Abstract

本实用新型一种锥形双螺杆由加料段、预塑段、塑化段、排气段和挤出段组成,预塑段由混合块构成,混合块上有捏合盘和凸台,捏合盘的外缘构成的外锥角与螺杆的外锥角相同;在挤出段的后部设有混炼头。本实用新型能增强对物料混炼效果,提高产品质量。适用于锥形双螺杆挤出机加工聚氯乙烯粉料或其它聚烯烃类粉料,直接挤出成型管材、板材和异型材或挤出造粒。

Description

一种锥形双螺杆
本实用新型涉及一种用于塑料加工的锥形双螺杆挤出机的螺杆。
锥形双螺杆是锥形双爆杆挤出机的重要部件,现有的双螺杆一般为全程螺纹全啮合型结构,螺杆分为加料段、预塑段、塑化段、排气段和挤出段,各段螺杆都有相同的外锥角和内锥角,各段仅在于因功能不同其螺纹导程不同而已。锥形双螺杆对物料有很好的强制输送效果,但混合效果欠佳。在螺杆挤出段两螺杆啮合后形成一个个封闭的“C”形腔室,物料由这些腔室一个个排放时会产生挤出压力以及挤出产量的波动,由此会影响制品的质量。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能增强对物料混炼效果,减少挤出波动的锥形双螺杆,本实用新型对原有锥形双螺杆的预塑段和挤出段的结构进行了改进,适合用于锥形双螺杆挤出机。
本实用新型提供的一种锥形双螺杆,由加料段、预塑段、塑化段、排气段和挤出段组成,预塑段由混合块构成,混合块上有捏合盘和凸台,捏合盘的外缘构成的外锥角与螺杆的外锥角相同;在挤出段的后部设有混炼头。捏合盘的形状为三角形或腰鼓形,同一螺杆上的捏合盘之间的相互位置为同位或错位;两螺杆之间相对应的两捏合盘的相互位置:三角形捏合盘为同位、腰鼓形混合片为90°错位。混炼头为齿形或菠萝形结构。螺杆为分体式结构时,混合块和塑化段固定在花键轴上,花键轴的两端分别与加料段和排气段用螺纹固定连接。

本实用新型一种锥形双螺杆如图1和图2所示,象普通的锥形双螺杆一样分为:加料段Ⅰ、预塑段Ⅱ、塑化段Ⅲ、排气段Ⅳ和挤出段Ⅴ。本实用新型的预塑段Ⅱ由混合块构成,如图1、图2、图3、图5和图6所示,混合块上有捏合盘1和凸台2,捏合盘1的外缘3构成的外锥角与螺杆的外锥角相同,外缘3与挤出机机筒有剪切间隙,捏合盘1的形状可为如图3所示的三角形或如图5所示的腰鼓形。捏合盘1为三角形或腰鼓形时,同一螺杆上的捏合盘之间的相互位置为同位或错位;两螺杆之间相对应的两捏合盘的相互位置:当捏合盘1为三角形时如图3所示的同位;当捏合盘1为腰鼓形时如图5所示的90°错位。
本实用新型可为如图1和图3所示的分体式结构,也可以如图2和图5所示的整体式结构。分体式结构如图1和图3所示,混合块和塑化段Ⅲ固定在花键轴5上,花键轴5的两端分别与加料段和排气段用螺纹6固定连接。混合块可为一个或多个单元组成,每个单元如图6所示有一个捏合盘1,在捏合盘1的两端有各有一个凸台2,多个单元串在一起固定在花键轴5上,两螺杆啮合时由凸台2构成两螺杆捏合盘之间的间隙。图1所示的结构采用了六个单元,有六个捏合盘,通过调整单元在花键轴上的周向位置来实现捏合盘的错位的角度。塑化段Ⅲ可根据所加工物料不同而采用不同的螺纹导程,这样可针对不同物料的更换不同结构的混合块和不同结构的塑化段Ⅲ,配合采用适当的工艺条件,以获得螺杆的最佳结构尺寸及最佳操作工艺条件,这种分体式螺杆的锥形双螺杆挤出机可作为实验机用。对结构定型的螺杆即可以加工为整体式结构用于生产。整体式锥形双螺杆如图2所示,预塑段Ⅱ和塑化段Ⅲ与螺杆其他部分为一整体,取消了花键轴和螺纹连接。
本实用新型锥形双螺杆在挤出段的后部设有混炼头,混合头可采用如图1和图4所示的齿形混炼头4或如图2所示的菠萝形混炼头7,这两种混炼头的结构与普通单螺杆上用过的公知结构基本相同,它与锥形双螺杆的其它部分有相同的外锥角角和内锥角。
本实用新型对原锥形双螺杆的预塑段和挤出段的结构进行了改进后,当锥形双螺杆挤出机工作螺杆旋转时,由于预塑段的混合块,使物料在混合块的外缘与机筒间受到剪切作用,有利于物料的熔融及混合,同时两螺杆的混合块啮合,物料从一根螺杆进入另一根螺杆中,在两螺杆之间的混合块中彼此进出,得到了进一步的混合,这样物料在预塑段能得到较充分的混合。本实用新型设有混炼头,物料在通过混炼头时被齿或菠萝凸块多次分流和汇合,得到更充分地混合均化。同时混炼头因不是螺纹结构,不会产生螺杆啮合形成封闭的“C”形腔室,因而也不会产生因挤出压力和挤出量的波动而影响产品的质量。本实用新型具有锥形双螺杆强制输送的特点,同时又具有增强混合作用。本实用新型适用于聚氯乙烯粉料或其它烯烃类粉料直接挤出成型管材、板材和异型材,也适用于挤出造粒。

Claims (4)

1、一种锥形双螺杆由加料段、预塑段、塑化段、排气段和挤出段组成,加料段、塑化段、排气段和挤出段由外锥角和内锥角相同而导程不同的螺纹构成,其特征在于:预塑段由混合块构成,混合块上有捏合盘和凸台,捏合盘的外缘构成的外锥角与螺杆的外锥角相同;在挤出段的后部设有混炼头。
2、根据权利要求1所述的锥形双螺杆,其特征在于:捏合盘的形状为三角形或腰鼓形,同一螺杆上的捏合盘之间的相互位置为同位或错位;两螺杆之间相对应的两捏合盘的相互位置:三角形捏合盘为同位、腰鼓形混合片为90°错位。
3、根据权利要求1所述的锥形双螺杆,其特征在于:混炼头为齿形或菠萝形结构。
4、根据权利要求1所述的锥形双螺杆,其特征在于:螺杆为分体式结构时,混合块和塑化段固定在花键轴上,花键轴的两端分别与加料段和排气段用螺纹固定连接。
