的外径大,位于纵壁16的内侧的磁铁片26上重叠地附设着圆形磁铁7和将磁铁支承在其上的圆板9。
使振动板3a与上述轭铁6的上面密接,使振动板3a、轭铁6和磁铁7及圆板9各自的小孔13a、36、17、19相互一致的状态下敲打铆钉10而将它们固定。
线圈8的直径卷绕成这样尺寸,即,它能在磁铁7和圆板9的外周面与纵壁16的内周面之间形成的环状空间进出。线圈8的下端与振动板3b成同心圆地接合在上述振动板3b的内侧的底面中央,线圈8的两个端头与内部接线端13b相连接。
上述振动板3a是在中心小孔13a的两侧形成几何对称形的振动骨架23a的,这样,就能得到即使在较低的频率情况下,在难听到声音距离处还有大的振动效果。振动板3a在它的周缘坐落在圆环1的上端的状态下,受罩子5的按压缘15按压而固定在圆环上端周缘部上。
振动板3b是由合成树脂薄膜构成的薄板,大小和圆环1的外径相同,在它的一侧成一体地形成露出在外部的延长部23b,延长部的前端侧上的外部端头33b与上述线圈8的两个端头相连接的内部端头13b之间用铜箔构成的配线43b相互连接着,由此使振动板3b能兼用作线路板。
连接线圈8的两个端头的内部端头13b的位置,不论是横向还是纵向,只要是在根据情况形成如图3所示的圆形的配线43b上,无论设定在哪个位置上、其效果都是同样的。
上述振动板3b,它的周缘被嵌紧在底板4和圆环1的下端之间,它的一侧的延长部23b穿过罩子5一侧的切口部25而露出在外部,延长部23b的前端侧的外部端头33b与通讯器械的线路板相连接。
本实用新型的构成零件中,除了振动板3b之外,剩下的圆环1、电磁铁2、振动板3a、底板4和罩子5都和上述在先申请发明的结构相同。
即,本实用新型的特点在于把金属薄板构成的呼叫声发生用的振动板替换成用合成树脂薄膜构成的薄板,而且在一侧设有形成一体的延长部23b,延长部23b前端侧的外部端头33b和连接线圈8的两个端头的内部端头13b之间用铜箔构成的配线43b相互连接,由此就能将呼叫声发生振动板形成兼作为线路板的振动板3b。
图中的未经说明的符号20是表示缓冲件,30是表示双面粘接带。
下面,参照着图2来说明本实用新型的振动和呼叫声发生装置的装配过程。
先把磁铁7和圆板9按顺序装在轭铁6的内表面中心的磁铁片26上,把振动板3a放在轭铁6的磁铁片26所处位置的相反侧的平面上之后,在使轭铁6、磁铁7、圆板9和振动板3a的小孔36、17、19、13a一致的状态下,将铆钉10打入,用铆接等方法将上述构件形成一体。
另一方面,把线圈8和振动板3b构成同心圆地与振动板3b一面的中央相结合,将线圈6的两个端头与振动板3b的内部端头相连接。
在使电磁铁2和两个端头被连接到振动板3b的端头13b上的线圈8结合而构成中间装配体的状态下,把由铆钉10将轭铁6、磁铁7、圆板9和振动板3a形成一体的组件的圆板9一侧沿圆环1的上端那一方放入地将振动板3a的周缘坐落在圆环1的上端,此后,将罩子5覆盖住这些构件并加以固定。
这时,罩子5的按压缘15按压着坐落在圆环1上端的振动板3a的周缘而使其保持在固定状态下。
使线圈8一侧朝圆环1内地将振动板3b的周缘坐在上述圆环1的相反侧的下端上,将延长部23b嵌装在罩子5的缺口25里的状态下使其露出在外部,然后,盖上后底板4,将其装配成和图2相同的单件的振动和呼叫声发生装置。
在这状态下,由于在线圈8、磁铁7和圆板9的外周面和纵壁16的内周面之间的环状空间里留下了余量,因而在线圈8和磁铁7之间发生的磁场作用下,振动板3a、3b发生振动时,轭铁6的纵壁16和磁铁7、圆板9、线圈8相互之间不会发生干涉。
在手机和无线寻呼机等通讯器械的装配过程中,通过粘接双面粘带30而将上述成品固定到内部空间里,若将振动板3b的延长部23b的前端侧的外部端头33b与通讯器械的线路板(图中没表示)相连接,则能把以前的另外设置在线圈和通讯器械之间的线路板省略。
在把本实用新型的振动和呼叫声发生装置用到通讯器械上的场合下,当确认从外部来的呼叫信号时,由微机区分与振动或呼叫声发生的振动相吻合的高、低频率后,传送给线圈8。
当线圈8确认从微机输送来的频率时,在线圈8和磁铁7之间产生电磁力,由这电磁力使轭铁6和线圈8沿轴向、即沿着与平面垂直方向游动,由此使各个振动板3a、3b同时动作地振动。
这时振动板3a、3b振动的方向是在轭铁6和线圈8发生震动的方向上,即沿着铆钉10的轴向。
总之,若把通讯器械选择成振动式,则当线圈8上有低频率(120Hz左右)作用时,振动板3a就会产生如手指敲打感觉那样充分的振动效果;若把通讯器械选择成是呼叫声式的,则当线圈8上有高频率(2KHz程度)作用时,线圈8和振动板3b一起、以极快的速度、边振动边发出“哔-哔-哔”那样柔和的呼叫声。
而且,本实用新型装置不仅能用在由高、低频率作用下的通讯器械里,即使将其用在钟表的警报等场合下,也可通过附加按钮等措施,将其选择成振动式或呼叫声式来使用。
Claims (1)
1.多用途的振动和呼叫声发生装置,其在圆环(1)的内部装着电磁铁(2),在上、下端分别架设着振动用的振动板(3a)和金属薄板的呼叫声发生用的振动板(3b)的周缘,用底板(4)和罩子(5)分别固定上面和下面,其特征在于:把呼叫声发生用的振动板(3b)替换成合成树脂薄膜制造的薄板,在一侧具有形成一体地露出在罩子(5)外部的延长部(23b),在平面上形成铜箔制的配线(43b),将连接线圈(8)的两个端部的内部端子(13b)和连接在延长部(23b)前端侧上的所适用的器械的外部端子(33b)分别与配线(43b)相连接,兼有振动板和线路板的功能。
