技术背景
塑化机的种类比较多,有的是螺杆挤出式的。对于螺杆挤出式的塑化机,其螺杆和机筒的结构形式较多,有单螺杆、双螺杆和多螺杆,而双螺杆的塑化机在市场占有较大的比重,为适应螺杆在挤出各段的特点,设计其在各段的不同结构形式,以提高产品质量和提高生产效率。

为实现以上所述,本实用新型提供一种塑化机挤出结构,该挤出结构简单,螺杆与机筒均为分段结构,便于安装,由于螺杆的特殊结构形式,带来产品质量的提高和生产效率的提高。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,该挤出结构包括螺杆和机筒2,螺杆与机筒均为分段结构,螺杆包括塑化段螺杆1、熔融段螺杆4和粉碎输送段螺杆6,机筒2的分段长度与螺杆的分段长度相等。
塑化段螺杆1螺纹为左旋螺纹,螺纹牙截面为梯形。
熔融段螺杆4的螺纹为右旋螺纹,为非连续螺纹,等分处具有断点。
熔融段螺杆4的直径大于塑化段和输送段螺杆的直径。
粉碎输送段螺杆6的长度大于熔融段和塑化段螺杆的长度。

2.根据权利要求1所述的塑化机挤出结构,其特征在于,所述输送段螺杆的长度大于熔融段和塑化段螺杆的长度。
