Description
また、固定部に関して、接点基板2に電気的に接続、固定したコイル3を、前記磁気回路部の磁気空隙Gに配置しており、コイル3の発生する磁界と磁気回路部の磁気空隙Gに於ける磁界との相互作用によって、サスペンション7を介してハウジング9に弾性支持された前記磁気回路部を振動させる駆動方法を用いている。

Claims (3)
- 板状の内輪部と外輪部とを、中間に平面方向のS字状折れ曲がり部を有し、隣接する他アームに沿って延長したアームで連結する単一のサスペンションを有する、ダイナミック構造の振動アクチュエータ。
- 前記サスペンションが予め伸縮方向に変形されている、請求項1記載の振動アクチュエータ。
- 前記サスペンション外輪部が、磁気回路部上に張り出している、請求項1又は2に記載の振動アクチュエータ。
