本实用新型公开了一种螺杆,属于单螺杆挤出机领域,包括依次顺序连接的加料段(A)、塑化段(B)、挤出段(C),所述加料段(A)、塑化段(B)和挤出段(C)上均攻有螺纹,所述螺杆为φ75单螺杆;所述螺纹的螺距一大一小连续交替,所述螺纹的螺峰一高一低连续交替;所述塑化段(B)的末端增加有混炼螺棱段(D)。本实用新型的螺杆攻有螺距一大一小连续交替、螺峰一高一低连续交替的螺纹,塑化段(B)的末端增加有混炼螺棱段(D),因此具有原料塑化完全、产品组织成分均匀、产品内应力小,且生产效率高等优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及单螺杆挤出机领域,尤其是涉及一种φ75螺杆。
背景技术
螺杆作为挤出机挤出系统的重要零件之一,是挤出机输送固体塑料、塑化塑料和熔体的部件,螺杆设计的好坏将直接影响塑料制品的质量及产量,对挤出机的性能起着决定性的作用。
目前大多数使用的φ75单螺杆的长径比为33:1,存在在螺杆中流动的部分原料融化不彻底,塑化不完全的现象,导致产品的组织成分不均匀,出现内应力;并且伴随有产量低的缺点,一般只有400kg/h。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种原料塑化完全、产品组织成分均匀、产品内应力小,且生产效率高的螺杆。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:提供一种螺杆,包括依次顺序连接的加料段、塑化段、挤出段,所述加料段、塑化段和挤出段上均攻有螺纹,所述螺杆为φ75单螺杆;所述螺纹的螺距一大一小连续交替,所述螺纹的螺峰一高一低连续交替;所述塑化段的末端增加有混炼螺棱段。
进一步地,所述螺杆的长径比为36:1。
进一步地,所述混炼螺棱段的长度为262.5mm。
进一步地,所述螺纹的大螺距与小螺距相差6mm。
进一步地,所述加料段螺纹起始位置的内角半径为3mm。
采用了上述技术方案,本实用新型的有益效果为:与现有技术相比,本实 用新型提供的螺杆为φ75、长径比为36:1的单螺杆,螺杆塑化段的末端增加了混炼螺棱段。原料在流过塑化段,即将到达挤出段时可能存在部分材料仍未完全融化的情况,由于增加了混炼螺棱段,从而保证了未充分融化的固态材料在混炼螺棱段得到完全融化,确保了原料的塑化效果和产品组织的均匀性,并降低了产品的内应力;另外,螺杆上螺纹的螺距一大一小交替、螺峰一高一低交替,增强了原料在螺杆中的流动性,提高了生产效率。本实用新型的螺杆具有原料塑化完全、产品组织成分均匀、产品内应力小,且生产效率高等优点。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。
如图1所示,本实用新型优选的螺杆,包括依次顺序连接的加料段A、塑化段B、挤出段C,所述加料段A、塑化段B和挤出段C上均攻有螺纹,所述螺杆为φ75单螺杆;所述螺纹的螺距一大一小连续交替,所述螺纹的螺峰一高一低连续交替;所述塑化段B的末端增加有混炼螺棱段D。
在本实用新型的优选实施例中,所述螺杆的长径比为36:1。
在本实用新型的优选实施例中,所述混炼螺棱段D的长度为262.5mm。保证了未充分融化的固态材料在混炼螺棱段得到完全融化,改善了原料的塑化效果、产品组织的均匀性、产品的内应力,也确保了螺杆合理的尺寸。
在本实用新型的优选实施例中,所述螺纹的大螺距L1与小螺距L2相差6mm。 螺距一大一小连续交替、螺峰一高一低连续交替的螺纹可以增加原料在螺杆中的流动速度,提高了工作效率。
在本实用新型的优选实施例中,所述加料段A螺纹起始位置的内角半径R为3mm,降低了应力集中。
工作过程:加料段A接受供料系统供给的物料,一般是PE和PP材料,然后将其输送给塑化段B;塑化段B对物料进行压实,熔融塑化后经螺纹推给混炼螺棱段D;物料在混炼螺棱段D中得到进一步塑化,然后在等压、等温的条件下,螺杆把均匀塑化的熔融料等量地推向挤出段C,最后从挤出段C推入成型模具。
如上所述,本实用新型提供的螺杆为φ75、长径比为36:1的单螺杆,螺杆塑化段的末端增加了混炼螺棱段。原料在流过塑化段,即将到达挤出段时可能存在部分材料仍未完全融化的情况,由于增加了混炼螺棱段,从而保证了未充分融化的固态材料在混炼螺棱段得到完全融化,确保了原料的塑化效果和产品组织的均匀性,并降低了产品的内应力;另外,螺杆上螺纹的螺距一大一小交替、螺峰一高一低交替,增强了原料在螺杆中的流动性,提高了生产效率,产量可高达600kg/h。本实用新型的螺杆具有原料塑化完全、产品组织成分均匀、产品内应力小,且生产效率高等优点。

1.一种螺杆,包括依次顺序连接的加料段(A)、塑化段(B)、挤出段(C),所述加料段(A)、塑化段(B)和挤出段(C)上均攻有螺纹,其特征在于:所述螺杆为φ75单螺杆;所述螺纹的螺距一大一小连续交替,所述螺纹的螺峰一高一低连续交替;所述塑化段(B)的末端增加有混炼螺棱段(D)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的螺杆,其特征在于:所述螺杆的长径比为36:1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的螺杆,其特征在于:所述混炼螺棱段(D)的长度为262.5mm。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的螺杆,其特征在于:所述螺纹的大螺距(L1)与小螺距(L2)相差6mm。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的螺杆,其特征在于:所述加料段(A)螺纹起始位置的内角半径(R)为3mm。
