一种挤橡机螺杆,包括螺杆本体,螺杆本体尾端设置有与其为一体且与驱动装置联动的传动齿轮,螺杆本体的外部套装有螺杆套筒,螺杆本体上各螺纹之间的螺槽构成导胶槽,其特征在于,所述的螺杆本体包括进料段和压缩段,压缩段为正锥形杆体,其锥度为0.5-2度;所述进料段的螺杆本体上的螺纹上设置有开口;所述螺杆套筒的内壁为与螺杆本体相匹配的锥形筒结构。本实用新型所公开的这种挤橡机螺杆为整体正锥形杆体,在保证大长径比不变的情况下,使得螺杆的压缩比达到8:1提高了螺杆的整体强度,保证螺杆在生产使用时不易折断,提高挤出橡皮绝缘的密实度和橡皮绝缘的性能,经济实用,适用于各种规模的线缆生产厂家使用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及橡皮绝缘电缆的挤出机设备,具体地说是一种高压缩比的挤橡机螺杆。
背景技术
现在生产橡皮绝缘电缆的挤出机设备为橡胶挤出机,挤橡机的螺杆指标有长径比、压缩比等,压缩比是指螺杆的几何压缩比,是螺杆加料段第一个螺槽容积与挤出段最后一个螺槽容积之比。压缩比目的是为了使挤出材料能充分塑化、压实,对于挤出绝缘的密实程度起着至关重要的作用,可以大大提高电缆绝缘的电气性能如击穿场强等。一般橡胶挤出机由于橡胶材料的摩擦系数比较大,压缩比多数控制在2:1~3:1之间。如果再要提高螺杆压缩比,按现有常规方法提高压缩比,螺杆在生产时螺杆根部容易折断。这就给高密实度性能橡皮绝缘挤出制造方面出了难题。
目前,常规的挤橡机螺杆都是采用等深不等距或等距不等深的螺纹底部倒锥形螺杆,但是在使用中,螺杆的整体强度较低,生产时容易发生折段现象,使用寿命短。
实用新型内容
本实用新型是针对现有技术中高压缩比螺杆强度低、使用寿命短的缺陷,提供一种结构简单,强度高、使用寿命长、高压缩比的挤橡机螺杆。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:一种挤橡机螺杆,包括螺杆本体,螺杆本体尾端设置有与其为一体且与驱动装置联动的传动齿轮,螺杆本体的外部套装有螺杆套筒,螺杆本体上各螺纹之间的螺槽构成导胶槽,其特征在于,所述的螺杆本体包括进料段和压缩段,压缩段为正锥形杆体,其锥度为0.5-2度;所述进料段的螺杆本体上的螺纹上设置有开口;所述螺杆套筒的内壁为与螺杆本体相匹配的锥形筒结构。
进料段的每个螺纹上沿圆周均匀对称设置两个开口。
进料段螺纹上的开口的深度为10mm,宽度为20mm。
螺杆本体中的进料段和压缩段的长度比为1:4。
与传统挤橡机螺杆相比,本实用新型所公开的这种挤橡机螺杆为整体正锥形杆体,在保证大长径比不变的情况下,使得螺杆的压缩比达到8:1提高了螺杆的整体强度,保证螺杆在生产使用时不易折断,提高挤出橡皮绝缘的密实度和橡皮绝缘的性能,经济实用,适用于各种规模的线缆生产厂家使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步说明。
参见附图1,本实用新型所公开的是一种挤橡机螺杆,包括螺杆本体2,该螺杆本体2的前段为光轴,后段为带有螺纹3的螺杆。螺杆本体2尾端设置有与其为一体且与驱动装置联动的传动齿轮1,螺杆本体的外部套装有螺杆套筒6,螺杆本体2包括进料段A和压缩段B,本实施例中螺杆本体上的螺纹等距不等深,螺杆本体上各螺纹之间的螺槽构成导胶槽5。螺杆本体2中的进料段A为直杆体,压缩段B为正锥形杆体,其锥度为0.5-2度;螺杆本体中的进料段和压缩段的长度比为1:4。本实施例以∮120挤橡机为例,作为优选,最佳锥度为1度,螺杆本体中压缩段的具体锥度根据螺杆适用的挤橡机的型号决定。其进料段A的螺杆本体2上的螺纹3上设置有开口4。进料段A的每个螺纹3上沿圆周均匀对称设置两个开口4,参见附图2,本实施例中,在进料段的每个螺纹上,在其圆周的上下端分别设置一个开口4,开口4的深度为10mm,宽度为20mm。这样的开口结构能够使胶料经进料段充分混合及降低摩擦力顺利输送到压缩段进一步压实和塑化,最后由压缩段挤出。
其中进料段和压缩段是由螺杆本体上的胶料的状态决定的,进料段的职能是对胶料初步升温后进行压实和输送;压缩段的职能是使胶料进一步压实和塑化,使包围在螺杆内的空气压回到加料口处排出,并改善胶料的热传导性能。常规螺杆一般分为三部分:进料段、压缩段、均化段,本实用新型螺杆为了有效的提高螺杆压缩比,根据胶料的流动特性延长了压缩段长度,采取了2区段设计,可使胶料在螺杆中向前流动时逐渐压缩,同时在套筒外加热和螺杆与套筒内壁摩擦剪切作用下,促使胶料温度升高开始熔融,使胶料均匀定压挤出熔体,达到设计要求的高压缩比,解决了常规3区段设计的压缩段长度不够而不能达到高压缩比的设计要求。
参见附图3,与该螺杆相配合的螺杆套筒6的内壁为与螺杆本体2相匹配的锥形筒结构。
在保证长径比不变的情况下,本实用新型所公开的这种螺杆结构提高螺杆压缩比,使其压缩比达到8:1,又保证了螺杆根部的螺纹底部直径不减小,避免在橡皮流动时的高摩擦力作用下螺杆根部折断,实现橡皮的高密实度挤出。

1. 一种挤橡机螺杆,包括螺杆本体,螺杆本体尾端设置有与其为一体且与驱动装置联动的传动齿轮,螺杆本体的外部套装有螺杆套筒,螺杆本体上各螺纹之间的螺槽构成导胶槽,其特征在于,所述的螺杆本体包括进料段和压缩段,压缩段为正锥形杆体,其锥度为0.5-2度;所述进料段的螺杆本体上的螺纹上设置有开口;所述螺杆套筒的内壁为与螺杆本体相匹配的锥形筒结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的挤橡机螺杆,其特征在于,进料段的每个螺纹上沿圆周均匀对称设置两个开口。
3.根据权利要求2所述的挤橡机螺杆,其特征在于,进料段螺纹上的开口的深度为10mm,宽度为20mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的挤橡机螺杆,其特征在于,所述螺杆本体中的进料段和压缩段的长度比为1:4。
