本实用新型涉及一种超锥型双螺杆塑料挤出机,它包括挤出模具1、机筒2、锥形螺杆3、排气口4、加热圈5、喂料系统6、分配齿轮箱7、减速传动箱8、联轴器9、驱动电机10、机架11,本实用新型增大了锥形螺杆的有效长径比和螺杆转速,因此使得本实用新型的塑化性能和产量大大提高,可将各种热塑性塑料、热固性塑料和改性塑料从粉料状态直接挤制成型。

一种超锥型双螺杆塑料挤出机
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种双螺杆塑料挤出设备,特别是一种超锥型双螺杆塑料挤出机。
背景技术
目前,由于锥形双螺杆挤出机具有挤出力大、剪切力大、适用于粉料直接成型等优势特点,所以被广泛应用在管材、异型材、板材、片材等塑料制品的挤出领域。但是由于受到加工工艺的影响,所以目前锥形双螺杆挤出机的有效长径比介于1~23∶1之间,因此导致了现有锥形双螺杆挤出机的混炼塑化性能相对较差。同时由于现有锥形双螺杆挤出机的螺杆锥度较大(由于长径比较小),所以导致了螺杆的转速不能太高,一般介于0~37rpm之间,否则会导致螺杆被扭断,因此减少了单位时间的产量。因此,高速、高效、节能将是塑料挤出机不断改进的主要方向。
发明内容
为了解决目前锥形双螺杆挤出机存在塑化性能差、螺杆转速低、产量低等问题,本实用新型提供了一种大长径比(介于24~50∶1之间)、螺杆转速高(介于0~98rpm之间)、产量高的超锥型双螺杆塑料挤出机。
本实用新型的一种超锥型双螺杆塑料挤出机包括:挤出模具、机筒、锥形螺杆、排气口、加热圈、喂料系统、分配齿轮箱、减速传动箱、联轴器、驱动电机、机架,所述每根锥形螺杆的有效长径比为24~50∶1,所述锥形螺杆在机筒内的转速为0~98rpm。
本实用新型工作时,驱动电机通过联轴器连接到减速传动箱,减速传动箱连接分配齿轮箱中的主动齿轮,通过分配齿轮箱中的主动齿轮带动从动齿轮,从而使与主动齿轮和从动齿轮连接的两根锥形螺杆在机筒内异向旋转;或通过分配齿轮箱中的主动齿轮带动中间齿轮,中间齿轮再带动从动齿轮,从而使与主动齿轮和从动齿轮连接的两根锥形螺杆在机筒内同向旋转。两根锥形螺杆在机筒内异向或同向旋转时,将由喂料系统输送的原料熔融、塑化、混炼、排气,最后通过挤出模具挤出成型。
本实用新型的有益效果是:将每根锥形螺杆的有效长径比由最初介于1~23∶1之间加大到24~50∶1后,保证了物料的稳定挤出和充分塑化,大大提高了制品的质量和密度。同时由于长径比的增大,也保证了锥形螺杆在提高转速后不会被扭断,所以可以实现将螺杆转速由最初的0~37rpm提高到0~98rpm,因此使机器产量大大提高,单位产量的能耗也大大降低。所以本实用新型具备了塑化性能好、产量高、能耗低等众多优点,是一种适用于各种热塑性塑料、热固性塑料和改性塑料挤出成型的新型塑料挤出机。

具体实施方式
实施例一
如图1~2所示,本实施例的一种超锥型双螺杆塑料挤出机包括:挤出模具1、机筒2、锥形螺杆3、排气口4、加热圈5、喂料系统6、分配齿轮箱7、减速传动箱8、联轴器9、驱动电机10、机架11,两根锥形螺杆3-1和3-2在机筒2内的旋转方向为异向旋转。
驱动电机10通过联轴器9连接到减速传动箱8,减速传动箱8连接分配齿轮箱7中的主动齿轮(图中未标出),主动齿轮和从动齿轮(图中未标出)分别与机筒2内两根锥形螺杆31和32相连接,通过分配齿轮箱7中的主动齿轮带动从动齿轮,带动两根锥形螺杆31和3-2在机筒2内异向旋转。喂料系统6和排气口4分别与机筒2内腔相通,加热圈5包覆在机筒2的外部。两根锥形螺杆3-1和3-2在机筒2内异向旋转时,将由喂料系统6输送的原料熔融、塑化、混炼、排气,最后通过挤出模具1挤出成型。本实施例中的螺杆小头直径为65mm,螺杆有效长径比为28∶1,螺杆转速为45rpm。
实施例二
如图1、图3、图4所示,本实施例的一种超锥型双螺杆塑料挤出机包括:挤出模具1、机筒2、锥形螺杆3、排气口4、加热圈5、喂料系统6、分配齿轮箱7、减速传动箱8、联轴器9、驱动电机10、机架11,两根锥形螺杆3-3和3-4在机筒2内的旋转方向为同向旋转。
驱动电机10通过联轴器9连接到减速传动箱8,减速传动箱8连接分配齿轮箱7中的主动齿轮12,主动齿轮12带动中间齿轮13,中间齿轮13再带动从动齿轮14,从而使与主动齿轮12和从动齿轮14连接的两根锥形螺杆3-3和3-4在机筒2内同向旋转。喂料系统6和排气口4分别与机筒2内腔相通,加热圈5包覆在机筒2的外部。两根锥形螺杆3-3和3-4在机筒2内同向旋转时,将由喂料系统6输送的原料熔融、塑化、混炼、排气,最后通过挤出模具1挤出成型。本实施例中的螺杆小头直径为80mm,螺杆有效长径比为32∶1,螺杆转速为60rpm。

1.一种超锥型双螺杆塑料挤出机,包括挤出模具、机筒、锥形螺杆、排气口、加热圈、喂料系统、分配齿轮箱、减速传动箱、联轴器、驱动电机、机架,其特征在于:每根锥形螺杆的有效长径比为24~50∶1;所述锥形螺杆在机筒内的转速为0~98rpm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超锥型双螺杆塑料挤出机,其特征在于:两根锥形螺杆在机筒内异向旋转或同向旋转。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种超锥型双螺杆塑料挤出机,其特征在于:两根锥形螺杆在机筒内同向旋转时,分配齿轮箱中与两根锥形螺杆相连接的主动齿轮和从动齿轮上方或下方设有中间齿轮。
