技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种挤出机制作技术领域,尤其指用于挤出机上的一种锥双螺杆。 
背景技术
双螺杆技术是过去50年来最重要的挤出技术进展。该技术在20世纪50年代才进行了商业化,这一日期比其最初面世缩短了近20年时间。意大利和德国的工程师率先开发成功双螺杆挤出机,包括同向旋转和异向旋转,最初的目的是为了提高PVC管材的生产效率。LMP(Lavorazione Materie Plastiche)公司的奠基人Roberto Colombo首次尝试用双螺杆混合醋酸纤维素,以避免使用溶剂。1938年,他设想采用一台啮合的、同向旋转的双螺杆挤出机进行PVC造粒以用于管材挤出。在此之前,PVC管材的制备一直采用压机设备完成。从那时起,同向旋转的双螺杆挤出机就支配了PVC-U的挤出。双螺杆在低得剪切速率下就可以得到高的产量,因此降低了价格昂贵的稳定剂的用量。双螺杆挤出机也用于配混和造粒树脂。在进行填料、纤维的配混种发挥重要的作用。也用于反应加工如聚合、接枝、改性等领域。 
双螺杆挤出机由传动装置、加料装置、料筒和螺杆等几个部分形成,各部件的作用与单螺杆挤出机相似。但职业原理差异却很大。在双螺杆挤出机中,物料由加料装置(一般为定量加料)加入,经螺杆作用到达机头口模,在这一过程中,物料的运动情况因螺杆的啮合方式、回旋方向不同而不同。常用于PVC型材挤出的双螺杆挤出机通常是紧密啮合且异向回旋的螺杆,少数也有应用同向回旋式双螺杆挤出的,但一般只能在低速下操作,约在10r/min范围内。而高速啮合同向回旋式双螺杆挤出机用于混炼、排气造粒或作为连续化学反应器应用,这类挤出机最大螺杆速度范围在300-600r/mim。 
现有一专利号为200920039877.6名称为《聚烯烃专用锥形双螺杆挤出机中的螺杆》的中国实用新型专利,公开了一种能专业加工聚烯烃材料的聚烯烃专用锥形双螺杆挤出机中的螺杆,包括螺杆本体,在螺杆本体上共设置有进料端、压缩段和塑化均化段三段螺棱,并且压缩段螺棱的长度为螺杆本体上所有螺棱总长度的35%-45%。使用上述结构螺杆的锥形双螺杆挤出机能使聚烯烃材料得到较好地塑化和混炼,能用来专业加工聚烯烃材料,产量比较高,耗能比较小。然而,该螺杆中的螺棱其进料段和熔融段的螺棱螺距基本相等,进料时容易出现堵料,使进料不顺畅而容易出现焦料现象,适用范围狭窄,并且螺杆的耐腐蚀性和耐磨性也不是很高,所以该螺杆结构还需进一步改进。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状而提供一种挤出效果好、塑化均匀、不易焦料和堵料的锥双螺杆。 
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:本锥双螺杆,包括有进料段、熔融段、均化段、塑化段、挤出段,在所述进料段、熔融段、均化段、塑化段、挤出段上设置有螺棱,其特征在于:所述螺棱在进料段、熔融段、均化段、塑化段、挤出段上为彼此断开的独立螺棱,所述挤出段上的螺棱包括有螺棱前段和螺棱后段,所述螺棱前段的右端的螺棱槽与螺棱后段的左端的螺棱相对接在一起,所述挤出段的横截面约呈三角形,且三个顶角为圆弧形。 
作为改进,在所述熔融段上分布有凸钉块。 
再改进,所述凸钉块包含有两排,且均匀分布在熔融段中段的圆周面上,两根螺杆的凸钉块为相互错位地啮合在一起。 
再改进,所述锥双螺杆包括有相互啮合的左螺杆和右螺杆,在进料段上左螺杆与右螺杆的啮合螺棱之间的轴向空间距离为2-3mm,左螺杆或右螺杆的螺棱与右螺杆或左螺杆的螺杆本体之间的径向空间距离为0.5-2mm,左螺杆和右螺杆的螺棱以轴向剖面的边线与该边线的顶端竖向垂直线之间的夹角均为5°,所述螺棱以轴向剖面的边线与螺杆本体边线的弧度半径均为1-1.5mm。 
再改进,所述锥双螺杆在熔融段左螺杆与右螺杆的啮合螺棱之间的轴向空间距离为1.4-1.8mm,左螺杆或右螺杆的螺棱与右螺杆或左螺杆的螺杆本体之间的径向空间距离为0.8-1.2mm,左螺杆和右螺杆的螺棱以轴向剖面的边线与该边线的顶端竖向垂直线之间的夹角均为5°,所述螺棱以轴向剖面的边线与螺杆本体边线的弧度半径均为1-1.5mm。 
再改进,所述锥双螺杆在均化段左螺杆与右螺杆的啮合螺棱之间的轴向空间距离为1.2-3.5mm,左螺杆或右螺杆的螺棱与右螺杆或左螺杆的螺杆本体之间的径向空间距离为0.8-1.5mm,左螺杆和右螺杆的螺棱以轴向剖面的边线与该边线的顶端竖向垂直线之间的夹角均为10°,所述螺棱以轴向剖面的边线与螺杆本体边线的弧度半径均为2.5-3mm。 
再改进,所述锥双螺杆在塑化段左螺杆与右螺杆的啮合螺棱之间的轴向空间距离为0.8-2.5mm,左螺杆或右螺杆的螺棱与右螺杆或左螺杆的螺杆本体之间的径向空间距离为0.8-1.6mm,左螺杆和右螺杆的螺棱以轴向剖面的边线与该边线的顶端竖向垂直线之间的夹角均为10°,所述螺棱以轴向剖面的边线与螺杆本体边线的弧度半径均为2.5-3mm。 
再改进,所述进料段、熔融段、均化段、塑化段、挤出段的螺棱距之比为2-2.5∶ 1.5-2∶2.5-3∶2.5-3∶3.5-4。 
再改进,所述进料段、熔融段、均化段、塑化段、挤出段的长度之比为44-45∶33-36∶27-30∶38-41∶20-21。 
再改进,所述锥双螺杆的长径比为14∶1。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:在进料段、熔融段、均化段、塑化段、挤出段上的螺棱为彼此断开的独立螺棱,挤出段上的螺棱包括有螺棱前段和螺棱后段,所述螺棱前段的右端的螺棱槽与螺棱后段的左端的螺棱相对接在一起,其螺棱的横截面约呈三角形去掉三角的三角形状,在熔融段的中部设置有圆柱形的凸钉块。该种结构的螺杆,不仅具有一般锥双螺杆的优点,而且锥双螺杆中各段螺棱为彼此断开的独立螺棱,且进料段的螺距较大,而熔融段螺棱较密,使进料更顺畅,不会焦料,熔融段螺棱较密使混料更充分;而且剪切力更大,物料塑化能力更强,并且螺杆挤出物料温度稳定,压力波动小,成品产量高,适用于各种回收料、PE,PP,PVC等高填充料的造粒和制管。

本种锥双螺杆,包括有进料段A、熔融段B、均化段C、塑化段E、挤出段F,在进料段A、熔融段B、均化段C、塑化段E、挤出段F上设置有螺棱,螺棱在进料段A、熔融段B、均化段C、塑化段E、挤出段F上为彼此断开的独立螺棱,挤出段F上的螺棱包括有螺棱前段11和螺棱后段12,螺棱前段11的螺棱槽10与螺棱后段12的螺棱1相对应连接,挤出段F上的螺棱的横截面约呈三角形,且三个顶角为圆弧形。在熔融段B的中段的圆周面上均匀分布有圆柱形的凸钉块2,凸钉块2包含有两排,两根螺杆的凸钉块2为相互错位地啮合在一起。该锥双螺杆的长径比为14∶1。

本锥双螺杆还具有以下特点: 
1、熔融段的销钉设计独特:销钉的直径和头数由锥双螺杆的直径大小决定,销钉间距为0.5-1.5倍销钉直径,两螺杆销钉相互错位防止干涉。 
2、挤出段的螺棱分为两段且槽棱相对连接,螺棱和螺杆本体为圆弧连接,螺棱的端部倒角为倒圆角,保证了挤出时无死角,有效防止了因物料堆积引起的焦料。

1.一种锥双螺杆,包括有进料段(A)、熔融段(B)、均化段(C)、塑化段(E)、挤出段(F),在所述进料段(A)、熔融段(B)、均化段(C)、塑化段(E)、挤出段(F)上设置有螺棱,其特征在于:所述螺棱在进料段(A)、熔融段(B)、均化段(C)、塑化段(E)、挤出段(F)上为彼此断开的独立螺棱,所述挤出段(F)上的螺棱包括有螺棱前段(11)和螺棱后段(12),所述螺棱前段(11)的右端的螺棱槽(10)与螺棱后段(12)的左端的螺棱(1)相对接在一起,所述挤出段(F)的横截面约呈三角形,且三个顶角为圆弧形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锥双螺杆,其特征在于:在所述熔融段(B)上分布有凸钉块(2)。
