Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种用于挤出机中的螺杆,包括有杆体,该杆体依次由加料段、熔融段、均化段、挤出段组成,在所述熔融段和挤出段上分别设置有螺棱,其特征在于:所述均化段上设置有若干个重复单元的复合螺棱,在每个复合螺棱上分布有相互断开的以规则排列或以不规则排列的断螺棱。与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于本螺杆均化段上设置有相互断开的复合螺棱,且复合螺棱由双螺棱和单螺棱组合而成,该结构能在螺杆机筒运作时使物料受热均匀,加快溶胶的速度,且使物料不易烧焦,因此挤出的物料没有黑点,从而使螺杆的工作效果更好。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及挤出机制作技术领域,尤其是涉及一种用于挤出机中的螺杆。
背景技术
螺杆是挤出设备的核心零部件之一,主要作用是将固态塑胶颗粒或粉末,经输送压实、压缩熔融、均化计量等步骤,转换成稳定均一的塑胶熔体,输出给模头及辅机设备,生产出符合要求的产品。
现有一种申请号为CN201020115141.5名称为《注塑机注塑螺杆结构》的中国实用新型专利,公开了一种注塑机注塑螺杆结构,该螺杆包括入料段、压缩段及计量段三个功能段;其中,在螺杆入料段的杆身上设有与螺杆旋转方向同向的若干第一凹陷部,以加速入料和提高下料能力;另可在压缩段的螺杆上设有与螺杆旋转方向反向的若干第二凹陷部,藉此提高混炼均匀,同时避免气泡和流纹的产生。但是,该螺杆的加料速度过快,容易导致物料受热不均匀,从而使得物料熔化速度不快,且容易把物料烧焦,因此挤出的物料有黑点,所以,该螺杆的结构有待于进一步改进。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状而提供一种物料熔化速度快,出料均匀,不易焦料的用于挤出机中的螺杆。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:本用于挤出机中的螺杆,包括有杆体,该杆体依次由加料段、熔融段、均化段、挤出段组成,在所述熔融段和挤出段上分别设置有螺棱,其特征在于:所述均化段上设置有若干个重复单元的复合螺棱,在每个复合螺棱上分布有相互断开的以规则排列或以不规则排列的断螺棱。
作为改进,所述若干个为5-10个。
再改进,所述断螺棱以轴向剖面的第一边线与该第一边线的顶端竖向垂直线之间的夹角为4°~6°。
再改进,所述断螺棱以轴向剖面的第二边线与该第二边线的顶端竖向垂直线之间的夹角为14°~16°。
再改进,所述断螺棱以轴向剖面的边缘线两边的边角弧度半径为9~11mm。
再改进,所述加料段的外周围设置有弧形壳体。
再改进,所述挤出段的螺棱之间设置有凹部。
再改进,所述挤出段的挤出端为锥度是85°~95°的圆锥形头部。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于本螺杆均化段上设置重复单元的复合螺棱,且复合螺棱上分布有相互断开的断螺棱,该结构能在螺杆机筒运作时使物料受热均匀,加快熔胶的速度,且使物料不易烧焦,因此挤出的物料没有黑点,从而使螺杆的工作效果更好。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
如图1至图5所示,本用于挤出机中的螺杆,包括有杆体1,该杆体1依次由加料段A、熔融段B、均化段C、挤出段D组成,在所述熔融段B和挤出段D上分别设置有螺棱11,均化段C上设置有5-10个重复单元的复合螺棱M,在每个复合螺棱M上分布有相互断开的以规则排列或以不规则排列的断螺棱2。本螺杆中,断螺棱2以轴向剖面的第一边线21与该第一边线21的顶端竖向垂直线22之间的夹角α为4°~6°,断螺棱2以轴向剖面的第二边线23与该第二边线23的顶端竖向垂直线24之间的夹角β为14°~16°,断螺棱2以轴向剖面的边缘线两边的边角弧度半径R为9~11mm。另外,螺杆加料段A的外周围设置有弧形壳体3,螺杆挤出段D的螺棱11之间设置有凹部4,螺杆挤出段D的挤出端为锥度γ是85°~95°的圆锥形头部12。
Claims (8)
1.一种用于挤出机中的螺杆,包括有杆体(1),该杆体(1)依次由加料段(A)、熔融段(B)、均化段(C)、挤出段(D)组成,在所述熔融段(B)和挤出段(D)上分别设置有螺棱(11),其特征在于:所述均化段(C)上设置有若干个重复单元的复合螺棱(M),在每个复合螺棱(M)上分布有相互断开的以规则排列或以不规则排列的断螺棱(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的螺杆,其特征在于:所述若干个为5~10个。
3.根据权利要求2所述的螺杆,其特征在于:所述断螺棱(2)以轴向剖面的第一边线(21)与该第一边线(21)的顶端竖向垂直线(22)之间的夹角(α)为4°~6°。
4.根据权利要求3所述的螺杆,其特征在于:所述断螺棱(2)以轴向剖面的第二边线(23)与该第二边线(23)的顶端竖向垂直线(24)之间的夹角(β)为14°~16°。
5.根据权利要求4所述的螺杆,其特征在于:所述断螺棱(2)以轴向剖面的边缘线两边的边角弧度半径(R)为9~11mm。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一权利要求所述的螺杆,其特征在于:所述加料段(A)的外周围设置有弧形壳体(3)。
7.根据权利要求1至5中任一权利要求所述的螺杆,其特征在于:所述挤出段(D)的螺棱(11)之间设置有凹部(4)。
8.根据权利要求1至5中任一权利要求所述的螺杆,其特征在于:所述挤出段(D)的挤出端为锥度(γ)是85°~95°的圆锥形头部(12)。
