本实用新型公开了一种圆锥形螺杆塑料挤出机，包括料筒，在所述的料筒的两端分别设有进料斗和出料口，在所述的料筒内设有螺杆，所述的螺杆呈圆锥形状，且所述的螺杆靠近进料斗一端的直径小于所述的螺杆靠近出料口一端的直径，且螺杆上的螺棱之间的螺距从进料斗一端到出料口一端由大到小变化。本实用新型通过改变现有螺杆的圆柱形状为圆锥形状，且越靠近出料口，螺棱越密，螺杆之间越小，不仅进一步增加了单螺杆塑料挤出机的挤出压力，而且通过变化的螺距和螺杆直径大大改善单螺杆塑料挤出机的剪切力，提高了物料粉碎融合的效果，提高生产效率和产品质量。

背景技术
在公知的技术领域，塑料挤出机是一种常用的塑料加工设备，而螺杆挤出机是最常用的一种混合成型设备，为完成塑料的混合塑化过程，就要求螺杆挤出机有很强的剪切、分散、混合能力，以使不同种类、不同组份的原料能够顺利挤出成型。
现有技术中已有单螺杆挤出机、双螺杆挤出机、往复式销钉螺杆挤出机、多螺杆挤出机等设备。上述的螺杆挤出机一般只能分别完成混合分散或制品成型两项工作中的一项，且传统的单螺杆挤出机虽然能提供较高的稳定的挤出压力，但它的剪切能力较差，所以物料的混合粉碎不均匀，挤出效果不好。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种挤出压力大、剪切能力强的塑料挤出机。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种圆锥形螺杆塑料挤出机，包括料筒，在所述的料筒的两端分别设有进料斗和出料口，在所述的料筒内设有螺杆，所述的螺杆呈圆锥形状，且所述的螺杆靠近进料斗一端的直径小于所述的螺杆靠近出料口一端的直径。
进一步的，为了提高挤出压力和剪切力，本实用新型中所述的螺杆上的螺棱之间的螺距从进料斗一端到出料口一端由大到小变化。

2.如权利要求1所述的圆锥形螺杆塑料挤出机，其特征在于：所述的螺杆(4)上的螺棱(5)之间的螺距从进料斗(2)一端到出料口(3)一端由大到小变化。
