一种锥双螺杆,为独立转动且相互并列在一起,且两根螺杆(2)的螺棱(11)相互啮合在一起,所述两根螺杆(2)的螺棱段(L)长度相等,其特征在于:所述两根螺杆(2)的前端部分别设置有盖帽(12),所述两根螺杆(2)上螺棱(11)的螺棱距由左至右由大变小。本实用新型的优点在于:本锥双螺杆包括有螺棱相互啮合在一起两根螺杆,两根螺杆的前端部分别设置有盖帽,两根螺杆的螺棱距由左至右由大变小。该结构使得螺杆有充足的时间对物料进行预热、压实和输送,避免了堵料和焦料,有利于物料均匀地从固态转化为熔融态,从而制得表面光滑、色泽均匀、没有气泡的挤出成品。

现有一专利号为200920039877.6名称为《聚烯烃专用锥形双螺杆挤出机中的螺杆》的中国实用新型专利公开了一种能专业加工聚烯烃材料的聚烯烃专用锥形双螺杆挤出机中的螺杆,包括螺杆本体,在螺杆本体上共设置有进料端、压缩段和塑化均化段三段螺棱,并且压缩段螺棱的长度为螺杆本体上所有螺棱总长度的35%~45%。使用上述结构螺杆的锥形双螺杆挤出机能使聚烯烃材料得到较好地塑化和混炼,能用来专业加工聚烯烃材料,产量比较高,耗能比较小,然而,该螺杆的耐腐蚀性和耐磨性都不是很高,使用寿命较短,容易出现堵料和焦料等现象,所以该螺杆的结构还需进一步改进。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状而提供一种塑化均匀、出料顺畅、有效避免堵料和焦料的锥双螺杆。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:本锥双螺杆,为独立转动且相互并列在一起,且两根螺杆的螺棱相互啮合在一起,所述两根螺杆的螺棱段长度相等,其特征在于:所述两根螺杆的前端部分别设置有盖帽,所述两根螺杆上螺棱的螺棱距由左至右由大变小。
作为改进,所述两根螺杆上螺棱的最大螺棱距为1100~1200mm,最小螺棱距为200~300mm。该螺棱距使螺杆有充足的时间对物料进行熔融和塑化。
再改进,所述两根螺杆上螺棱的最大半径为900~950mm,最小半径为400~450mm。该螺棱结构使螺杆有充足的空间对物料进行熔融和塑化。
再改进,所述两根螺杆的内部轴向设置有中空结构。该中空结构有效节省了原材料,节约了生产成本,且不影响挤出效果。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:本锥双螺杆包括有螺棱相互啮合在一起两根螺杆,两根螺杆的前端部分别设置有盖帽,两根螺杆的螺棱距由左至右由大变小。该结构使得螺杆有充足的时间对物料进行预热、压实和输送,避免了堵料和焦料,有利于物料均匀地从固态转化为熔融态,从而制得表面光滑、色泽均匀、没有气泡的挤出成品。

如图1至3所示,本实施例的锥双螺杆,为独立转动且相互并列在一起,且两根螺杆2的螺棱11相互啮合在一起,两根螺杆2的螺棱段L长度相等,两根螺杆2的前端部分别设置有盖帽12,两根螺杆2上螺棱11的螺棱距由左至右由大变小,最大螺棱距M为1100~1200mm,最小螺棱距S为200~300mm,螺棱11的最大半径R1为900~950mm,最小半径R2为400~450mm。两根螺杆2的内部轴向设置有中空结构3。

2.根据权利要求1所述的锥双螺杆,其特征在于:所述两根螺杆(2)上螺棱(11)的最大螺棱距(M)为1100~1200mm,最小螺棱距(S)为200~300mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的锥双螺杆,其特征在于:所述两根螺杆(2)上螺棱(11)的最大半径(R1)为900~950mm,最小半径(R2)为400~450mm。
