现有一专利号为200920039877.6名称为《聚烯烃专用锥形双螺杆挤出机中的螺杆》的中国实用新型专利公开了一种能专业加工聚烯烃材料的聚烯烃专用锥形双螺杆挤出机中的螺杆,包括螺杆本体,在螺杆本体上共设置有进料端、压缩段和塑化均化段三段螺棱,并且压缩段螺棱的长度为螺杆本体上所有螺棱总长度的35%~45%。使用上述结构螺杆的锥形双螺杆挤出机能使聚烯烃材料得到较好地塑化和混炼,能用来专业加工聚烯烃材料,产量比较高,耗能比较小,然而,该螺杆的耐腐蚀性和耐磨性都不是很高,使用寿命较短,容易出现堵料和焦料等现象,所以该螺杆的结构还需进一步改进。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状而提供一种塑化均匀、出料顺畅、有效避免堵料和焦料的双螺杆。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:本双螺杆,为独立转动且相互并列在一起,包括有进料段、熔融段、塑化段、挤出段,在所述进料段和塑化段上设置有螺棱,其特征在于:所述进料段、熔融段、塑化段、挤出段的长度之比为8~9∶3~4∶6~7∶4~5,在每根螺杆的熔融段圆周面上轴向间隔分布有外凸棱,在每根螺杆的挤出段圆周面上轴向间隔分布有凸棱。
作为改进,在每根螺杆的熔融段圆周面上分布的外凸棱为2至4片。
再改进,所述外凸棱为中部高两端低,或者为中部低两端高,或者同时包括有中部高两端低和中部低两端高的结构。该结构使得螺杆有充足的空间和时间将物料由固态均匀地转化为熔融态。
再改进,在每根螺杆的挤出段圆周面上分布的凸棱为2至4片。
再改进,所述凸棱为中部高两端低,或者为中部低两端高,或者同时包括有中部高两端低和中部低两端高的结构。该结构使得螺杆有充足的空间将物料挤出,出料更加顺畅,有效避免了堵料和焦料现象。

如图1和图2所示,本实施例的双螺杆,为独立转动且相互并列在一起,包括有进料段A、熔融段B、塑化段C、挤出段E,在进料段A和塑化段C上设置有螺棱1,该螺棱1的厚度为10mm,其高度为15~20mm,其螺棱距为50~55mm。在每根螺杆的熔融段B圆周面上轴向间隔分布有2至4片外凸棱21,该外凸棱21的厚度为10mm,在每根螺杆的挤出段E圆周面上轴向间隔分布有2至4片凸棱2,该凸棱2的厚度为10mm。进料段A、熔融段B、塑化段C、挤出段E的长度之比为8~9∶3~4∶6~7∶4~5。
上述外凸棱21为中部高两端低,或者为中部低两端高,或者同时包括有中部高两端低和中部低两端高的结构。上述凸棱2亦为中部高两端低,或者为中部低两端高,或者同时包括有中部高两端低和中部低两端高的结构。

1.一种双螺杆,为独立转动且相互并列在一起,包括有进料段(A)、熔融段(B)、塑化段(C)、挤出段(E),在所述进料段(A)和塑化段(C)上设置有螺棱(1),其特征在于:所述进料段(A)、熔融段(B)、塑化段(C)、挤出段(E)的长度之比为8~9∶3~4∶6~7∶4~5,在每根螺杆的熔融段(B)圆周面上轴向间隔分布有外凸棱(21),在每根螺杆的挤出段(E)圆周面上轴向间隔分布有凸棱(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双螺杆,其特征在于:在每根螺杆的熔融段(B)圆周面上分布的外凸棱(21)为2至4片。
