Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种双螺杆塑料挤出机,它由电机1、减速齿轮箱2、分配齿轮箱3、喂料装置4、料斗5、机筒6、锥形螺杆7、机座8等组成,其特征在于两根锥形螺杆在机筒内同方向转动,因此使得原料在机筒内塑化更均匀,剪切速率更高,使得机器的塑化性能大大提升,是一种新型的塑料挤出机。

本实用新型涉及一种塑料挤出机,特别是一种双螺杆塑料挤出机。
背景技术
当前塑料加工中的双螺杆的设备主要有二种:一种是锥形异向双螺杆挤出机,该机器虽有挤出力大的优点,但塑化性能差;另一种是平行双螺杆挤出机,该机虽塑化性能好,但挤出力小,且又耗电大,所以以上两类机型具备一定优点的同时,都存在一定的缺点。
发明内容
为了既保持锥形异向双螺杆挤出机挤出力大的特点,又达到了平行双螺杆挤出机塑化性能好的目的,本实用新型提供了一种新型的双螺杆塑料挤出机。本实用新型包括电机、减速齿轮箱、分配齿轮箱、喂料装置、料斗、机筒、锥形螺杆、机座。减速齿轮箱连接分配齿轮箱中的主齿轮,主齿轮带动连接齿轮,连接齿轮再带动副齿轮,从而使与主齿轮和副齿轮连接的两根锥形螺杆在机筒内同向转动。本实用新型的两根锥形螺杆将通过喂料装置注入的原料在机筒内不停搅拌,特殊的锥形同向螺杆结构,使得机器的剪切速率提高和剪切力量增大。同时同向旋转的结构可以使得螺杆转速提高,因此使得机器的产量得到大大提高。
本实用新型综合了锥形异向双螺杆挤出机挤出力大(锥形)的优势,同时又具备了平行双螺杆挤出机塑化性好(同向旋转)优势,所以是一个创新性的挤出设备。

具体实施方式
如图1~3所示,本实施例的一种双螺杆塑料挤出机包括电机1、减速齿轮箱2、分配齿轮箱3、喂料装置4、料斗5、机筒6、锥形螺杆7、机座8。
电机1连接到减速齿轮箱2,减速齿轮箱2连接分配齿轮箱3中的主齿轮9,分配齿轮箱3中的主齿轮9带动连接齿轮10,连接齿轮10再带动副齿轮11,从而使与主齿轮9和副齿轮11连接的两根锥形螺杆7-1和7-2在机筒6内同向旋转,然后将由喂料装置4输送的原料熔融、混炼、塑化、挤出。以上这一过程使得本实用新型即保持了锥形双螺杆挤出力大的优势,又具备了平行双螺杆优异的塑化性能,提高了机器的产量,降低了单位产量的能耗。
螺杆小头直径为80mm,螺杆有效长径比L/D为38∶1,螺杆转速为1~70rpm,螺杆中心距为80mm,冷却方式为风冷。

Claims (3)

1.一种由电机、减速齿轮箱、分配齿轮箱、喂料装置、料斗、机筒、锥形螺杆、机座等组成的双螺杆塑料挤出机,其特征在于两根锥形螺杆在机筒内同方向转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双螺杆塑料挤出机,其特征在于分配齿轮箱中与两根锥形螺杆相连接的主齿轮和副齿轮下方设有连接齿轮。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双螺杆塑料挤出机,其特征在于机筒的冷却方式为风冷或水冷。
